Influence of low friction coatings on the scuffing load capacity and efficiency of gears

The influence of multilayer composite surface coatings on gear scuffing load carrying capacity, gear friction coefficient and gearbox efficiency is discussed in this work.The deposition procedures of molybdenum disulphide/titanium (MoS₂/Ti) and carbon/chromium (C/Cr) composite coatings are described.Tests reported in the literature, such as Rockwell indentations, ball cratering, pin-on-disc and reciprocating wear, confirm the excellent adhesion to the substrate and the tribological performance of these coatings, suggesting they can be applied with success in heavy loaded rolling–sliding contacts, such as those found in gears.FZG gear scuffing tests were performed in order to evaluate the coatings anti-scuffing performance, which both improved very significantly in comparison to uncoated gears. These results in conjunction with the friction power intensity (FPI) scuffing criterion allowed the determination of a friction coefficient factor X_SC to include the coating influence on the friction coefficient expression.The composite coatings were also applied to the gears of a transfer gearbox and its efficiency was measured and compared at different input speeds and torques with the uncoated carburized steel gears. Significant efficiency improvement was found with the MoS₂/Ti coating.     

STUDY ON THE COUPLED ELECTROMECHANICAL DYNAMICS OF ROTOR SYSTEM EQUIPPED WITH MAGNETIC BEARINGS

The influences of thrust magnetic bearing and journal tilt on dynamic characteristics of rotor system are studied mainly. The outcome shows that the influences of coupling effects of thrust magnetic bearing and tilt of journal on critical rotational speeds of system are very large, and the stability of system reduces greatly. That shows it is important that the influence of coupling effects of thrust and radial magnetic bearings due to the rotor tilting must be considered in the study of rotor-magnetic bearings system dynamic characteristics, and also shows it is important that the rotor is mounted and debugged in ideal alignment of magnetic bearings.     

轴承钢的强韧化机制探讨

Examining the locus of age effects on complex span tasks.

To investigate the locus of age effects on complex span tasks, the authors evaluated the contributions of working memory functions and processing speed. Age differences were found in measures of storage capacity, language processing speed, and lower level speed. Statistically controlling for each of these in hierarchical regressions substantially reduced, but did not eliminate, the complex span age effect. Accounting for lower level speed and storage, however, removed essentially the entire age effect, suggesting that both functions play important and independent roles. Additional evidence for the role of storage capacity was the absence of complex span age differences with span size calibrated to individual word span performance. 轴承钢棒材超快冷却的实际运用研究

针对生产轴承钢棒材产品出现的网状碳化物问题,以国内某厂棒材热连轧生产线为依据,对GCrl5轴承钢轧后进行快速控制冷却的温度场进行模拟研究,并运用于实际生产中,取得了较好的效果。结合现场条件所能采用的各种冷却工艺,利用计算机模拟方法,对冷却工艺进行了优化分析,使得GCr15轴承钢20～60的产品的网状级别≤2.0级,解决了中小规格棒材轴承钢网状碳化物达不到标准要求的问题。     

油气两相流工况下汽车发动机轴承气蚀磨损的模拟试验研究

采用超声振动原理建立了一台汽车发动机滑动轴承模拟气蚀试验装置。试验研究了空气混入滑动轴承后对其气蚀磨损的影响。通过大量试验研究结果的分析比较 ,发现空气的混入会使滑动轴承的气蚀磨损降低 ,且含气率越高这种影响作用越明显。并依据这一新发现对传统的空气蚀理论进行了重新分析与解释     

Mechanics unloading analysis and experimentation of a new type of parallel biomimetic shoulder complex

The structure design for high ratio of carrying capacity to deadweight is one of the challenges for the bionic mechanism, while the problem concerning high carrying capacity has not yet be solved for the existing shoulder complex. A new type biomimetic shoulder complex, which adopts 3-PSS/S(P for prismatic pair, S for spherical pair) spherical parallel mechanism (SPM), is proposed. The static equilibrium equations of each component are established by using the vector method and the equations for constrain forces with certain load are solved. Then the constrain force on the middle limb and that on the side limbs are compared in order to verify the unloading performance of the mechanism. In addition, the prototype mechanism of the shoulder complex is developed, and the force feedback experiment is conducted to verify the static analysis, which indicates that the middle limb suffers most of the external force and the effect of mechanics unloading is achieved. The 3-PSS/S spherical parallel mechanism is presented for the shoulder complex, and the realization of mechanics unloading is benefit for the improvement of the carrying capacity of the shoulder complex.     

轴承锻件整径工装改进

轴承锻件外圈和内圈整径工序一般在不同机床上进行。为节省机床,准备用一台机床对内、外圈整径,但换活时费时费力。针对存在的问题,改进了整径工装,提高了生产效率和机床利用率。     

数控车削圆锥滚子轴承内滚道时走刀点尺寸的确定

数控车床加工圆锥轴承轴承内滚道时需要根据车加工图纸,通过几何关系计算出走刀点坐标尺寸。手工计算费时费力,容易出现错误。CAD方法重复繁琐,效率低下。针对以上问题,将计算公式嵌入Excel电子表格中,通过输入相关数据即可得出计算结果,提高了效率,减少了废品。
