In this contribution, we report on the solid-state-photodynamical properties and further applications of a low dimensional composite material composed by the luminescent trans-4-(dicyanomethylene)-2-methyl-6-(4-dimethylaminostyryl)-4H-pyran (DCM) dye interacting with a two-dimensional-metal organic framework (2D-MOF), Al-ITQ-HB. Three different samples with increasing concentration of DCM are synthesized and characterized. The broad UV-visible absorption spectra of the DCM/Al-ITQ-HB composites reflect the presence of different species of DCM molecules (monomers and aggregates). In contrast, the emission spectra are narrower and exhibit a bathochromic shift upon increasing the DCM concentration, in agreeance with the formation of adsorbed aggregates. Time-resolved picosecond (ps)-experiments reveal multi-exponential behaviors of the excited composites, further confirming the heterogeneous nature of the samples. Remarkably, DCM/Al-ITQ-HB fluorescence is sensitive to vapors of electron donor aromatic amine compounds like aniline, methylaniline, and benzylamine due to a H-bonding-induced electron transfer (ET) process from the analyte to the surface-adsorbed DCM. These findings bring new insights on the photobehavior of a well-known dye when interacting with a 2D-MOF and its possible application in sensing aniline derivatives.  相似文献

以工业氧化铝、活性氧化铝、拟薄水铝石和氢氧化铝微粉为氧化铝原料,采用反应烧结法合成六铝酸钙多孔骨料,借助XRD和SEM等分析手段研究了氧化铝原料和煅烧温度对合成多孔骨料的性能、相组成和显微结构的影响.研究表明,采用工业氧化铝和活性氧化铝微粉作为氧化铝原料可以合成出显气孔率55%左右、孔径集中分布在5μm以下的高纯度和高强度六铝酸钙多孔骨料,多孔骨料的气孔孔径较大,必须采用粒度更细的氢氧化铝原料.因不能获得高纯度和形成片状晶体六铝酸钙材料,拟薄水铝石不适合作为合成六铝酸钙多孔骨料的原料.  相似文献

为进一步研究泡沫玻璃轻骨料在混凝土中的应用,本实验组在之前已完成的泡沫玻璃轻骨料混凝土的基础上将陶砂替换为玻化微珠进行混掺保温混凝土的正交试验,对影响该新型泡沫玻璃轻骨料混凝土的热导率和抗压强度的相关因素进行分析。分析结果显示,发泡剂水泥取得量是混凝土抗压强度与热导率最大的决定因素。但本实验仍需寻找一种新型相对高强度、低热导率的材料作为骨料,并学习成熟的加气混凝土制作技术,以此提高混凝土的抗压强度。  相似文献

Aerosol deposition with gas phase-synthesized chain-like nanoaggregates can yield dense coatings from the impaction of particles on a substrate; however, dense coating formation is not well understood. Here, we study coating consolidation at the single nanoaggregate level. Flame spray pyrolysis-made tin oxide nanoaggregates are mobility (size) filtered, accelerated through a de Laval nozzle, and impacted on alumina substrates. TEM images obtained from low velocity collection and supersonic deposition are compared via quantitative image analysis, which reveals that upon supersonic impact nanoaggregates fragment into smaller aggregates. This suggests that fragmentation is a key step in producing coatings denser than the depositing nanoaggregates themselves. We supplement experiments with detailed particle trajectory calculations, which show that the impact energies per atom during nanoaggregate deposition are below 0.2 eV/molecule. These results suggest that fragmentation can only occur at locations where nanoaggregates bonded by van der Waals and capillary interactions.  相似文献

A technique is given for the preparation of a sheet of epithelial cells from the capsule of the crystalline lens. A new method is described for fixation and staining with fluorescent phalloidin or actin antibody in order to localize the actin cytoskeleton in this tissue. Optical section of the preparation resolves such actin features as apical polygonal arrays, sequestered actin bundles, perinuclear actin aggregates, observed here for the first time, and filamentous networks in the basal region of the cell. This method is superior to previous ones in its ability to preserve actin-abundant sectors distinctively.  相似文献

研究了水介质中C60纳米晶体颗粒(nC60)对Cu^2+吸附性能及其影响因素。结果表明:C60纳米晶体颗粒能够吸附环境污染物重金属铜,其吸附过程符合Langmuir吸附等温模式;C60纳米晶体颗粒对重金属铜的吸附主要为其表面负电荷的静电吸附,吸附容量会随pH值由4增加到5时而增大,但继续增大到6时由于铜离子形态的变化,吸附容量减小;当nC60的浓度增大或存放的时间愈长,其聚集程度愈大,会使表面有效吸附位点有所减少,影响吸附效果。水介质中C60纳米晶体颗粒对Cu2+的吸附性能研究对于评价富勒烯纳米材料排入水体后的环境效应具有重要意义。  相似文献

In a laboratory scale sequencing batch reactor (SBR) granules were cultured under aerobic conditions. To enhance the growth of granular sludge the SBR was operated with very short sedimentation and draw phases resulting in the washout of slow settling biomass. Fast settling granules were retained in the reactor and thus had an advantage over flocs with a slower settling velocity. After 40 days of operation granules were the dominant form of microbial aggregates in the reactor, even though some pin-point flocs remained in the system. Granules taken from the reactor were stored for weeks without disintegrating. After about 130 days of operation the granule quality and COD-removal worsened. The reasons for that are yet to be investigated.  相似文献

将压电"智能骨料"传感器埋置在钢筋混凝土大、小偏心受压短柱内,利用数字示波器实时接收试验过程中构件因裂缝出现和发展产生的声发射信号的全波形特征,并结合信号处理和损伤识别技术,对两试件破坏过程中的裂缝开展情况进行实时动态监测和评价.试验结果表明:混凝土裂缝出现和发展伴随明显的声发射现象,并利用"智能骨料"能够有效接收声发射波;两试件的声发射波的能量积累过程有明显的差异,初步表明裂缝出现和发展的基本特点;为动态和实时监测裂缝开展状态及结构损伤诊断提供新的途径.  相似文献

Model solutions (32.5 g protein/L) prepared from milk, ultrafiltration permeate, and whey protein isolate were adjusted at pH 6.7 to casein:whey protein (C:W) ratios of 80:20, 60:40, 40:60,20:80, and 0:100. Heating was performed in test tubes at 95 °C for 5 min. Observations of the heated suspensions revealed the occurrence of heterogeneous particulates from the existing casein micelles complexed with denatured whey proteins and from aggregates essentially consisting of denatured whey proteins. The proportion of whey protein aggregates increased as C:W was changed from 80:20 to 20:80. The results from this study confirmed that heat-induced aggregates were formed not only from casein micelles but also from heat-denatured whey proteins.  相似文献
