An Investigation of Vibration Reducing on a Machine Tool

In order to reduce the vibration on a machine tool, more orthogonal experiment schemes have been designed, which are based on the steel balls vibration reducing principle. After experiments the optimal reducing vibration scheme was determined. This kind of vibration reducing scheme is used in steel balls vibration absorber, which can be used to reduce vibration magnitudes of a machine tools under the working conditions, whereby improving machining precision. The suggested experiment method is of useful reference in reducing vibrations on other machine tools too.     

耀江大厦顶层屋面热泵的振动治理

本文通过耀江大厦27层屋面上六台热泵振动治理前后的振动和噪声测试数据的对比，简要阐述了安装在屋面上热泵的振动影响的程度和范围、产生振动影响和固体噪声传递的原因，并介绍了热泵双层隔振的方法和隔振效果。

通过对曼型气柜关键部位之一的基柱的安装和找正过程的分析，表明基柱安装前对基础进行预处理、安装时测量跟踪找正、安装后定位加固，是保证基柱安装精度的三个重要步骤。     

压电振子径厚耦合振动的二维等效电路研究

提出了一种轴向极化压电圆环和圆片的径厚二维耦合等效电路模型。应用这一模型分析了它们的耦合振动,比较了不同尺寸比例下耦合振动与单一模式振动的异同,发现这种方法比一维等效电路方法能在较宽尺寸范围内更准确的分析压电振子的振动问题。有限元计算和试验测量结果验证了这一模型对压电振子频率计算的准确性。     

正压冲固基础海洋平台冰激振动动力响应

正压冲固基础海洋平台是一种新型平台桩基结构形式。采用三维有限元的数值分析方法,建立了正压冲固平台的三维有限元模型。基于冰激强迫振动理论提出动冰载荷的计算方法,根据海冰破碎长度和冰速确定冰载周期,冰强度限制的水平冰力作为冰力峰值,得到的动冰载荷用于正压冲固平台的动力响应分析,并依照规范计算了6倍桩径处刚性固定时的动力响应。三维有限元方法计算得到的动力响应大于6倍桩径刚性固定时的计算结果,结构安全性评估偏于安全。     

大块式动力基础的振动分析与加固处理

根据一大块式曲柄连杆机构的机器钢筋混凝土基础的振动测试与振动分析 ,诊断了基础发生工程事故的原因 ,并结合工程特点 ,在不改变基础设计的动力参数的情况下 ,确定了灌浆加固处理方法 ,并介绍了灌浆加固处理的效果。     

Simulation by Slepian method of plastic displacements of Gaussian process excited multistory shear frame

The object of study is a stationary Gaussian white noise excited multi-degree-of-freedom (MDOF) linear elastic, ideal plastic, linearly damped, statically determinate oscillator with several potential elements of ideal plastic yielding. Specifically the study is exemplified for a plane multistory shear frame with rigid traverses where all the connecting columns except the columns in one or more of the bottom floors have finite symmetrical yield limits. The white noise excitation acts on the mass of the first floor making the movement of the elastic bottom floors simulate a ground motion that interacts with the structure above the bottom floors. The method of study is so-called Slepian model simulation and is in principle the same for other statically determinate MDOF elasto-plastic oscillators of the considered type. The method is fast as compared to direct simulation and provides results that give good insight in the behavior of the plastic displacement response process.     

Dynamic stiffness vibration analysis using a high‐order beam model

This work presents the derivation of the exact dynamic stiffness matrix for a high‐order beam element. The terms are found directly from the solutions of the differential equations that describe the deformations of the cross‐section according to the high‐order theory, which include cubic variation of the axial displacements over the cross‐section of the beam. The model has six degrees of freedom at the two ends, one transverse displacement and two rotations, and the end forces are a shear force and two end moments. Using the dynamic stiffness matrix exact vibration frequencies for beams with various combinations of boundary conditions are tabulated and compared with results from the Bernoulli–Euler and Timoshenko beam models.
