Influence of isothermal aging onσprecipitation in super duplex stainless steel

The time-temperature-transformation (TTT) curve of the 00Cr25Ni7Mo4N duplex stainless steel was obtained with a Formastot-digital thermal dilatometer,and the influence of isothermal aging on σ precipitation was studied by metallographic observation,X-ray diffraction (XRD),and transmission electron microscopy (TEM).The results show that the decomposition of ferrite phase is accompanied by the formation of σ phase at 750-1000℃,especially in the range of 800-900℃.The longer the aging time,the higher the amount of σ precipitation.The area fraction of various phases remains at a certain value upon the completion of ferrite deformation.The temperature of 850℃ is the most sensitive transaction temperature,the incubation time for the formation of o precipitation is less than 1 min,and aging for 20 min leads to the complete transformation of ferrite.The o phase is formed preferentially at the α/α/γ junction,and then grows along the α/α boundary in the matrix.     

城市污水的层流换热特性理论

为有效利用城市污水热能,以污水源热泵系统中的流动工质——城市污水为研究对象,通过理论分析的方法,对其层流状态下的换热特性进行理论推导和实验验证.结果表明:污水作为热泵的冷热源,有良好的换热特性,推导得出的换热准则关联式h=4.53λ/D,为污水源热泵系统设计提供依据,同时为应用污水余热技术提供理论基础.     

Preparation and sintering of nano Fe coated Si3N4 composite powders

Fe/Si₃N₄ composite powder was synthesized by the heterogeneous precipitation-thermal reduction process, and then pressed into flakes under a pressure of 10 MPa. Flakes were sintered by pressureless and hot-pressing at 1 600 °C under 0.1 MPa N₂. The chemical composition, phases and microstructure of composite powder and sintered flakes were investigated by energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS), X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The results show that the structure of composite powders is Si₃N₄ coated by nano Fe. The crystal phases of sintered flakes by pressureless are Fe(Si) compound, SiC and Si₃N₄. The crystal phases of the sintered samples by hot-pressing are Fe, Fe(Si) compound and Si₃N₄. It is found that crystal phases flakes obtained by pressureless and hot-pressing are very different. 复杂环境下的施工项目管理探索

随着青岛城市建设的快速发展,旧城改造加速,一些城市多年的烂尾楼将逐个被解决.相应的如何解决在已建密集建筑群内进行施工管理的矛盾,就成了项目建设开发亟待解决的问题.由于新开发的项目在已成气候的中心商务区,项目施工将会受到很大的外部条件的限制,面临诸如：邻近建筑保护;地下室开挖的基坑边坡的安全问题;进出现场的土石方、建筑材料的管制;场地狭小布置临时设施及办公、宿舍困难;昼夜施工的扬尘、噪声扰民等等复杂环境.施工项目前期规划与预控制是在复杂环境下解决各种矛盾的重要方法.     

ENSO事件对松花江流域夏季降水的影响

对1951—2000年的ENSO事件对松花江流域夏季(6—8月)降水的影响进行了分析,结果显示:赤道中东太平洋海温异常与松花江流域夏季降水有很好的相关性,特别是ENSO事件出现后,El Nino事件影响年通常对应于松花江流域夏季降水偏多,La Nina事件影响年松花江流域夏季降水则较常年偏少,且二者通过了置信度α=0.05的显著性检验.这种相关性可用于进行松花江流域夏季降水的预测.     

基于熵权的郑州市城市生态系统健康评价

城市生态系统是以人工为主导的自然、经济、社会3个子系统的复合生态系统,为使城市生态系统健康发展,根据健康评价指标体系建立原则,构建了一个4层的城市生态系统健康指标评价体系,采用基于熵权的模糊综合评判法,从时间纵向上研究了郑州市城市生态系统的发展趋势.结果表明：从2003年到2007年,反映生态系统结构功能的各要素,表现出了不同的发展趋势;郑州市城市生态系统健康状况呈总体上升的趋势;3个子系统间不能够协调发展,主要是社会子系统存在结构不合理等原因引起,可为制定进一步的城市发展政策借鉴.     

可量测实景影像在城市部件管理中的应用

介绍了移动测量系统采集的可量测实景影像在城市部件管理中的应用,通过对城市立面街景影像与部件地图、属性关联技术,利用实景影像对部件量测技术,提出了一种集成地图、部件属性库和多角度影像的城市部件管理新手段．     

夏热冬冷地区热环境下城市设计策略初探

从夏热冬冷地区热环境出发,引入熵的概念,对城市空间类型进行新的划分,研究不同空间类型下城市设计的设计要点,从热平衡角度出发,改善城市热环境,探讨适合夏热冬冷地区热环境下的城市设计策略。     

基于LVQ神经网络的城市快速路事件自动检测算法

基于具有自组织功能的学习矢量量化(LVQ)神经网络设计了城市快速路异常事件的自动检测算法,提出分车道检测的构想。研究了原始数据筛选、输入向量模式、神经元个数及检测时段等参数的选择。基于小波分析技术对原始数据的高频噪声进行滤波,引入长车流量作为输入参数,并对比了引入前后的检测效果。选用加利福尼亚算法作为评价的参考依据,对其执行过程和门限值的选择进行了研究。
