绕扰流片分离流动的壁面压力测量

在风洞中用电子扫描阀进行测压实验，研究了底部间隙和锯齿高度对扰流片引起的壁面压力分布的影响。结果表明底部间隙在g／h≥1．0时对扰流片上游壁面压力分布曲线有较大影响，而对下游回流区压力分布曲线的影响主要在0≤g／h≤2．0的区域内；并且在g／^=0．2、1．0时，流动结构发生改变。另外，锯齿扰流片的当量面积与平板扰流片相等时，锯齿高度对下游底板压力分布特性的影响亦主要限于0≤x／h≤2．0的区域。     

乙苯/苯乙烯塔分离效率问题的技术分析及整改措施

分析了齐鲁分公司200kt/a乙苯/苯乙烯装置乙苯/苯乙烯塔(T-401)分离效率低的原因,即降液管设计偏小,液体在降液管内流速过快,引起液体飞溅;安装分布器使用的石棉垫片溶胀而粉碎后堵塞了分布槽;分布器上使用的垫片脱落形成缝隙而漏液;填料装得不密实,留有缝隙;二级分布槽变形等.针对存在问题提出了相应的整改措施,并考察了整改措施实施效果.结果表明,整改后该塔的分离能力满足了工艺要求,并有一定的操作弹性.     

Experience with Siberian Centralized Dispatch Regulation regarding location determination of damages sustained by intersystem high-voltage transmission lines

A set of measures that can be implemented by the Relay-Protection and Automated-Equipment Service for Centralized Dispatch Regulation (CDR) in Siberia to determine the location of damage sustained by inter-system 550-and 220-kV transmission lines maintained by the United Power System (UPS) of Siberia, and the methodology and technology of damage-location determination (DLD) are described. The damage sustained by the 500-kV high-voltage lines (HL), and the accuracy of DLD relative to zero-sequence emergency parameters are analyzed statically. __________ Translated from élektricheskie Stantsii, No. 5, pp. 59–62, May, 2006.     

Organizational Behavior Research in Transition Time of China

The article is to introduce author's research results in recent years in the field of leadership behavior. The main researches conducted in this field include competency model of senior executives in communication industry and family firms; transformational leadership and its relationship with leadership effectiveness, the impact of supervisor's feedback on employees' behavior and the cross-culture study of supervisor's feedback. Theoretical and practical contributions of these researches are explained. Directions for future research are discussed.     

Enantioselective extraction of mandelic acid enantiomers based on chiral ligand exchange

Based on the chiral ligand exchange, the distribution behavior of mandelic acid enantiomers, and the partition of Cu^2 at different pH values were studied in a water/alcohol two-phase system containing Cu^2 and N-ndodecyl-L-proline(A). The influences of the solvent sort, the pH value, the concentrations of Cu^2 and chiral ligand on the partition coefficient(K) and separation factor(α) were discussed. The experimental results show that the A formed has more stable ternary complex with D-mandelic acid enantiomer than with L-mandelic acid enantiomer. There is an important influence of the pH value on K and a. When the pH values are less than 3.5, the formation of binary complexes is thermodynamically unfavourable. K and a become maximum when pH values are above 3.5 and the molar ratio of the chiral ligand to Cu^2 is 2:1.     

Selective recognition in molecularly imprinted polymer and its chromatographic characterization for cinchonine

A molecularly imprinting polymer (MIP) was synthesized via bulk polymerization under different conditions using anti-ague drug cinchonine (CN) as template. Infrared spectra (IR) results show that the template CNand functional monomer α-methyl acrylic acid (MAA) formed complexes before polymerization and the structure of complexes was simulated by Hyperchem. The results indicate that there are hydrogen bond or ionic bond between functional monomer and template molecule in acetonitrile solution. The MIP made in cold-initiated photo-polymerization has higher separation performance than that in the therm-initiated polymerization. The separation of the isomers CN and cinchonidine (CD) can be successfully obtained when its separate factor α reaches 1.82. Scatchard analysis suggests that the MIP recognizing CN with two classes of binding sites. The partition coefficient Kd, 1 and apparent maximum number nmax, 1 of binding sites with high affinity are 131.43 μmol/L and 58. 90 μmol/g, respectively,while Kd, 2 and nmax, 2 of binding sites with low affinity are 2.32 mmol/L and 169.08 mmol/g, respectively.     

锆钡镧铝氟化物玻璃的分相研究

本文综述了氟化物玻璃中的分相研究。在前人研究基础上应用透射电镜，X射线能谱，电子能量损失谱及X射线衍射，差热分析等研究了锆钡镧铝氟化物玻璃中的液-液分相，发现此种现象普遍存在于该类玻璃之中。对玻璃成分与分相形貌及微观结构之间的关系、对析出晶相种类及分相与析晶的相互影响进行了研究。提出欲降低氟化物玻璃的光损耗，分相与析晶一样是不容忽视的因素。     

Does the Youth Corrections System Work? Tracking the Effectiveness of Intervention Efforts With Delinquent Boys in State Custody.

This study adopted a systemic approach to studying intervention efforts with delinquent youth, examining the association between several youth corrections programs and adult criminal outcomes. Two studies were designed to use juvenile and adult court records to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment programs provided to delinquent youth in state custody. The results of Study 1 suggested that court-recorded delinquent charges can be used to estimate delinquency severity. The results of Study 2 presented a discouraging but not entirely unexpected illustration of the effectiveness of intervention efforts among delinquent youth. It was found that time spent in juvenile detention facilities, work programs, and group homes was associated with negative adult criminal outcomes. No links between time spent in youth corrections programs and positive outcomes were identified. Implications for future program evaluation efforts are discussed.
