CH_4 storage associated with adsorbed natural gas(ANG) technology is an issue attracting great concern.Following the Advanced Research Project Agency-Energy(ARPA-E) targeted deliverable capacity of 315 cm~3·cm~(-3)(STP), hundreds of thousands of materials have been experimentally or theoretically evaluated,while the best results still show a 35% gap from the target. Moreover, recent theoretical research reveals that the target is beyond the possibility that real materials can be designed. To get rid of the awkward situation, we make attempts on investigating the CH_4 delivery performance under other operation conditions. Methods of raising the discharge temperature(to infinite high) or elevating the storage pressure(to 25 MPa) have been proved to show limited effectiveness. In this work, it is found that the ARPA-E target can be achieved by using a decreasing storage temperature strategy. By taking 280 Co RE(computation-ready, experimental) COFs(covalent organic frameworks) as ANG materials, when reduce the storage temperature to 190.6 K, the highest deliverable capacity can reach 392 cm~3·cm~(-3)(STP), and16.1% Co RE COFs can surpass the target. The target is also achievable when storage at 220 K. Structure performance relationships study shows strong correlation between deliverable capacity and void fraction. Hence, 120 hypothetical COFs are generated to ascertain the optimum void fraction. In addition,the performance of 2 D-COFs can be greatly enhanced by increasing the interlayer spacings, e.g. CH_4 deliverable capacity(storage at 190.6 K) of ATFG-COF can be improved from 239 to 411 cm~3·cm~(-3)(STP) when interlayer spacing is enlarged to 1.65 nm. 相似文献

为了提高天然染料对棉纤维的染色固色性能,以聚马来酸(PMA)和柠檬酸(CA)为交联剂应用于天然染料指甲醌对棉织物的交联染色。采用FTIR、SEM和XRD分析了染色前后棉织物的表面形态及结构,探讨了酯交联对棉织物性能的影响以及多元羧酸复配交联染色机理。结果表明,染色前后棉织物表面差别不大,各纤维间不粘连;直接染色后的棉纤维表面变化不明显,仅有少量染料附着,而交联染色后的棉纤维表面负载较多的染料导致其粗糙度增加,酯化反应主要发生在纤维的非晶态区。与直接染色棉织物相比,交联染色棉织物的染色深度(K/S)和上染率分别提高了88%和38%;染品的绿光、黄光增加,颜色饱和度提高;摩擦色牢度提高了1~2级;耐洗色牢度提高了1~2级;交联染色后棉织物的折皱回复角(WRA)提高了约60%,UPF值达到了50+,具有优异的抗紫外性能。 相似文献

Natural polysaccharides (NPS) are regarded as biomolecular and structural components for preparing high-performance tough hydrogels. But the one-step fabrication of NPS-containing hydrogels in seconds and the template-free design of complicated high-resolution structures are still significant challenges in this field. To meet these requirements, various NPS-containing tough hydrogels are fabricated and processed into 2D/3D structures via the combination of Ru(bpy)32+-mediated photochemistry and extrusion 3D printing technique. The whole fabrication process is one-step, completed in tens of seconds under visible light irradiation. It is found that the used NPS plays a key role in achieving the fabrication of high-performance structured tough hydrogels. The high reactivity of functional groups in the used NPS can shorten their gelation times. Long rigid chains of the used NPS, their hierarchical assemblies, and contrasting multinetworks benefit from the efficient dissipation of mechanical energy and enhancement of its operational stability. Strong supramolecular interactions enable hydrogel precursors to have high viscosities, therefore providing good controllability to design high-resolution and complicated tough hydrogel structures via extrusion 3D printing. It is anticipated that this straightforward fabrication strategy and findings will open new horizons for NPS-containing materials. 相似文献

Lanthipeptides belong to the family of ribosomally synthesized and post-translationally modified peptides (RiPPs) and are subdivided into different classes based on their processing enzymes. The three-domain class IV lanthipeptide synthetases (LanL enzymes) consist of N-terminal lyase, central kinase, and C-terminal cyclase domains. While the catalytic residues of the kinase domains (mediating ATP-dependent Ser/Thr phosphorylations) and the lyase domains (carrying out subsequent phosphoserine/phosphothreonine (pSer/pThr) eliminations to yield dehydroalanine/dehydrobutyrine (Dha/Dhb) residues) have been characterized previously, such studies are missing for LanL cyclase domains. To close this gap of knowledge, this study reports on the identification and validation of the catalytic residues in the cyclase domain of the class IV lanthipeptide synthetase SgbL, which facilitate the nucleophilic attacks by Cys thiols on Dha/Dhb residues for the formation of β-thioether crosslinks. 相似文献

The aim of this paper is to evaluate the efficiency of the natural hydroxyapatite powder for anionic dye (Congo red) elimination from water and optimization of adsorption process parameters that are contact time (0-360 min), solution pH (4-9), initial dye concentration (400-2400 mg/l), and adsorbent dosage (0.4-20 g/l). Natural hydroxyapatite with high surface area was prepared from animal agriculture waste dromedary bone. X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, transform infrared spectroscopy, and elemental analysis characterizations of the powder prepared show a hexagonal structure, the irregular form of hydroxyapatite and presence of other elements as trace element. The results of adsorption tests demonstrated the high efficiency of natural hydroxyapatite for removal of Congo red from water solution whose maximum experimental capacity adsorption of Congo red by natural hydroxyapatite is 900 mg/g at pH 4.5, equilibrium time 240 min and adsorbent dosage 2 g/l. According to the correlation coefficient value, the pseudo-second order kinetic model identified the sorption mechanism of pollutant used on natural hydroxyapatite. The Freundlich isotherm is the best representative theoretical model of the dye molecules’ adsorption on the natural hydroxyapatite support. 相似文献

The mechanical properties and post-thermal aging properties of natural rubber (NR) and polybutadiene rubber (BR) blends at
different blending ratios are investigated herein. The experimental results show that both tensile and tear strengths of NR/BR
blends increase with increasing NR content. BR has a higher compression stiffness than NR. The deformation of BR is less than
that of NR under the same load conditions. With regard to aging properties, both tensile stress and strain of NR/BR blends
decrease after prolonged aging. In addition, the stress loss of BR is lower than that of NR, meaning that the aging resistance
property of BR is superior to that of NR. Furthermore, accumulated thermal history has shifted the glass transition temperature

Photoelasticity is a method which yields information on the principal stress difference and orientation in a composite structure. Various problems associated with this technique, especially those concerning the fundamental relationship between the fringe order and the stress, have yet to be investigated. A few studies of this relationship in a universal stress state have been presented, particularly in the field of rubber-to-metal and rubber-to-fabric composites, but no evaluations have so far been made in the field of rubber-to-rubber joints. Applying the photoelastic method, we report our observations on the stress distribution in a natural rubber to natural rubber joint subjected to uniaxial tension. A comparison between the results of experimental photoelastic studies and the corresponding computer modelling has been illustrated.
