角调谐飞秒同步泵浦KTP红外光参量振荡器

用平均输出功率为１．１Ｗ，脉宽为９０ｆｓ的商用再生锁模Ｔｉ：Ｓａｐｐｈｉｒｅ激光器作为泵浦源，用ＫＴＰ作为非线性光学介质，制成一台同步泵浦飞秒光学参量振荡器。其输出调谐范围为１．０４μｍ至１．２６μｍ，平均输出功率在１００ｍｗ左右，脉宽仅约１００ｆｓ。     

抽油机减速器齿轮的失效分析

找出了人字齿轮减速器在工作中右端齿轮出现严重磨损的原因并进行了分析。提出在国内现有制造技术的条件下，对于37kN·m以下的减速器应推广使用斜齿轮传动。     

斜井抽油系统优化设计技术研究及应用

结合斜井井身轨迹特点,建立了斜井三维井眼中杆柱轴向载荷和侧向载荷计算数学模型,给出扶正器间距和加重杆配置的计算方法;应用系统工程分析方法,给出系统参数设计的步骤,形成了斜井有杆泵抽油系统抽汲参数优化设计方法,编制了相应的优化设计软件。现场应用实例表明,该优化设计方法理论正确可靠,根据本方法编制的斜井抽油系统优化设计软件用于现场设计,可达到有效降低管杆偏磨,减小悬点载荷,提高油井产量、泵效和井下系统效率之目的。     

SPECTRAL DENSITY ESTIMATION FROM NONLINEARLY OBSERVED DATA

Abstract. The estimation of the spectral density function of a stationary Gaussian process at the input of an instantaneous nonlinearity is considered when the nonlinearity is known and a finite set of observations of the output process is given. A class of spectral estimates is considered and their quadratic-mean consistency is established; precise asymptotic expressions for their bias and covariance are derived and their asymptotic normality is obtained.     

Kinetic analysis of the crystallization of poly(p-phenylene sulphide)

Growth rates of spherulites were measured in poly(p-phenylene sulphide) crystallized from the melt and the quenched glass over the temperature range 100°C–280°C, possibly the most extensive overall range yet reported for any polymer and, as such, most propitious for study of régime III crystallization. For a medium M.wt. polymer, a régime II → III transition was obtained at 208°C using values of transport parameters common to many polymers ($\text{U1 = 1400}\text{cal mol}{}^{\mathrm{?1}}$, T_∞ ? T_g = 30°C) together with experimentally determined values of T⁰_m(315°C) and T_g(92°C). Under these conditions, the régime III/II slope ratio was found to be 2.07 (i.e. only 3.5% higher than predicted by régime theory), and reasonable estimates of surface free energies and of the work of chain folding were obtained. Other choices of the transport terms, including WLF and zero values, did not allow successful kinetic analyses. Although a régime I → II transition is predicted to occur at the high-temperature end of our growth-rate data, we found no experimental evidence for it. For a low M.wt. polymer, our analysis showed that régime III kinetics is obeyed at low temperatures, while at higher ones there is a continuous departure from that behaviour without, however, full attainment of régime II kinetics.     

Behavioral depression during cocaine withdrawal is associated with decreased spontaneous activity of ventral tegmental area dopamine neurons.

Withdrawal from an escalating-dose, bingelike regimen of cocaine administration in rats produced significantly depressed levels of locomotor activity during the nocturnal portion of the day-night cycle. This effect was observed during the first 48 hrs of testing. Extracellular single-unit recordings of ventral tegmental area (VTA) dopamine (DA) neurons revealed no differences between saline- and cocaine-treated rats with respect to basal firing rates. However, significantly fewer spontaneously active VTA DA neurons were encountered in rats withdrawn from binge cocaine. As with the nocturnal hypoactivity, this effect was observed only during the first 48 hrs of withdrawal. These findings suggest that short-term DA neuron dysfunction during cocaine withdrawal temporally corresponds to behavioral disruptions that are similar to those described in human addicts. Are eating disorders culture-bound syndromes? Implications for conceptualizing their etiology.

The authors explore the extent to which eating disorders, specifically anorexia nervosa (AN) and bulimia nervosa (BN), represent culture-bound syndromes and discuss implications for conceptualizing the role genes play in their etiology. The examination is divided into 3 sections: a quantitative meta-analysis of changes in incidence rates since the formal recognition of AN and BN, a qualitative summary of historical evidence of eating disorders before their formal recognition, and an evaluation of the presence of these disorders in non-Western cultures. Findings suggest that BN is a culture-bound syndrome and AN is not. Thus, heritability estimates for BN may show greater variability cross-culturally than heritability estimates for AN, and the genetic bases of these disorders may be associated with differential pathoplasticity.
