研究结果表明 :水胶比、胶凝材料用量、钢纤维掺量、矿渣代水泥量对钢纤维砼强度影响显著。当矿渣取代水泥 10 %时 ,钢纤维砼强度最高。经试验选择出一个具有良好和易性和较高强度 (118MPa)的钢纤维砼配合比 ,为掺磨细矿渣的中含量超短异形钢纤维砼的设计和施工提供了试验依据  相似文献

Temperature and pH‐responsive interpenetrating polymer network (IPN) hydrogels, constructed with poly(methacrylic acid) (PMAA) and poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA), by a sequential IPN method, were studied. The characterization of IPN hydrogels was investigated by Fourier‐transform infrared spectroscopy, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and swelling under various conditions. The IPN hydrogels exhibited relatively high swelling ratios, in the range 230–380 %, at 25 °C. The swelling ratios of the PMAA/PVA IPN hydrogels were pH and temperature dependent. DSC was used for the quantitative determination of the amounts of freezing and non‐freezing water. The amount of free water increased with increasing PMAA content in the IPN hydrogels. Fused silica optical fibers have been used in an intrinsic mode optical configuration as biosensors for fluorescence based detection of hybridization of nucleic acids. In this work, the kinetics of hybridization of single-stranded oligonucleotides that were covalently immobilized were studied. The probe DNA was dT20, and the target was Fluorescein-labeled non-complementary (dT20) or complementary (dA20) oligonucleotide. Chronofluorimetric monitoring of the adsorption and hybridization processes was used to investigate oligonucleotide films of different density, in different salt concentrations, at temperatures of 25 and 40 °C, with the concentration of the target DNA being 0.005–0.1 μM. Mathematical models based on first- and second-order Langmuir adsorption have been examined to describe both the adsorption and the hybridization processes. Experimental data were processed using the models, and the hybridization kinetics were calculated. Hybridization kinetics on these optical fiber DNA sensors was found to be up to three orders faster than results presented for a number of other experiments using different immobilization chemistries.  相似文献

The effects of the variations in fiber length, fiber mirror reflectance on efficiency and output power are experimentally investigated for erbium-doped double pass backward superfluorescent fiber sources (SFSs). The influence of fiber length on mean wavelength stability (MWS) has also been demonstrated. By incorporating a short section of un-pumped erbium-doped fiber (EDF) at the output port, the pump power dependent on MWS becomes independent of pumped EDF length. This is a novel phenomenon that hasn‘t been reported up to now,and should be helpful to SFS fabrication and theory analysis. By using a fiber Michelson interferometer as spectrum slicing component,a multi-wavelength fiber source (MWFS) with ~20 channels (from 1542nm to 1559nm) is got. The MWFS has a channel spacing of ~0. 8 nm which satisfies ITUstandard. The intensity fluctuation among channels is less than 0.5dB,and the extinction ratio of all channels is above 14dB. This kind of MWFS should be useful to wavelength division multiplexing systems.  相似文献

碳纤维柔性连续抽油杆选用高性能碳纤维 ,以环氧树脂胶液为基体材料 ,添加一定配比的固化剂、促进剂和脱模剂 ,采用拉挤成型工艺制成 ,其开发的关键技术是连续成型、连接接头和安全保险装置。现场应用试验表明 ,TXC— 1、TXC— 2、TXC— 3三种规格的碳纤维柔性连续抽油杆能可靠应用于泵挂深度分别为 12 0 0、 180 0、 30 0 0m的直井和斜井中 ,实测比钢抽油杆节电 ,日产油量提高 。节能增产效果显著。  相似文献

Structural equation modeling was used to test the mediational role of social environmental selection on alcohol use in cross-sectional samples of 447 students from a rural state university and 421 students from an urban private university. Results showed that male gender, White ethnicity, and sensation seeking were uniquely associated with greater alcohol use. Mediational analyses indicated that socioenvironmental factors (i.e., Greek involvement, friends' approval of drinking/getting drunk) were positively associated with alcohol use and significantly accounted for parts of the effects of ethnicity and sensation seeking, but not gender, on alcohol use. Results suggest that White students and those high on sensation seeking may drink more heavily in college, in part because they select social environments in which alcohol use is encouraged. The present study explores the relation among 4 personality traits associated with impulsive behavior and alcohol abuse. Personality traits were measured using the 4 subscales of the UPPS Impulsive Behavior Scale (UPPS: S. P. Whiteside & D. R. Lynam. 2001). The UPPS and measures of psychopathology were administered to clinical samples of alcohol abusers high in antisocial personality traits (AAPD), alcohol abusers low in antisocial personality traits (AA), and a control group (total N = 60). Separate analyses of variance indicated that AAPDs had significant elevations on all 4 UPPS scales, whereas the AAs and controls differed only on the Urgency subscale. However, when controlling for psychopathology, group differences on the UPPS scales disappeared. The results suggest that personality traits related to impulsive behavior are not directly related to alcohol abuse but rather are associated with the elevated levels of psychopathology found in a subtype of alcohol abusers. The author tested the hypothesis that a history of drug-induced antagonism of alcohol impairment would enhance alcohol tolerance in humans. Groups of participants (N = 21) repeatedly performed a psychomotor task under different drug treatments: 0.65 g/kg alcohol, 4 mg/kg caffeine, or both drugs combined. Tolerance to a 0.65 g/kg alcohol dose challenge was then tested. Results showed that a history of combined alcohol and caffeine administrations increased alcohol tolerance compared with an exposure history to either drug alone. The findings contribute to the understanding of the complexities of polydrug use history and provide a useful model to examine how alcohol tolerance might be affected by a history of coadministration with other drugs (e.g., cocaine and nicotine). Sandwich panels with Kagome lattice cores reinforced by carbon fibers   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
Stretching dominated Kagome lattices reinforced by carbon fibers were designed and manufactured. The sandwich panels were assembled with bonded laminate skins. The mechanical behaviors of the sandwich panels were tested by out-of-plane compression, in-plane compression and three-point bending. Different failure modes of the sandwich structures were revealed. The experimental results showed that the carbon fiber reinforced lattice grids are much stiffer and stronger than foams and honeycombs. It was found that buckling and debonding dominate the mechanical behavior of the sandwich structures, and that more complaint skin sheets might further improve the overall mechanical performance of the sandwich panels.  相似文献
