螺纹孔加工质量和延伸公差带测量

螺纹连接在发动机和变速箱上有着广泛的应用,为保证其正确装配和实现功能,一般在加工工艺图上都会标注延伸公差带。对引起螺纹孔延伸公差带失效原因的各种因素进行了分析,并对采取的预防措施进行了讨论。

A DNA‐Threaded ZIF‐8 Membrane with High Proton Conductivity and Low Methanol Permeability

Natural biomolecules have potential as proton‐conducting materials, in which the hydrogen‐bond networks can facilitate proton transportation. Herein, a biomolecule/metal–organic framework (MOF) approach to develop hybrid proton‐conductive membranes is reported. Single‐strand DNA molecules are introduced into DNA@ZIF‐8 membranes through a solid‐confined conversion process. The DNA‐threaded ZIF‐8 membrane exhibits high proton conductivity of 3.40 × 10^?4 S cm^?1 at 25 °C and the highest one ever reported of 0.17 S cm^?1 at 75 °C, under 97% relatively humidity, attributed to the formed hydrogen‐bond networks between the DNA molecules and the water molecules inside the cavities of the ZIF‐8, but very low methanol permeability of 1.25 × 10^?8 cm² s^?1 due to the small pore entrance of the DNA@ZIF‐8 membranes. The selectivity of the DNA@ZIF‐8 membrane is thus significantly higher than that of developed proton‐exchange membranes for fuel cells. After assembling the DNA@ZIF‐8 hybrid membrane into direct methanol fuel cells, it exhibits a power density of 9.87 mW cm^?2 . This is the first MOF‐based proton‐conductivity membrane used for direct methanol fuel cells, providing bright promise for such hybrid membranes in this application.     

气体钻井预弯曲钟摆钻具控斜的动力学行为

井斜控制困难一直都是制约气体钻井技术发展的难题之一。为此,在研究带预弯结构的井底光钻铤钻具组合(BHA)动力学行为的基础上,基于拉格朗日方程建立了预弯钟摆BHA的非线性动力学模型,由简支梁静态模型求取钻头上的动态侧向力,进而设计、评价不同结构的预弯钟摆BHA在气体钻井中的控斜能力,并进行了现场验证。研究结果表明:(1)合理的预弯钟摆BHA在气体钻井中可以提供较大的动态降斜力,从而发挥出很好的降斜效果,当预弯短接弯角为0.75°时,BHA形心运动的最大半径较小,说明0.75°的弯角时BHA具有最佳的稳定性;(2)当钻头与近钻头稳定器之间为两根钻铤时,BHA的运动稳定性大幅提高,基本上处于井眼中心,这对于井眼质量控制十分有益;(3)所设计的预弯钟摆BHA在现场应用中能够较好的控制气体钻井井斜。结论认为,预弯钟摆BHA的动力学控制方程能够很好地描述预弯结构的运动特征,所设计的预弯钟摆BHA不仅适用于常规地层,而且在非均质性较强的砾石层钻井中控斜效果也同样显著;该研究成果对于气体钻井低成本控斜技术发展具有很好的推动作用。     

Java.一种基于ARM7的嵌入式Java虚拟机性能优化技术研究

分析了Java字节码的解释执行和基于解释执行的Direct Threaded Interpreter性能优化技术.以Direct Threaded Interpreter为基础,提出并实现了一种针对ARM7平台的嵌入式Java虚拟机解释器性能优化方案.对嵌入式Java虚拟机的参考实现、Direct Threaded Interpreter优化方案和新优化方案在ARM7平台上的性能比较表明,所提出的方案优于前两者.     

一种特殊的树形存储结构

以Delphi系统的菜单数据结构组织为例,介绍一种带辅助指针的树形存储结构以及该结构的关系分析,最后介绍该结构的应用。     

温度载荷对特殊螺纹油管接头密封性能的影响

为分析高温、高压及轴向力复合作用对特殊螺纹油管接头密封性能的影响,在考虑螺纹升角的情况下采用SolidWorks建立接头三维有限元模型,在有效模拟接头上扣的基础上,分析轴向力与内压共同作用下不同温度对接头密封面和台肩完整性的影响.结果表明:复合载荷作用下,随着温度升高,密封面和台肩Mises应力增大,密封面接触压力减小,台肩接触压力持续增大.复合载荷作用下接头密封面接触良好且未发生塑性变形,同时台肩对接头起到良好的辅助密封作用.     

地质钻探高强度铝合金钻杆研制及其应用

铝合金钻杆的设计制造技术属高新技术范畴,世界上只有俄罗斯、美国等少数发达国家能够批量生产。简要介绍了我国地质钻探用铝合金管材研制、铝合金钻杆制造关键技术及野外试验情况,并对今后铝合金钻杆的研发和应用方向提出了建议。项目工作成果对今后我国开发特深孔铝合金绳索取心钻杆和超深孔铝合金钻杆具有重要价值。安徽彭桥煤矿区的铝合金钻杆钻探试验最大孔深超过1000 m,应用效果良好,开辟了我国地质钻探铝合金钻杆在中深孔应用的先河。     

提高隔爆螺纹孔加工质量的工艺方法

对采煤机电控箱体隔爆螺纹孔的加工质量问题进行分析,探讨了提高隔爆螺纹孔加工质量的工艺方法。     

Failure analysis of threaded connections in large-scale steel tie rods

Steel tie rods are very important load-carrying components in applications where high levels of pre-stresses are required. The bearing capacity of a steel tie rod is determined not only by the strength of the rod body, but also by the strength of the threaded connection that resists force. Analysis of the strength of the threaded connection and determining the optimal number of turns of thread engagement is critical to ensure structural safety. This paper reports the results of full-scale tensile rupture experiments on two categories of large-scale steel tie rods provided by China JULI Corporation: (i) LG75-00 steel tie rods with triangle threaded connection, and (ii) LG100-00 steel tie rods with trapezoidal threaded connection. The full-scale tensile rupture experiments were carried out to test the maximum allowable axial working load under different numbers of turns of engaged threads. The results of these experiments suggest strong guidelines on the minimum number of turns of thread engagement for preventing the failure of thread teeth of steel tie rods in practical shear and bending applications.
