发电机用DJL350磁极钢板的开发与应用

本文论述了高强度冷轧磁极板的试制性研究，应用性研究及在开生桥机组上的实施。通过与国外材料的对比，研究了材料的化学成分、力学性能、磁性能、金相组织及其与性能的关系。并对其实际应用效果进行了分析总结。     

电转化法转化钝顶螺旋藻转化条件的研究

确定了电转化法转化钝项螺旋藻S6-4的转化条件。无论受体是藻丝还是单细胞／藻丝段，钝项螺旋藻S6-4在对数生长期内，半致死电场强度无显著差别。实验表明以对数中期的螺旋藻用于转化为宜。当脉冲时间是5．0ms时，藻丝受体和单细胞／藻丝段受体的半致死电场强度分别是3．75—5．0kV／cm和3．1—4．4kV／cm，而电击缓冲液分别是1．0mmol／L HEPES(pH7．5)缓冲液和含有0．5mol／L蔗糖的1．0mmol／L HEP—ES(pH7．5)缓冲液。本文的研究结果为螺旋藻转化及外源基因表达提供了实验基础。     

Studies on chitin 3—effect of coagulants and annealing on the preparation and the properties of chitin membrane

Chitin membrane was prepared by casting a N,N-dimethyl acetamide, N-methyl 2-pyrrolidone and lithium chloride (DMA-NMP-LiCl)solution of chitin and coagulating with several media. The effect of the coagulants on membrane formation was studied. 2-Propanol was found to be more favourable than methanol, ethanol, acetone and mixtures of 2-propanol and water. The membrane obtained in 2-propanol was subjected to annealing. Annealing made the membrane dense and strong. The tensile strength of the membrane annealed at 145°C for 2hr was about twice that of an unannealed membrane. The solute permeability of the annealed membranes was lower than that of the original one. These phenomena could be clearly interpreted in terms of crystallinity.     

Mechanical and thermal properties of HVOF sprayed Ni based alloys with carbide

The objective of the present study is to develop multi-functioned coating to the components, which are made of copper with electroplated Ni and are widely used for steel making industry. In this paper, we report the mechanical and thermal properties of Ni based superalloys with carbide sprayed by high velocity oxygen fuel (HVOF), and the detailed effects of sprayed material, spraying conditions, and initial powder structure on these properties. It was found that, among commercial Ni self-fluxing alloys (without fusing treatment), coating with a carbon content of 0.58 mass% had the most preferable properties, with a good balance of the hardness, strength, and thermal shock resistance. The thermal shock resistance depended not only on the strength of the coating but also on the volume contraction when tested at high temperatures. For the several developed Ni based superalloys with carbide, Ni20Cr8Mo5Fe–WC and Ni16Cr15Mo3–WC demonstrated the prominent adhesion strength and thermal shock resistance with high Galvanic corrosion resistance through optimized spraying condition. Also, 20 mass% NiCr–Cr₃C₂ coating sprayed by using employed relatively small primary particle succeeded in achieving the multi-superior properties; high adhesion strength, high corrosion resistance and thermal shock resistance.

 本文通过最近所作的两个离心模型试验,进一步探讨了用离心机作静力结构模型试验的有关问题,试验结果进一步证明用离心机作静力结构模型试验,无论在理论上和试验技术上都是可行的,最后将有关问题作了进一步的讨论。     

基于有限元分析的金刚石钻头强度验算公式

在对81／2B125金刚石钻头进行有限元计算分析后，找出最大应力点在金刚石钻头冠部切削告处。通过改变各相关尺寸和结构型式，用有限元法模拟试验过程，在给定结构参数和工艺参数情况下获得多组数据。根据专业知识，参考有限元计算获取的各组数据变化特征，选出拟合较好的公式类型，再采用回归分析方法确定待定系数，最后得出工程上实用的金刚石钻头强度验算公式。用这个公式对81／2B461W和121／4B331金刚石钻头进行了强度验算，经改进设计后钻头在现场使用取得了良好的效果。     

HSLA-80/100钢的焊接

对ＨＳＬＡ－８０／１００钢的焊接性、焊接材料及焊接工艺进行了综述，并指出了现存在的主要问题。

结构强度储备的评估及结构维修过程的跟踪决策

本文提出了已建成结构在服役过程中构件的强度储备比和结构整体的强度储备比的概念和定义,它们都是随结构使用和维修过程而变化的时间的函数。我们建议以实际的强度储备比作为构件和结构服役安全度的表达方式,给出了构件和结构强度储备比的具体评定方法,并以结构整体的强度储备比作为控制参数决策结构的维修过程,以求得结构全寿命维修的优化控制。本文所提出的方法适用于具有良好的结构重分析程序和精密细致的检测手段的工程。一般重要的结构工程,例如核电站、海上结构、航空航天设备等均具备上述条件。因而本文所提的方法非常实用,可以立即应用于重要的工程项目,具有重大的经济和社会效益。
