宁夏引黄灌区渠道防渗衬砌技术研究

对宁夏引黄灌区渠道防渗衬砌的形式、防渗衬砌效果、渠道防渗衬砌工程的技术指标、冻害特征、防治措施进行了综合应用分析与研究,提出了不同级别渠道适宜的衬砌形式、推广渠道防渗衬砌的技术要求,供灌区节水工程改造、渠道衬砌工程参考。

介绍龙滩水电站尾水出口工程枯期围堰的设计参数及计算过程,结合施工过程中的实际情况,总结得出土石子围堰的闭气方法和浆砌石主围堰堰体防渗的应注意几个问题。     

An application of expert systems techniques to the on-line control and fault diagnosis of a mixing process

An application of expert hierarchical control is described in this paper. The control is implemented in a two-level configuration, where the lower layer performs direct regulation control and the upper layer performs supervisory functions. In the regulation layer, a rule-based controller performs the regulation task, where the controller is constructed upon causal relations between subsystems. The control action is inferred from the measurement of both controlled and noncontrolled variables. In the supervisory layer, the main function is a fault diagnosis system which diagnoses faults on-line. The diagnosis is based upon reasoning from the structure of the system and the functions of its components, and efficient diagnosis is achieved by dividing the system into several subsystems. The overall technique has been successfully implemented on a pilot scale mixing process under on-line computer control.

总结了浆砌石应用的历史,介绍了浆砌石的结构特性和施工工艺,从造价方面、防渗效果及施工三方面分析了浆砌石衬砌主要存在的问题,并提出了相应的解决对策,指出浆砌石衬砌在渠道防渗应用中应控制施工质量,从而更好地提高防渗效果。     

The impact of the Hebbian learning rule on research in behavioural neuroscience.

Hebb's principal theoretical propositions, the cell assembly and the nature of synaptic change, were generated at a time when the focus of work in behavioural neuroscience was directed at understanding issues such as the principles governing the behaviour of animals in neuropsychological studies of learning and memory and the role of drives in the control of behaviours like sex and feeding and drinking. It was not until attention shifted to understanding the neural underpinnings of learning and memory that Hebb's propositions had an impact on behavioural neuroscience as they provided a simple, and testable, mechanism for synaptic plasticity observed both in learning and in other forms of experience-dependent neural change. But much of the field remains interested in other issues such as sensation and perception, motivation, attention, and so on, and to date, Hebb's propositions have had little impact. 土石围堰三维有限元渗流分析及防渗措施研究

为了解决上游围堰防渗及绕坝渗漏问题,确定最优防渗方案,对炳灵水电站右岸松动体防渗帷幕的防渗方案进行了三维有限元渗流计算,并对右岸松动体帷幕的防渗范围和灌浆排数进行了敏感性分析。通过多种防渗方案的计算,对右岸松动体的防渗方案做了相应优化,建议了满足设计要求的防渗方案。     

混凝土外加剂在防渗工程中的应用

根据江东灌区的工程实际，总结了在渠道防渗工程中混凝土外加剂应用情况，提出了应用中的注意事项。     

A multi-criterion interaction-oriented model with proportional rule for designing supply chain networks

Supply chain management has offered a way to improve the industrial environment becomes more competitive. While, the commonly seen methodologies may be effective in solving the production–distribution problem only from supplier- or customer-oriented consideration, those cannot present the interactive relationship between upstream and downstream enterprises. In the competitive semiconductor industry environment, considering the viewpoints of the supplier and consumer simultaneously is particularly required, because multiple manufacturing and demanding steps are performed at separate situations, concurrently. In this paper, we propose an interaction-oriented approach, which bases on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) methodology and proportional rule, to solve the semiconductor distribution problem with multiple quantitative and qualitative criteria. The developed approach gives an expected satisfaction for the all participators of the whole chain while the cooperative information is shared perfectly and effectively. Analysis results demonstrate the proposed methodology is efficient and effective through a real world case study.

本文根据基坑防渗帷幕周围的地下水渗流特征，分析了渗流力对基坑流砂的影响，提出了按涌砂安全系数进行防渗帷幕埋入深度计算的方法。
