基于BP网络的洪灾风险评价算法

为了解决洪灾风险评价问题,文中在分析传统洪灾风险评价算法不足的基础上,结合BP网络特点,提出了基于BP网络的洪灾风险评价算法（Flood Risk Evaluation algorithm on BPNet,FRE—BPN）,同时为了解决BP算法对复杂高维样本数据建模效率差、精度低的缺陷,利用粗糙集对BP网络进行约简。仿真实验表明,粗糙集约简使得BP网络大大降低了洪灾风险评价模型建立的复杂度,同时FRE-BPN算法对洪灾数据集进行风险评价时的平均耗时大大下降。     

Real time flood disaster monitoring based on energy efficient ensemble clustering mechanism in wireless sensor network

In this article, energy efficient ensemble clustering method (EECM) with black widow optimization (EECM-BWO) algorithm is proposed for effective data transmission with the help of real time flood disaster monitoring wireless sensor network (WSN). Initially, unified scalable ensemble clustering algorithm based on ensemble generation and consensus function is proposed for selecting the optimal routing path among the node using BWO algorithm. Then, biologically inspired routing black widow spiders optimization algorithm is proposed to trade off the nodes energy level, self-organization, and self-configuration in the WSN. The simulation is performed using NS2 simulator for validating the performance of the proposed EECM-BWO method. Here, in node, low delay achieves 24.07%, 72.58%, 51.36%, 81.75%, 77.74%, high packet delivery ratio achieves 70.83%, 53.93%, 90.23%, 43.58%, 24.58%, low packet drop attains 77.93%, 72.76%, 61.56%, 51.87%, 34.35%, low energy consumption attains 75.9%, 52.94%, 65.81%, 58%, 41.2% compared with existing energy-efficient clustering approach consolidated game theory as well as dual-cluster-head mode for WSNs energy-aware clustering by cuckoo optimization approach (EECM-COA), energy-aware clustering-based routing using multi-path reliable transmission with routing and control board (EECM-RCB-MRT), adaptive repair algorithm with temporally ordered routing algorithms for flood control strategy (EECM-AR-TORA-FCS), passive multi-hop clustering algorithm (EECM-PMC), dynamic source routing protocol based on genetic algorithm-bacterial foraging optimization (DSR-GA-BFO).     

无线传感器网络山洪监测数据汇聚平台

针对山洪形成原因的复杂性和不确定性,本文通过BP神经网络对历史数据进行整理,提出了基于多传感器信息融合的数据汇聚平台的设计。此平台可以实现实时汇聚小流域水位、降雨量等监测数据,对汇聚数据进行数据解析、信息融合,通过GPRS将采集的数据发送到远程后台数据中心。本文在硬件上设计完成了基于S3C2440的数据汇聚平台;在软件上完成了节点的控制、山洪监测数据显示、预警临界值设定及山洪预警功能的设计。通过实验表明,山洪监测系统利用此设计平台进行安全评价是有效的、可靠的。     

基于Grid Services的水库洪水预报系统研究

该文在深入研究Grid Services技术的一些最新学术和应用成果基础上,结合目前水库洪水预报系统的需求分析和设计原则,系统地论证了使用Grid Services技术实现水库洪水预报系统可行性和优势。同时根据系统特性和要求,给出了基于Grid Services的水库洪水预报系统的基本框架结构．为实现在Internet环境下进行洪水预报调度提供了分布式计算平台。     

认真深入做好前期工作确保三峡工程顺利兴建

三峡工程建设,无论是防洪,发电、航运其工程规模极其巨大,而且工程建设地处我国人口密集、经济相对较发达的长江干流上游最下部河段上;为此,工程建设的前期工作更应较全面深入周密细致,充分考虑方方面面的利害得失,正确地反映工程建设的经济效益。在开发性移民方针下,做好水库淹没损失的合理补偿和移民安置,不留后患。长江上游年年发生洪水造成灾害,工程设计应考虑在水库调洪运行中给上游带来的洪涝灾害淹没损失应得到相应的赔偿。执行《水法)对水资源的有偿使用经济收益的分配是一个有待探讨的问题。

回顾了新中国成立60年来中国大坝设计洪水计算的发展历程,总结了取得的经验和教训。在介绍现行规范规定的大坝设计洪水计算方法基础上,重点对中国大坝设计洪水的评估与确定进行了分析研究。

Based on the basic theory of temperature field and stress field for mass concrete, a feedback calculation for the temperature control simulation is made in accordance with the specific characteristics of the pier of the flood discharge sluice for a water control project in Xinjiang. It is known through the calculation that the adoptions of both the measure to alleviate the temperature difference between the inner and the outer concrete of the pier during the early period and the measure of the following-up temperature insulation for the concrete are the favorable methods to prevent the cracking of the pier concrete, and then this study result can provide references for the related project concerned.

利用实例对各常用设计洪水流量计算方法进行比较分析,指出各方法的特点。     

浅谈新疆某水库闸门集中控制系统

新疆某水库泄洪闸门集控系统是以美国Wonderware公司的Intouch 10.1系统监控软件为开发平台所建立的一套集远程监控和远程操作为一体的闸门控制系统。该系统上位机通过局域网与各闸门控制系统的PLC进行通讯,包括上送各种信息和接受控制命令,通讯采用标准以太网,支持TCP/IP协议,系统建立于2011年6月,经过1年多的操作运行,情况良好。
