舰载火箭武器系统随机响应分析

利用随机振动复模态分析，提出了一种求解时变线性系统，在确定性激励与随机激励共同作用下非平稳随机响应的计算方法，并以舰载火箭武器系统为研究对象，用该法探讨了海浪对舰面火箭发射初始扰动和系统振动特性的影响。     

New developments in CdTe and CdZnTe detectors for X and γ-ray applications

There has been considerable recent progress in II-VI semiconductor material and in methods for improving performance of the associated radiation detectors. New high resistivity CdZnTe material, new contact technologies, new detector structures, new electronic correction methods have opened the field of nuclear and x-ray imaging for industrial and medical applications. The purpose of this paper is to review new developments in several of these fields. In addition, we will present some recent results at LETI concerning first the CdTe 2-D imaging system (20 × 30 mm² with 400 × 600 pixels) for dental radiology and second the CdZnTe fast pulse correction method applied to a 5 × 5 × 5 mm³ CdZnTe detector (energy resolution = 5% for detection efficiency of 85% at 122 keV) for medical imaging.

针对脉冲激光测距中计数量化误差影响测时精度的问题,本文提出了采用模数转换技术提高测时精度的方法,并进行了可行性与精度分析,理论与实践结果均表明,该方法易于实现,能够容易地将计数量化误差减少若干个数量级。

在Ｒｅｉｓｓｎｅｒ厚板理论中，利用分离变量法得到挠度函数Ｗ（ｘ，ｙ）和应力函数ψ（ｘ，ｙ）的解。在这些解中．选择一些三角级数和多项式作为该问题的挠度函数Ｗ（ｘ，ｙ）和应力函数ψ（ｘ，ｙ），从而得到了两相邻边固定另两边任意支承矩形厚板弯曲问题的精确解．这里不需要繁琐地叠加．     

Measurement of specimen charging in scanning electron microscopy with a kelvin probe

A vibrating Kelvin probe in form of a platinum wire loop is used to measure the surface potential U_s on electron-irradiated free-floating metal and insulator specimens as a function of electron energy E. This allows an accurate measurement of the critical electron energy E₂ for no charging. At energies below E₂, the positive charging increases with decreasing energy to U_s=2–5 eV at E=0.5 keV and switching off the collector bias of the Everhart-Thornley detector. A two-to threefold increase of U_s is observed when the bias is switched on. For E > E₂, the strong increase of a negative surface potential can be measured. Insulating films free-supported on a conductive substrate show a steep decrease to small positive and negative U_s when the film thickness becomes lower than the electron range at a critical energy E₃ > E₂. At insulating specimen the temporal decrease of charging can be measured when the electron beam is switched off.     

有环境约束时完成一族跟踪任务的力控制

本文为工业机器人提出了一种极点配置控制法，这种控制方法的优点有：一是它的积分作用消除了机器人的微小扰动和稳态误差；二是能任意设置系统的极点，因此能保证闭环系统的稳定性和规定状态变量的暂态响应；三是加入了加速度反馈，抑制了由电枢电感所引起的机械手的振动，最后，给出了ＰＵＭＡ５６２机器人的计算机仿真和实验结果验证了此控制法的有效性。

Turbulence represents an essential aspect in atmospheric and oceanic circulations.In particu-lar,it is a preponderant factor in the dispersion of pollutants of artificial or natural origin.Thevertical turbulent jets,plumes and buoyant jets discharging into static environment is one of themost important and basic flow patterns related with the environment pollution.These flows havenumerous important applications,for example,thrust augmentors,waste disposal plumes fromstacks and combustion systems,and significant problems of turbulent diffusion.
