Effect of magnesium sulfate on the durability of limestone mortars based on quaternary blended cements

Currently, the use of blended cements incorporating various supplementary cementing materials, preserved in aggressive environments has become common. This paper describes the investigation results conducted on the evaluation of the resistance to magnesium sulfate solution (MgSO₄) of limestone mortars containing simultaneously; limestone filler, blast furnace slag and natural pozzolan. In this study, the deterioration of limestone mortars due to sulfate attack was evaluated by measuring changes in weight, length and compressive strength at the ages of 30, 60, 90, 120 and 180 days of immersion in exposure environments. The X-ray diffraction was also used in order to determine the different mineral phases. It is noteworthy that, the pH variation of the conservation solutions has been monitored during tests. The exposure solution was renewed monthly until the end of tests. The results showed that, the resistance to sulfate attack of mortars made with quaternary binders was better than that of mortars based on ordinary Portland cement.     

pH值对7050铝合金膜致应力和应力腐蚀敏感性的影响

采用慢应变速率拉伸法和流变应力差值法研究了7050铝合金在3.5%(质量分数)NaCl水溶液中膜致应力和应力腐蚀敏感性随pH值的变化规律。结果表明:当pH≤7时,随着pH值的增大,膜致应力和应力腐蚀敏感性均下降,当pH7时,膜致应力和应力腐蚀敏感性随着pH值的增大而提高;而当pH=1,14时,腐蚀的类型为剥蚀,合金基体发生剥落,表面没有钝化膜产生。pH值在6~9之间时,膜致应力随pH的变化比较平缓,而pH在2~5和10~13之间时,膜致应力变化则较为剧烈,整体的变化曲线呈山谷形。膜致应力和应力腐蚀敏感性具有很强的相关性。XPS研究表明,膜致应力值与钝化膜的成分有关。     

高精度pH测量仪研究

研究并设计了一种工业用高精度酸碱度(pH)测量仪.该pH测量仪的研制是以低功耗单片机MSP430和pH电极传感器为核心器件,算法上采用软件二点标定和温度补偿法.该pH测量仪具有两点标定、自动温度补偿、历史数据存储、实时数据传输等功能,解决了pH测量仪的高精度、低功耗、历史数据存储和实时数据传输等问题.该pH测量仪已经在工业生产中得到了应用.     

Modeling the high pH sensitivity of Suspended Gate Field Effect Transistor (SGFET)

High sensitivity to chemical species of sub-micron gap Suspended-Gate FETs (more than 200 mV/pH for example) is explained from the charge distribution induced by the high field in the sub-micronic gap under the gate-bridge. Modeling of Metal-Electrolyte-Insulator-Silicon (MEIS) capacitor, which is the basic vertical structure of the transistor, is performed to highlight this effect through the response to the pH change of the solution filling the gap. The analytical model is based on the 2D-numerical resolution of Poisson's equation. The response of quasi-static C(V) plots versus pH is simulated using both electrolyte charge distribution and site-binding theory considering the influence of sites densities on silicon nitride. Device modeling and simulated/experimental electrical characteristics are presented. Effect of the gap thickness on the pH sensitivity is also discussed in this study.     

Interval type-2 fuzzy inverse controller design in nonlinear IMC structure

In the recent years it has been demonstrated that type-2 fuzzy logic systems are more effective in modeling and control of complex nonlinear systems compared to type-1 fuzzy logic systems. An inverse controller based on type-2 fuzzy model can be proposed since inverse model controllers provide an efficient way to control nonlinear processes. Even though various fuzzy inversion methods have been devised for type-1 fuzzy logic systems up to now, there does not exist any method for type-2 fuzzy logic systems. In this study, a systematic method has been proposed to form the inverse of the interval type-2 Takagi-Sugeno fuzzy model based on a pure analytical method. The calculation of inverse model is done based on simple manipulations of the antecedent and consequence parts of the fuzzy model. Moreover, the type-2 fuzzy model and its inverse as the primary controller are embedded into a nonlinear internal model control structure to provide an effective and robust control performance. Finally, the proposed control scheme has been implemented on an experimental pH neutralization process where the beneficial sides are shown clearly.     

一种磷酸根离子选择电极的测量与补偿

研究了基于金属钴作为敏感材料制成的磷酸根离子选择电极,设计了一种与之配套使用的数据采集系统,用于动态记录和显示被测溶液的电势响应。通过实验建立了以磷酸根离子选择电极的响应电势和溶液pH值为自变量,离子浓度为因变量的数学模型。实验结果表明:建立的模型能很好地拟合响应过程曲线,补偿pH值变化对电极测量的影响,为磷酸根离子选择电极的开发和应用提供了依据。
