In an electro-hydraulic servo control system, the force servo system is an important component. However, due to the nonlinear characteristic of hydraulic systems, traditional control methods cannot achieve satisfactory control performances. To deal with this issue, a load velocity compensation algorithm based on the structural invariant principle is proposed in this paper. First, the theoretical analysis of the hydraulic and cylindrical force control system is presented, and the mathematical model of the force control system is established. Then the open-loop frequency response characteristics of the system are analyzed, in which the Bode diagram shows that the bandwidth of the system is obviously expanded after adopting the load velocity compensation algorithm. Finally, a practical hydraulic and cylindrical force servo system is introduced to validate the feasibility of the proposed controller, the experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method can improve the performance of force control and eliminate the influence of load stiffness on the dynamic characteristics of the system through a set of comparative experiments with different elastic loads.  相似文献

对于求解波浪与大型结构物作用的pFFT方法,即预修正快速傅里叶变换方法(Pre-corrected Fast Fourier Transform),该文提出了消除"不规则频率"影响,从而保证在各频率下均可得到正确解的求解技术。该方法通过在内水面上配置源点的方法得到了唯一解的积分方程,并通过叠加物体内部积分方程而得到了便于求解的方形矩阵。算例表明:该方法能够消除"不规则频率"的影响,在整个频率内均可得到精确的计算结果;对于大型计算,在计算效率和内存空间的使用上,均较传统的高阶边界元方法有很大优势。  相似文献

This paper introduces a disturbance-compensating and energy-saving control method of an air turbine spindle equipped with a rotation control system designed for use in ultra-precision milling. As one of the key components, our proposed pneumatic regulating device, called a high-precision quick-response pneumatic pressure regulator (HPQR), is used to control the air supply pressure of the air turbine spindle precisely and quickly. The rotation feedback control system including the HPQR and a disturbance force observer, which avoids changes of rotation speed due to disturbance forces applied to the air turbine spindle, is explained. In addition, a pneumatic energy assessment method using a device called an “air power meter” is explained. The effectiveness of the proposed method is demonstrated through the experimental results.  相似文献

在机械系统中,间隙无处不在,由间隙引起的接触非线性往往会严重影响系统的动态响应精度,从而降低系统的动力性能。如果能利用系统动态信息识别出间隙大小,就能为机械系统的间隙控制提供依据。针对多自由度含间隙非线性系统,提出一种结合传统恢复力曲线方法与矩阵行空间正交投影技术的间隙值辨识方法。通过激励力和响应加速度得到传统意义下的恢复力,将该恢复力投影到各非线性位置上,绘制投影恢复力关于对应位置位移的曲线,由曲线的拐点就可以准确地识别间隙值。经过仿真验证了该改进方法的可行性,并与其他方法进行对比显示了该方法的优越性。在设计的含间隙悬臂梁试验台上进行参数辨识试验,验证了该方法在真实试验条件下的有效性。  相似文献

Protection against voltage dips is very important for transient stability in a Doubly Fed Induction Generator (DFIG). Conventional crowbar circuits have been used for protection of DFIGs; however, they may be insufficient in some transient situations. Therefore, the Low Voltage Ride Through (LVRT) capability was enhanced by a Demagnetization Current Controller (DCC) for the purpose of transient analysis. In addition, both stator and rotor circuit electromotive forces were modeled in a DFIG. The performances of the DFIG models with and without the DCC were compared. Modeling was carried out in a MATLAB/SIMULINK environment. A comparison of system behaviors was made between three-phase faults with and without a stator–rotor dynamic. Parameters for the DFIG including output voltage, speed, electrical torque variations and dq axis rotor–stator current variations in addition to a 34.5 kV bus voltage were examined. It was found that in the DFIG model the system became stable in a short time when using the DCC.  相似文献

The surface micro‐reliefs of primary martensite plates, representative for two shape memory alloys (SMAs) with different crystalline structures were compared from qualitative and quantitative point of view by scanning electron microscopy and atomic force microscopy, respectively. Qualitative evaluations revealed larger widths and heights of the primary plates of ε hexagonal close packed (hcp) martensite, in an Fe‐Mn‐Si‐Cr‐Ni SMA than those of β2′ orthorhombic (9R) martensite, in a Cu‐Zn‐Al SMA. Quantitative evaluations were based on systematic dimensional measurements of the width and height of primary plate profiles. The measurements were performed on one hundred and twenty five profiles, five on each martensite plate belonging to five typical groups of primary plates, with length above 50 micrometers, of both ε hcp and β2′ 9R martensites. In order to compare the topographies of the two types of plates a statistical evaluation of the dimensional intervals of width and height of measured plates was performed.  相似文献

Friction was measured on a single molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) nanotube and on a single MoS2 nano-onion for the first time. We used atomic force microscopy (AFM) operating in ultra-high vacuum at room temperature. The average coefficient of friction between the AFM tip and MoS2 nanotubes was found considerably below the corresponding values obtained from an air-cleaved MoS2 single crystal or graphite. We revealed a nontrivial dependency of friction on interaction strength between the nanotube and the underlying substrate. Friction on detached or weakly supported nanotubes by the substrate was several times smaller (0.023 ± 0.005) than that on well-supported nanotubes (0.08 ± 0.02). We propose an explanation of a quarter of a century old phenomena of higher friction found for intracrystalline (0.06) than for intercrystalline slip (0.025) in MoS2. Conducting polypyrrole (PPy) thin-film electrodes were prepared by the electropolymerization of pyrrole on gold-coated glass plates. Films of various roughnesses were obtained by the variation of the scan rates during electropolymerization. These thin films were modified by doping with 6mM of the dopant NiCl2. The surface morphology of the films was studied by scanning electron microscopy and atomic force microscopy (AFM), which suggested films prepared with a high scan rate were rougher in nature than the films produced with a low scan rate. The electrocatalytic reduction of nitrobenzene was carried out with these electrodes with the cyclic voltammetry technique in acetonitrile containing 0.1M HClO4 as a supporting electrolyte. The various results obtained show that the conducting PPy thin-film electrodes were catalytically active toward the electroreduction process. The modified PPy film electrodes doped with NiCl2 were more active toward nitrobenzene electroreduction than the PPy film alone. The results indicate that the roughness of the films played a very important role in determining their catalytic activity. The PPy films that were more rough in nature were catalytically more active than the smooth films; this may have been due to the availability of more reactive sites in the case of rough films. The properties of polypropylene (PP) mixed with masterbatch (MB) and liquid color concentrates (LCC), respectively, were compared by preparing samples of PP with MB and PP with LCC and neat PP as a reference material using 1–4 extrusion cycles. Two colors were examined, i.e., a white color consisting of pigment white 6, and a green color consisting of pigment white 6, pigment blue 15:3, and pigment green 7. The color difference between PP prepared with MB and LCC was determined and the mechanical, rheological, and crystalline properties of PP prepared with MB and LCC were found to be generic. The color of PP obtained from MB and LCC were comparable. Further, it was found that the tensile strength, the viscosity, and the crystal structure obtained were similar when using LCC instead of MB. The viscosity of the treated PP generally decreased with increasing extruder retention time due to thermal degradation.
