铝合金局部加压凝固及流动数值模拟的研究

局部加压方法是压铸中用于消除铸件厚壁处缩孔缺陷的一种新工艺.本研究通过实验模型测量了不同加压条件下铸件的冷却曲线,分析了局部加压引起的凝固变化.考虑局部加压引起的补缩流动,通过适时修改网格文件、初始和边界条件的方法,模拟了局部加压过程中铝合金的凝固及流动变化,并与实验结果进行了对比,二者基本吻合.     

DISTRIBUTION AND EFFECT OF Ce IN RE BEARING DUCTILE IRON

The dependence of nodularization of graphite upon Ce content in RE bearing nodular castiron,prepared by directional solidification,has been investigated by electrolyticextraction-radioisotope assay analysis of Ce in each phase of the iron together withmeasurement of nodulized graphite.Results show that the Ce occurs mainly as alloyed form.In the graphite phase,the Ce content is believed to be characterization of nodularization.Thegraphite would completely nodulized only the Ce is over a certain content in graphite phase.     

Effects of rapid solidification on the phase structures and electrochemical properties of a V3TiNi0.56Co0.14Nb0.047Ta0.047 alloy

The crystal structures and electrochemical properties of a V₃TiNi_0.56Co_0.14Nb_0.047Ta_0.047 alloy prepared by the melt-spinning method were studied. The rapidly solidified alloy consists of a major Vanadium-based solid solution phase and a secondary Ti₂Ni-based phase. The secondary phase exists between the dendritic arms of the major phase, showing a typical eutectic characteristic. With increasing cooling rate, the amount of the secondary phase decreases but the lattice parameters of both the major phase and the secondary phase show no obvious change. Because the disappearance of the catalytic effect of the secondary phase, the rapidly solidified alloy shows bad electrochemical properties except cycle stability.     

单晶高温合金定向凝固过程中初生碳化物的上浮现象SCIEI

本文在一种抗热腐蚀单晶镍基高温合金平面及胞状液-固界面定向凝固条件下,发现了初生碳化物(TiC)的上浮现象并分析了其形成原因。     

Microstructure and mechanical properties of high strength as—cast Ti—15—3 alloy

The effects of heat treatment and solidification cooling rate on the microstructure and mechanical properties of as-cast Ti-15-3 alloy prepared by induction skull melting method were investigated.Results show that the microstructure of as-cast Ti-15-3 alloy changes from the features of simplified and larger size of beta grains to finer grain size with increasing solidification cooling rate.After solution treatment and different ageing treatment,alpha phase precipitates in grains interior as well as in grain boundaries.Due to the modification of the precipitate phase,the tensile stength and elongation of the alloy are improved simultaneously.A good combination of the values of 1.406GPa of σb and 4.5% of δ was obtained,which will be satisfied the use of this kind of alloy in critical areas.     

电、磁场对金属凝固组织的影响及应用

利用外加物理场凝固细晶技术是目前材料加工领域的研究热点。综述了各种电、磁场对金属凝固组织的影响，并对其主要的机理进行了探讨；并对电、磁场在金属凝固成形中的应用和进一步研究进行了展望。     

快速凝固铝硅合金粉末加热过程中硅颗粒的粗化行为

利用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、电子显微镜等设备对Al-12.8%Si合金粉末的原始状态及热处理后的状态进行了分析。发现其显微组织有两个连续的变化过程:在156℃时,固溶在基体Al中的过饱和Si开始析出,并在340℃发生粗化,随着加热温度的升高,粗化现象仍然存在。另外,对Si颗粒的粗化机理进行了研究,发现其粗化符合经典的LSW理论。
