The ability to harness the optical or electrical properties of nanoscale particles depends on their assembly in terms of size and spatial characteristics which remains challenging due to lack of size focusing. Electrons provide a clean and focusing agent to initiate the assembly of nanoclusters or nanoparticles. Here an intriguing route is demonstrated to lace gold nanoclusters and nanoparticles in string assembly through electron‐initiated nucleation and aggregative growth of Au(I)‐thiolate motifs on a thin film substrate. This size‐focused assembly is demonstrated by controlling the electron dose under transmission electron microscopic imaging conditions. The Au(I)‐thiolate motifs, in combination with the molecularly mediated alignment, facilitate the interstring electrostatic and intrastring aurophilic interactions, which functions as a molecular template to aid electron‐initiated 1D lacing. The findings demonstrate a hierarchical route for the 1D assemblies with size and spatial tunable catalytic, optical, sensing, and diagnostic properties. 相似文献

Atomic Insights into Phase Evolution in Ternary Transition‐Metal Dichalcogenides Nanostructures 下载免费PDF全文
Phase engineering through chemical modification can significantly alter the properties of transition‐metal dichalcogenides, and allow the design of many novel electronic, photonic, and optoelectronics devices. The atomic‐scale mechanism underlying such phase engineering is still intensively investigated but elusive. Here, advanced electron microscopy, combined with density functional theory calculations, is used to understand the phase evolution (hexagonal 2H→monoclinic T′→orthorhombic Td) in chemical vapor deposition grown Mo1− x W x Te2 nanostructures. Atomic‐resolution imaging and electron diffraction indicate that Mo1− x W x Te2 nanostructures have two phases: the pure monoclinic phase in low W‐concentrated (0 < x ≤ 10 at.%) samples, and the dual phase of the monoclinic and orthorhombic in high W‐concentrated (10 < x < 90 at.%) samples. Such phase coexistence exists with coherent interfaces, mediated by a newly uncovered orthorhombic phase Td′. Td′, preserves the centrosymmetry of T′ and provides the possible phase transition path for T′→Td with low energy state. This work enriches the atomic‐scale understanding of phase evolution and coexistence in multinary compounds, and paves the way for device applications of new transition‐metal dichalcogenides phases and heterostructures. 相似文献

Synthesizing ultrathin 2D metal–organic framework nanosheets in high yields has received increasing research interest but remains a great challenge. In this work, ultrathin zirconium‐porphyrinic metal–organic framework (MOF) nanosheets with thickness down to ≈1.5 nm are synthesized through a pseudoassembly–disassembly strategy. Owing to the their unique properties originating from their ultrathin thickness and highly exposed active sites, the as‐prepared ultrathin nanosheets exhibit far superior photocatalysis performance compared to the corresponding bulk MOF. This work highlights new opportunities in designing ultrathin MOF nanosheets and paves the way to expand the potential applications of MOFs. 相似文献

While immunotherapy has a tremendous clinical potential to combat cancer, immune responses generated by conventional cancer immunotherapy remain not enough to completely eliminate tumors, mainly due to the tumor's immunosuppressive microenvironment and heterogeneity of tumor immunogenicity. To improve antitumor immune responses and realize personalized immunotherapy, in this report, endogenous tumor antigens (ETAs) that dynamically present on tumor cells are transported to lymph nodes (LNs). Based on the hypothesis that nano Fe3O4 (≈10 nm) could serve as the nanocarrier for transporting ETAs from the tumor to LNs, we wondrously find that Fe3O4 has a tremendous potential to improve cancer immunotherapy, because of its excellent protein‐captured efficiency and LNs‐targeted ability. To ensure the optimal ETAs‐bound efficiency of Fe3O4, a core–shell formulation (denoted as Ce6/Fe3O4‐L) is developed and specific release of Fe3O4 in tumor is enabled. These findings provide a simple and general strategy for boosting cytotoxic T‐cell response and realizing personalized cancer immunotherapy simultaneously. 相似文献

随着计算机技术和信息技术的发展,视觉检测技术被引入到板料成形应变测量中。通过基于先进的图像处理软件HALCON,利用双目立体视觉原理,对摄像机进行标定,以获取摄像机的内外参数,并分析图像数量对标定准确度的影响。利用视差原理获得匹配点的三维坐标,根据圆形网格变形后的椭圆长短轴的长度变化,计算真实应变,并分析匹配误差对三维重建的影响,用OpenGL语言将应变可视化;在VC6.0下调用HALCON的算子库编程实现板料成形网格应变测量系统,实验证明该系统在速度、准确度方面能够达到测量要求。 相似文献
