本文对各种加热温度及冷却速度下的由第一汽车厂和大连钢厂联合开发,研制的35VS非调质易切钢的组织和性能进行了研究,结果完明,珠光体体积百分数和冷却速度有关,但奥氏体晶粒尺寸随着加热温度升高而增加,并在1050℃时发生突然长大,珠光体片层间距随冷却速度的增加而减少,铁素体的显微硬度明显高于35钢中铁素体的硬度。室温强度指标σb6和σ0:2随加热温度的升高而增加,室温塑性指标和δ随加热温度升高而降低,在性能和冷却速度关系曲线中,当冷却速度为60℃/min时,35VS钢具有较好的塑性,这种冷却速度下得到的组织呈魏氏组织。 相似文献

This work deals with relaxed conditions for stability and stabilization of discrete-time Takagi–Sugeno (TS) models. It recalls classical results found in the literature which use quadratic Lyapunov functions leading to very conservative conditions, and various extensions based on piecewise and non-quadratic Lyapunov functions. Afterwards, a new and powerful way to enhance the previous results is depicted. The basic idea is that waiting long enough a stable model will converge towards its equilibrium and, therefore, the Lyapunov functions under consideration are not necessarily decreasing at every sample, but are allowed to decrease every k samples. Whatever it is k >1, the results are proved to include the standard one-sample case. The potential of this approach is shown through several examples in the paper. 相似文献

The changes in the levels of three furocoumarins such as dihydroxybergamottin (DHB), paradisin A and bergamottin in Rio Red and Marsh White cultivars of grapefruits were monitored from November to May. The levels of DHB and bergamottin in both varieties of grapefruits decreased as the season progressed except for the bergamottin in Marsh White grapefruit. Influence of growing location, processing and storage on the levels of these compounds were also evaluated. Among the varieties the highest levels of DHB (2.266 μg/ml) and bergamottin (2.411 μg/ml) were found in Flame grapefruit grown in Florida. The highest level of paradisin A was found in Rio Red grapefruit grown in California and the lowest levels were observed in Rio Red grapefruit grown organically in Texas. Hand squeezed juice contained 1.98, 1.06 and 3.03-fold more DHB, paradisin A and bergamottin, respectively as compared to processed juice. The levels of furocoumarins showed a decreasing trend in all the juices with progress of storage. Four methods were used for the synthesis of pure zeolite Y using soluble silicate as a silica source: (1) the gelling of soluble silicate to silica–alumina gel, by aluminate (or aluminium sulphate), (2) the precipitation of soluble silicate to precipitated silica–alumina gel, by aluminate (or aluminium sulphate), (3) the gelling of soluble silicate by sulphuric acid plus alumina impregnation, and (4) the precipitation of soluble silicate by sulphuric acid plus alumina impregnation. A 24 two-level factorial design was used to study the influence of four different variables on the purity of zeolite Y (expressed in terms of degree of crystallinity). The ageing time turned out to be the most significant variable. Synthesis time, alkalinity and mixing rate were also found to be statistically significant. X-ray diffraction patterns were used to characterize the samples, which ranged from well-crystallized faujasite structures to amorphous materials. The highest purity achieved in method (1) was 38%. The best synthesis condition derived from method (1) was applied to the other three methods. Only method (4) yielded the pure zeolite Y. Therefore, the effect of silica–alumina precursor preparation on producing the pure zeolite Y is extremely important. 相似文献

This paper addresses a key theoretical problem in the mechanics of ultra-precision machining – shear angle prediction and cutting force variation induced by crystallographic anisotropy. The constitutive equation of crystal plasticity is implemented in the finite element modelling of the chip formation at micro-scale to take into account the effect of crystallographic orientations of the work piece to be cut. The theoretical prediction of shear angle and cutting force variation reveals two distinguished phases of pre-compression and steady-state cutting in ultra-precision diamond turning. anisotropic diffusion equation of Alvarez and Morel. According to the introduction of new diffusion term, this model can not
only remove noise but also enhance edges and keep their locality. And it can also keep textures and large-scale fine features
that are not characterized by edges. Due to these favorable characteristics, the processed images turn much clearer and smoother,
meanwhile, their significant details are kept, which results in appealing vision.
