污水处理厂恶臭处理技术

结合实际经验,论述和总结了污水处理厂密闭、引风、除臭治理等几个方面的技术和应用,并推荐了一种带有先进滤床温湿度自控系统的生物滤池除臭设备。     

一种苦瓜皂甙的分离纯化及结构推断

通过正相硅胶色谱和反相硅胶柱色谱从苦瓜中分离得到一种物质,定性检验该物质为苦瓜皂甙,薄层色谱检验为单一化合物,反相高效液相色谱鉴定其纯度为98.45%.进一步用质谱对其分子结构进行初步推断,这种皂甙是一个连有2个糖基的母核荷质比为491、相对分子质量为815的皂甙.     

Lead and cadmium in teeth,bone and kidneys of rats with a standard Pb‐Cd supply

Male Wistar rats received a combination of 25 ppm PbCl₂ and 5 ppm CdCl₂ in drinking water at different developmental stages. Pb and Cd levels of incisors, molars, epiphyses, diaphyses and kidney cortex were recorded by atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The results confirmed that Pb has an affinity for hard tissue and especially to teeth, but it also accumulated in soft tissues under the above conditions. In addition, the results indicated none or only a moderate placental or mammary barrier for Pb, and suggested a high absorption of lead from the intestine of sucklings. The results also confirmed that kidney cortex is a primary target for Cd, and indicated that Cd has crossed the placental and mammary barriers to some degree. The positive significant correlation between Cd levels in molars and kidney cortex suggested that rodent molars indicate a degree of Cd absorption, whereas incisors do not. It is supposed that rodent molars are comparable to human deciduous teeth. It is thus confirmed that human deciduous teeth indicate previous lead exposure. It is further inferred that they also can be used as indicators of previous Cd‐exposures.     

A review on Zeolite-Reinforced Polymeric Membranes: Salient Features and Applications

Various types of synthetic polymeric membranes have been fabricated for separation purposes in industry/laboratory. Zeolite is ceramic-based material and well known for its antiwear resistance and high mechanical strength. Mixed matrix membranes are the latest membrane technology constituting inorganic nanoparticle phase and organic polymer phase. The review represents various types and applications of zeolite-reinforced polymeric membranes. Consequently, fabrication procedure and working principle of zeolite-reinforced mixed matrix (polyimide, polysulfone, polycarbonate) membranes have been discussed. The significant relevance of polymer/zeolite membranes is in water purification, medical, catalytic, and gas separation industries. Improvement in polymeric membrane properties has been observed through incorporation of zeolite filler.

分析了颗粒密度大及流量、浓度瞬间变化大的矿（泥）浆污水泵坑的排污设施目前存在的问题，并从改进设备、合理设计和加强管理等方面，探讨了解决此类问题的措施。     

医疗污水处理工艺介绍及设计实例

医疗污水成分较为复杂,致病菌种类多,对人体健康及环境危害性大。排入城市污水管网系统的污水需经适当的预处理工艺后,方能达到相应的排放标准。本文针对某门诊医院的污水排放要求,确定采用预处理的工艺,对医疗污水的预处理工艺设计做详细的介绍。     

Production and purification of a fused recombinant protein gp-36 (HIV-2) from Escherichia coli

A fragment of the gp-36 gene of the Human Immunodeficiency Virus type 2 (HIV-2) was fused to a stabilizer sequence, which encodes for the first N-terminal 58 amino acids of the human interleukin-2. The fused protein was expressed under the control of the tryptophan promoter in Escherichia coli, and expressed as 20% of the total cellular protein. Transmission electron microscopy indicated that the fusion protein formed cytoplasmic insoluble inclusion bodies. Inclusion bodies were semipurified by a wash pellet cell procedure, rendering a material with a purity higher than 70% by SDS–polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. After solubilization with urea, this preparation was further purified by gel-filtration chromatography up to 95% purity.

Effect of glass cover inclination and parametric studies of concentrator-assisted solar distillation system

In this communication, a thermal analysis of concentrator-assisted solar distillation unit has been developed to optimize the glass cover inclination. The thermal energy is based on the energy balance equation for each component of the distillation unit by incorporating the proposed modified Dunckle's relation for internal heat loss. An analytical expression for various parameters, namely the water and glass cover temperatures, hourly and daily yield and an instantaneous thermal efficiency, has been derived. Numerical computations have been carried out and it has been observed that the daily output increases with inclination.     

脂肪酶稳定性研究

研究了淀粉、粗纤维、糖、金属离子、醇、盐类对脂肪酶稳定性的影响.结果表明:从粗酶中分离出来的淀粉和粗纤维再加入到纯酶中,酶稳定性有所下降;从粗酶中分离出来的总糖和金属离子(以金属化合物形式)再加入到纯酶中,对酶稳定性的影响不大;外加一定浓度的氯化钾、四硼酸钠、丁二酸钠、山梨糖、丙三醇均可延长脂肪酶的热稳定性半衰期,而以山梨糖和丙三醇混合使用效果最好,在35℃下可延长脂肪酶的热稳定性半衰期256.8 h.
