中国先进研究堆冷中子源核发热和冷中子增益研究

为准确计算和研究中国先进研究堆（CARR）冷中子源装置氢系统的核发热和冷中子增益，建立了一整套计算方法。对参考堆的验证计算证明了该方法的正确性和有效性。对影响CARR冷中子源核发热和冷中子增益的各种因素（如慢化剂、冷包材料、冷包形状等）进行了计算和优化选择。结果表明：在核发热量较小的条件下获得了较好的冷中子增益。     

A simplified cascade current‐source inverter interconnected to a single‐phase three‐wire distribution system and its application to electric energy storage systems with batteries

A novel current source inverter system interconnected to the single‐phase grid is proposed. It has the same construction as the conventional three‐phase current source inverter that is interconnected to the single‐phase three‐wire distribution system. Though the proposed circuit has no output transformer, it can be equivalently performed as the single‐phase double cascade inverter by diverting the pole transformer in the utility system. By controlling the appropriate scheme, the output currents can be obtained as the five‐level waveforms and their distortions can be decreased sufficiently. It is applied to the interactive electric energy storage system with batteries and the basic discharging characteristics are discussed experimentally. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 秦山核电厂全厂断电事故厂外后果分析

采用MELCOR和MACCS程序对秦山核电厂全厂断电事故的源项和厂外后果进行了计算。该事故会引起厂外群体受到较大剂量的放射性照射，但剂量不足以引发早期确定性健康效应。并对可能采取的应急防护行动进行评估，确定最佳防护措施为：安全壳泄漏阶段实施隐蔽；若安全壳超压失效无法避免，应急计划区内应立即实施撤离。     

航天产品多源可靠性信息的收集与整理--建立可靠性信息数据库

航天产品可靠性信息的来源多样，可靠性信息的时间性、随机性、有价性、时效性和可追溯性等特征，决定了可靠性数据收集应满足真实性、连续性、完整性等基本要求。同时，对多源信息的收集应遵循先进行需求分析，再确定数据收集点并制定数据收集表格的程度进行。给出了信息的适用性准则和信息分类的三维模型。最后结合具体型号航天产品的可靠性工作的要求，给出了可靠性信息数据库系统的整体方案设计。     

一种高效可控恒流源

提出了一个设计高效可控恒流源方案.首先分析了影响其效率的各种因素,提出了提高效率的途径和方法.其次又给出应用微机实现双回路的测控方法及数学模型,该方案已成功的应用于某些专用设备中.     

连续化,高速化,自动化是提高线材制品在国内外市场竞争力的根本出路

对线材制品从连续化、自动化、高速化等方面与国外企业生产状况进行了分析比较,提出了实现生产过程的连续化、高速化、自动化是发展我国线材制品的必由之路的观点。     

非牛顿流体在气液搅拌槽内强制流动传热特征研究

为了确定非牛顿流体气流搅拌流动传热特征，对气体有效分散区域（载点）提出了无因次准数关联式，并就两种不同叶轮搅拌的通气管外传热系数作了比较。     

A variable rate multipulse speech coder for CDMA cellular systems

Variable Rate (VR) speech coders are classified into: source-controlled VR coders where the rate is selected depending on the local character of the speech, and network-controlled VR coders where an external control signal selects the coding rate. The first category benefits from the variable rate channels used by Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA) mobile communications. The second category is indispensable for the right behaviour of the CDMA systems under conditions as high traffic levels. The VR speech coder presented in this communication exhibits both types of control. The source control is achieved by means of a Voice Activity Detector (VAD) and a phonetic classifier. The network control acts on the selection procedure of the multipulse excitation sequence to the synthesis filter. This is the main advantage of our VR MultiPulse speech coder because by means of an external signal the bit rate can be changed only every 4 msec, without transitions or distortions. Considering one-way communication, six different operating rates can be externally selected ranging from 4.8 to 9.1 kbps for the active frames; an average bit rate of 380 bps is required for the noise frames.This work has been partly funded by the Spanish Research National Plan under grant no. 内热式液态合金离子源

本文介绍了一种实用的液态合金离子源结构，我们利用本结构研制成功了Ａｕ－Ｓｉ和Ａｕ－Ｓｉ－Ｂｅ液态合金离子源，测出了它们的发射特性。     

未知钍—铀比的误差分析

研究了在任意Th、U含量和Th-U比覆盖整个范围(即0≤Th/U≤∝)时总α计数率对年剂量的转换因子及其误差。结果表明,当不测定Th-U比而只测量总α计数率时,最终引起的年龄误差对0≤Th/U≤∝来说为±5.1％-±8.3％,对1.1≤Th/U≤9.5来说只有±2.5％％-±4.1％。
