在智慧城市建设与发展过程中,如何应对与之伴随的信息安全挑战,保证城市的可持续健康发展是一个重要的问题.基于智慧城市的主要组成部分,分别分析了智慧城市各部分面临的信息安全风险,从组织、制度、管理、技术、应急与灾备几个维度出发构筑智慧城市信息安全保障体系.

介绍射流泵辅助二次加压供水系统的组成、工作过程及节能原理,并对系 统的特点及实际应用效果进行了说明。     

道路网约束下的城市事件空间点模式分析

为对城市管理的资源分配提供有效的决策支持, 基于道路网约束下的核密度估计和K函数方法, 对城市事件的一阶和二阶空间分布特性进行分析, 并与平面空间点模式分析结果进行对比。实验结果表明, 相比平面空间点模式分析方法, 道路网约束下的核密度估计提取的“热点”路段可直观地体现事件沿道路网的分布情况, 而道路网约束下的K函数能真实地反映出事件在不同空间尺度下的聚集程度。     

基于资源型城市品牌形象传播的文创设计

目的大众对以资源为名的城市品牌普遍存在刻板印象,这在很大程度上限制了大众对资源型城市定位及品牌形象的认知度。大庆是我国重要的油田城市之一,其城市建设、城市科技与城市品牌形象都与石油有着密切的联系,然而大庆的城市转型并不顺利,出现了转型后品牌传播转化率低、品牌战略与公众认知相悖等问题。方法证实了在传播过程中整体环境、城市名片两部分共10项关键性因素影响着城市形象,并构建出城市形象的IPA模型。结果针对这些因素和问题,以"资源为基础、快销为宗旨、红色精神为灵魂"为文创产品设计原则,提出了"红色精神与工业遗产意象缩影"的设计方案。结论将城市精神与文化进行观感的显性呈现,通过文创产品实现深化城市品牌传播效果的作用,预期能为资源型城市的品牌塑造或转型提供有效的参考。     

Control system design of hybrid fuel cell city bus

This paper introduced the design of the hybrid powertrain of the Fuel Cell City Bus demonstrated in 2008 Beijing Olympic Games. The configuration of the hybrid fuel cell powertrain was introduced. The safety of hydrogen storage and delivery system, the hydrogen leakage alarm system were developed. The real-time distributed control and diagnosis system based on the Time Trigger Controller Area Network (TTCAN) with 10 ms basic control period was developed. The concept and implementation of processor (or controller) monitor and process (or task) monitor technique based on the TTCAN were applied in this paper. The fault tolerant control algorithm of the fuel cell engine and the battery management system were considered. The demonstration experience verified that the fault tolerant control was very important for the fuel cell city bus.

Intelligent System Application to Monitor the Smart City Building Lighting

A smart city incorporates infrastructure methods that are environmentally responsible, such as smart communications, smart grids, smart energy, and smart buildings. The city administration has prioritized the use of cutting-edge technology and informatics as the primary strategy for enhancing service quality, with energy resources taking precedence. To achieve optimal energy management in the multidimensional system of a city tribe, it is necessary not only to identify and study the vast majority of energy elements, but also to define their implicit interdependencies. This is because optimal energy management is required to reach this objective. The lighting index is an essential consideration when evaluating the comfort indicators. In order to realize the concept of a smart city, the primary objective of this research is to create a system for managing and monitoring the lighting index. It is possible to identify two distinct phases within the intelligent system. Once data collection concludes, the monitoring system will be activated. In the second step, the operation of the control system is analyzed and its effect on the performance of the numerical model is determined. This evaluation is based on the proposed methodology. The optimized results were deemed satisfactory because they maintained the brightness index value (79%) while consuming less energy. The intelligent implementation system generated satisfactory outcomes, which were observed 1.75 times on average.     

The Hinterland Urbanised?

Neil Brenner , Director of the Urban Theory Lab at Harvard University Graduate School of Design, reflects on the lack of an overarching theory to describe these realms, and argues that what we call the countryside or the hinterland has become key to the process of capitalist urbanisation.     

基于多时相遥感影像的城市演变分析

以宁波市为例,利用十年间4个不同时相的遥感数据资料,在提取不同时期的中心城区范围线的基础上,从用地结构的变化入手进行分析城市空间发展的变化进程、规律,为促进城市理性增长和保障城市总体规划提供参考,对城市演变进行分析对城市未来的发展规划及合理布局具有借鉴意义。
