美国食品安全管理法规与举措

以美国国会研究服务部对第107届国会就食品安全方面的一份报告为基础,主要对美国的公共健康问题现状、美国食品安全的联邦规范框架组成、美国食品安全控制最新进展和国会对食品安全提出的新议题做了综述,对我国的食品安全控制和管理体系的建设发挥一点借鉴作用。     

贯彻《水文条例》加强水文科研工作

水文是水利工作乃至国民经济社会发展的基础性和公益性工作。环境的变化、社会的发展、新时期水利工作治水思路转变等均向水文工作提出了新的要求，也提出了许多新的水文科学技术问题。我们应该认真学习贯彻《中华人民共和国水文条例》，加强水文监测工作，加强水文资料的汇交、管理和共享．进一步推进水文现代化建设，推进水文事业的健康发展。     

The problem of definition expansion and contraction

This article is the fourth of a series of articles discussing various open research problems in automated reasoning. The problem proposed for research focuses on finding criteria that would enable an automated reasoning program to expand or contract definitions wisely. For evaluating a proposed solution to this research problem, we include suggestions concerning possible test problems.This work was supported by the Applied Mathematical Sciences subprogram of the Office of Energy Research, U.S. Department of Energy, under contract W-31-109-Eng-38.

曙光油田超稠油井套管损坏的机理和防治

超稠油特殊的油藏特点决定了其生产周期短、注汽频繁、出砂、汽窜、超覆现象严重，以及套管质量等因素的影响，套管损坏较为严重。对曙光油田超稠油井套管损坏的规律和机理进行了研究，并从钻井和完井工艺的完善、套管钢级和射孔工艺的选择、采油生产参数的确定、注汽管柱隔热效果的提高、防治砂工艺等方面，对套管损坏提出了预防措施和对策。并对套管损坏井制定了修复再利用方案。

简要介绍《钢结构工程施工质量验收规范》(GB 5 0 2 0 5 - 2 0 0 1)的修订原则、方法以及对原规范进行修订中新增加的内容及要求 ,并进行了详细解释 ,以便于对新规范的理解     

炼油化工装置技术改造的决策与实施

针对炼油和石化工业装置技术改造的特点，系统地总结了技术改造的类型和改造方案的制定、决策及实施的原则、程序和方法，指出对炼化装置实施技术改造是一项极其复杂、极具难度的系统工程，必须结合实际情况，以投资回报最大化为原则，通过深入细致地研究和反复比选优化改造方案，并结合现场情况制定切实、可靠、安全的实施方案。     

One Hundred Years of Social Psychology Quantitatively Described.

This article compiles results from a century of social psychological research, more than 25,000 studies of 8 million people. A large number of social psychological conclusions are listed alongside meta-analytic information about the magnitude and variability of the corresponding effects. References to 322 meta-analyses of social psychological phenomena are presented, as well as statistical effect-size summaries. Analyses reveal that social psychological effects typically yield a value of r equal to .21 and that, in the typical research literature, effects vary from study to study in ways that produce a standard deviation in r of .15.
