悬浮床催化精馏合成支链烷基苯的模拟

Suspension catalytic distillation (SCD) has been developed recently as an innovative technology in catalytic distillation. In this paper, a brief introduction to SCD is given and an equilibrium stage (EQ) model is developed to simulate this new process for synthesis of linear alkylbenzene (LAB) from benzene and 1-dodecene.Since non-ideality of this reaction system is not strong, EQ model developed could be applied to it successfully.Simulation results agree well with experimental data, and indicate some characteristics of SCD process as an advanced technology for the production of LAB: 100% conversion of olefins, low temperature (90-100℃) and low benzene/olefin mole ratio.     

单螺杆挤出过程的数值模拟

以三段七区物理模型为基础，采用面向对象程序设计语言VisualC ，对整个单螺杆挤出过程进行了数值模拟。所得压力。温度等工艺参数的模拟结果与实验值吻合较好，说明采用数学模型的正确性和数值算法的可行性。

Effect of Ammonia on Silicone Rubber-Glass Adhesion

The adhesion energy between silicone rubber and glass has been obtained from the Johnson, Kendall and Roberts' test. The specific effect of ammonia on the quasi-equilibrium value has been studied as a function of the degree of crosslinking of the elastomer. For PDMS networks with lower molecular weight between crosslinks, the effect is more pronounced but completely reversible. This has been related to the increase in the non-dispersive part of the surface energy of the silicone due to the imbibed ammonia. In incompletely crosslinked hydroxyl-terminated PDMS, ammonia has a catalytic effect and is responsible for chemical bonding between the unreacted hydroxyl groups of the PDMS and the hydroxyl groups on glass.     

变频技术在舞台吊杆定位控制中的应用

以舞台调速吊杆高精度定位运行为目标,针对吊杆运行过程中的运动惯性和机械延时等影响定位精度的问题,该文设计了应用PLC、变频器、增量式编码器等组成异步电机传动的速度和位置双闭环控制系统,提出采用变频调速的二分法算法实现无极变速运动及其准确定位控制.工程实践表明,该方法凭借双闭环系统在获得理想调速性能的同时,又大幅度地提高了位置控制的定位精度.     

水稻全生育期应用腐植酸液肥的效果初报

腐植酸液肥——科力素(KLS)对水稻生长发育影响较大。试验表明,水稻苗床施用KLS明显刺激秧苗生长,处理区根长、根数、地上地下百株鲜重及带蘖率都好于对照区。不同生育时期喷施KLS,水稻发育加快,自返青期开始到成熟期都有不同程度提前,一般早熟3～5d。产量增加幅度为4.7%～21.1%,平均增产11.3%,亩增效37.44～204.48元,平均为99.2元,产投比约为12∶1。
