尼龙6生产中注带处单体烟的回收

分析比较了尼龙 6生产中注带处单体烟的几种回收方法。利用萃取水与注带的单体烟在吸收塔内逆向传质吸收而将单体予以截留的工艺 ,对单体的吸收效果最好。单体的实际回收率可达 98%以上。讨论了影响吸收效率的主要因素及在吸收塔顶加装除沫器的设计     

Composites based on eucalyptus tar pitch/castor oil polyurethane and short sisal fibers

Polymeric materials are being developed with renewable resources to promote industrial progress with environmentally friendly technologies. For this reason, polyurethane samples were prepared with 4,4′‐diphenylmethane diisocyanate (NCO/OH = 1), eucalyptus tar pitch (biopitch), castor oil as a polyol, and dibutyltin dilaurate as a catalyst. These materials were reinforced with different contents of short sisal fibers (0, 2.5, 5.0, 7.5, and 10.0%) and were prepared by resin‐transfer molding. The composites were characterized by IR absorption spectroscopy, thermal analysis (thermogravimetry and differential scanning calorimetry), impact resistance, scanning electron microscopy, and water absorption resistance. 阳离子型丙烯酸树脂的合成及其水溶性研究

以自由基聚合法合成了阳离子型丙烯酸树脂，通过稳定性比较考察了甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)用量及树脂中和度对树脂水溶性的影响，用Zeta电位研究了中和度对胶体稳定性的影响，采用激光光散射仪(LLS)测定了胶体颗粒在水分散液中的流体动力学半径及分布，研究表明：当GMA用量为15％(质量分数)，中和度为80％时．体系中胶体颗粒具有足够的亲水性和良好的稳定性。     

高浊度微污染黄河水的处理工艺

在混凝处理中采用5%的清水回流与PAC+HPAM联合投加相结合的方法,形成高浊度微污染黄河水的处理工艺。应用该技术对高浊度水进行生产性试验,除浊效果与传统工艺相比约提高40%～50%,对有机物和NH3-N的去除率也有所提高,同时可使出水的致突变活性呈阴性。     

Hydrogen evolution in alkaline solution on electrolytic nickel-cobalt and nickel-iron deposited with different bath compositions and current densities

Nickel-cobalt and nickel-iron electrodeposits were characterized as hydrogen electrodes in alkaline water electrolysis (6 mol/L KOH, 25°C). The nickel-based codeposits were fabricated with different bath compositions and at different current densities. The hydrogen evolution in water electrolysis on the nickel-based codeposits was apparently enhanced as compared with that on nickel. The improvement of the electrocatalytic behaviour of the hydrogen electrodes is attributed to their composition and an increase of their active surface, which are dependent on the electrodeposition conditions.

水性聚氨酯胶黏剂发展概况

简述可水分散性多异氰酸酯胶黏剂、乙烯基聚氨酯水性胶黏剂和水分散性聚氨酯(PUD)胶黏剂等水性聚氨酯胶黏剂国内外应用和技术发展状况,对我国水性聚氨酯胶黏剂的发展提出初步看法和建议。     

含双丙酮丙烯酰胺(DAAM)的水性乳液的制备与性能研究

通过预乳化乳液聚合工艺,合成了含官能团单体双丙酮丙烯酰胺(DAAM)、丙烯酰胺、N-甲基丙烯酰胺(NMA)的自交联丙烯酸酯乳液。实验结果表明,DAAM用量的增加对乳液涂膜的硬度有影响,而涂膜的耐水性随NMA用量增加有显著提高,在DAAM用量为单体含量的2％,NMA用量为单体含量的4％时,涂膜的铅笔划痕硬度达2H,耐水性达96h以上。
