基于QFD／TRIZ／FCE技术的板式链设计研究

阐述了QFD、TRIZ、FCE的理论，提出了QFD／TRIZ／FCE在机电产品开发中的集成模型。并将这一模型用于微波干燥设备的传动机构开发中，成功破解了该微波设备传动中存在的问题，开发了一种同时可以承受拉力和压力的新型链——板式链。降低了设计成本、缩短了设计周期，得到设计的最优方案解。     

Prioritization of human capital measurement indicators using fuzzy AHP

People in an organization constitute an important and essential asset which tremendously contributes to development and growth of that company by the help of their collective attitudes, skills and abilities. This is why the human capital (HC) can be considered the most important sub-dimension of the intellectual capital. Since you cannot manage what you cannot control, and you cannot control what you do not measure, the measurement of HC is a very important issue. This study aims at defining a methodology to improve the quality of prioritization of HC measurement indicators under fuzziness. To do so, a methodology based on the extent fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is proposed. Within the model, five main attributes; talent, strategical integration, cultural relevance, knowledge management, and leadership; their sub-attributes, and 20 indicators are defined. The proposed model can be used for any country. However, the results obtained in the numerical example reflect the situation of HC in Turkey, since the experts are asked to make their evaluations considering the cultural characteristics of Turkey. The results of the study indicate that “creating results by using knowledge”, “employees’ skills index”, “sharing and reporting knowledge”, and “succession rate of training programs” are the four most important measurement indicators for the HC in Turkey.     

Evaluating multifactor risks under conceptual uncertainty

A tool is proposed to evaluate multifactor risks during the operation of an innovation system of technological forecast. A modified BOCR method of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is developed. It allows: integrating the situation and force majeur risk evaluation into an overall structure of decision making with the help of AHP along with evaluating benefits, costs, and opportunities for each alternative; processing expert judgments in the form of fuzzy preference relations; taking into account a time parameter, when decision factors and alternatives may be corrected or fundamentally changed during some period. Indices of the risk of subjective judgment (information risk) evaluation are developed for given point, interval, and fuzzy expert judgments and probability distribution of expert judgments. 基于AHP的石油装备用户满意度多层次模糊综合测评

用户满意度CSD(customer satisfaction degree)这一指标的测量和利用在现代企业的产品设计、制造和经营管理中极为重要,以用户满意来评价产品质量的好坏,比单纯使用技术指标能更真实地反映产品使用价值与价值的统一。要使得用户满意度这一测评结果对企业有积极的指导意义,必须保证测评方法公正、客观、科学,针对用户满意度测评主观多、客观少,定性多、定量少特点,文章提出基于AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)和多层次模糊综合评判等方法,采用AHP建立测评指标权重集,避免确定权重的主观片面性,采用较成熟的模糊综合评判法,使测评结果更客观、科学,测评更具操作性,对典型油田用户使用井口防喷器产品进行了用户满意度测评及分析。     

基于FAHP的印染质量综合评价算法研究

在分析印染质量因素的基础上,构建印染质量的层次结构模型。采用模糊层次分析法(Fuzzy-AHP)对印染产品的质量进行分析,由模糊层次分析法求得各质量指标的相对重要度排序向量,然后对实际测量值按评分标准打分,最后进行综合评价。最后对福建一印染厂的产品进行质量评定,评定结果符合实际,证明该评价方法具有可行性,并为质量分析提供更科学的数据。     

Linking analytic hierarchy process and social choice methods to support group decision-making in water management

The social choice (SC) theory is in close relation with multicriteria decision-making (MCDM), especially in group decision contexts. SC theory includes various voting systems while MCDM is represented by utility and outranking methods; among utility models, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is probably the most popular in group decision support. In this paper, we investigate two possible contexts in modeling decentralized decision problems in water management. The first is based on AHP only and two group aggregation techniques. The second one assumes the AHP application in subgroups, while at a group level, aggregation is performed by the SC voting procedures. Comparative analyses show good agreement of the results when two methodologies are applied as the decision support to the water committee of the San Francisco river basin in Brazil. The second methodology (called AHP + SC) is considered more promising for implementation in real-decision situations in water management.     

一种基于AHP方法的客户价值细分研究

通过分析基于客户生命周期价值客户价值细分的各种方法,给出了一种简单易行的基于AHP(层次分析法)的客户价值细分方案,为客户价值细分提供了一种新的思路。该方案引入AHP通过领域专家的群体决策计算出RFM(最近购买时间、购买频率和总购买金额)的权重,根据加权的RFM变量来对客户群进行聚类分析,探讨了该方案的具体实施流程,并对方案中的关键方法做了详细的分析。最后通过实例分析,聚类结果表明了这种方案能够有效地对客户群体进行细分。     

电子商务供应链环境中供应商选择研究

电子商务的迅速发展对于企业供应商选择有着重要和深远的影响,但传统的供应商评价存在着各种不足之处,本文提出了利用层次分析法模型科学的处理定量和定性评价指标,选出最佳的合作伙伴.     

运用AHP方法实现空调冷热源方案的优选

应用AHP方法建立了空调冷热源方案的评价模型,并结合工程实例对4种空调冷热源方案进行分析,选出最佳方案.从而证明该方法可辅助设计人员对备选方案进行比较、分析,并且做出决策,提高了决策的科学性.     

TOPSIS法用于地空导弹兵阵地选择

阵地选择是地空导弹部队进行防空作战的首要任务.分析了影响阵地重要性的主要因素,采取德尔菲法获得指标值,采用层次分析法得到指标权重,利用逼近理想解的排序法对待选阵地的优劣进行了定量分析.最后通过算例对算法的正确性和实用性进行了验证.
