Shear-rate dependence of first normal stress difference of poly(isoprene-b-styrene) in solution near the order-disorder transition temperature

Viscoelastic properties of poly(isoprene-b-styrene) in dioctylphthalate under steady shear flow were measured near the order—disorder transition temperature. In ordered states, first normal stress difference N₁ is proportional to shear rate at low region, but becomes proportional to at the high region, similar to the N₁ behaviour of polymer blends undergoing shear-induced homogenization. Because the existence of microdomains was confirmed at the high region by the flow birefringence method, it is concluded that the above N₁ behaviour is not caused by shear-induced homogenization, but is probably caused by the shear-induced alignment of the microdomain structure.

针对J.Gross所研究的复矩阵A的Hermitian部分的幂等性问题,将其扩展到复矩阵A的Hermitian部分的2~n次幂等性,得到了复矩阵A的Hermitian部分是2~n次幂等的充分必要条件;同时也得到了复矩阵A的Hermitian部分是2~n次幂等与A的正规性和特征值之间的关系-由任意2个性质可以推出第3个性质.最后,J.Gross得到的结果成为本文的推论.     

水电站月度调度函数的模型制定与模拟结果评价

基于统计学中多元逐步回归原理建立了多年调节水电站分月调度函数模型,并根据水电站优化调度特征确定待选自变量,用以指导电站实际优化调度运行。在考虑电站自身各约束及综合利用要求的前提下,进一步采用程序设计模拟调度函数指导水电站长系列调度运行,通过对模拟结果的全面评价,证实所建立的调度函数具有良好的指导意义和实用价值。

Study on Optimal Strategy of Grade Transition in Industrial Fluidized Bed Gas-Phase Polyethylene Production Process

A model of grade transition is presented for a commercialized fluidized bed gas-phase polyethylene production process. The quantity of off-specification product and the time of grade transition can be minimized by the optimization of operating variables, such as polymerization temperature, the ratio of hydrogen to ethylene, the ratio of co-monomer to ethylene, feed rate of catalyst, and bed level. A new performance index, the ratio of melt flow (MFR), is included in the objective function, for restraining the sharp adjustment of operation variables and narrowing the distribution of molecular weight of the resin. It is recommended that catalyst feed rate and bed level are decreased in order to reduce the grade transition time and the quantity of off-specification product. This optimization problem is solved by an algorithm of sequential quadratic programming (SQP) in MATLAB. An algorithm and observability research of autonomous navigation and joint attitude determination in asteroid exploration descent stage

In this paper, an autonomous relative navigation and joint attitude determination algorithm in asteroid exploration descent stage is researched based on feature point information of perpendicular asteroid surface image observed by optical navigation camera, distance vectors from spacecraft to asteroid measured by three angled installed lidars and relative velocity increment measured by accelerometer when the relative distance vector to the centroid of asteroid can not be obtained. The inertial attitude of spacecraft is determined by sun vector, star vectors and inertial angular velocity respectively measured by sun sensor, star trackers and inertial reference unit. Also, in order to obtain measurement error model transferred from sensor noise, a covariance matrix solver considering error correlation is presented via the error model of normalized vector to first order. Numerical simulation and improved observability evaluation of filtering are undertaken to discuss the results of complete sensor observation and weak observation of lidars, and verify the effectiveness of the presented relative navigation and attitude determination algorithm.     

230 kt/a烟气制酸系统的运行及改造情况

介绍230kt／a诺兰达炉铜冶炼烟气制酸装置的运行及技术改造。装置采用稀酸洗净化、ⅣⅠ-Ⅲ Ⅱ“3 1”两转两吸工艺流程，运行中发现板式酸冷却器堵塞、电除雾器腐蚀、气体换热器积酸和漏气等现象，通过更换为阳极保护管壳式酸冷却器、在电除雾器前增设湍冲洗涤器、调整换热管的喷铝成分等措施，收到良好的效果。
