用径迹显微照相技术测定Mo对硼在Ni中扩散的影响

本文建立了通过脱硼处理用径迹显微照相技术测量硼在合金中扩散系数的新方法。该法灵敏度高,简捷可靠。实验发现,Ni中加入0.5％Mo对硼的扩散影响不大;而加入3％Mo则有使硼的矿散激活能降低,频率因子减小,在900—1250℃的温度范围内有加快硼扩散的作用。

12Cr2Ni4MoVNb钢热处理工艺参数的研究

通过对12Cr2Ni4MoVNb钢锻件的热处理工艺试验研究,重点进行了晶粒长大倾向、奥氏体化温度、奥氏体化保温时间、回火温度及回火保温时间对性能的影响的试验工作,分析了各种热处理工艺参数对力学性能的影响,优化了热处理工艺参数并在生产中进行了验证。在限定回火温度并且不损失塑韧性的前提下可以使σ_b和σ_(0.2)满足订货条件要求:σ_b≥90OMPa、σ_(0.2)≥60OMPa。     

化学镀Ni┐P/Fe双层结构材料中氢的扩散

采用超高真空气相氢渗透技术在80～250℃温度范围内,测定了氢在化学镀非晶态Ni-P/Fe双层结构材料中的扩散系数,研究了化学镀Ni-P镀层及其在300℃下真空退火热处理1h后对氢在基材中扩散行为的影响。结果表明,在实验温度范围内,氢在化学镀Ni-P/Fe双层结构中的有效扩散系数D与温度T的关系遵循Arrhenius方程,300℃真空退火处理后,有效扩散系数基本不变。     

Application of an analytical phase transformation model

Employing isothermal and isochronal differential scanning calorimetry, an analytical phase transformation model was used to study the kinetics of crystallization of amorphous Mg82.3Cu17.7 and Pd40Cu30P20Ni10 alloys. The analytical model comprised different combinations of various nucleation and growth mechanisms for a single transformation. Applying different combinations of nucleation and growth mechanisms, the nucleation and growth modes and the corresponding kinetic and thermodynamic parameters, have been determined. The influence of isothermal pre-annealing on subsequent isochronal crystallization kinetics with the increase of pre-annealing can be analyzed. The results show that the changes of the growth exponent, n, and the effective overall activation energy Q, occurring as function of the degree of transformation, do not necessarily imply a change of nucleation and growth mechanisms, i.e. such changes can occur while the transformation is isokinetic.     

Estimation in Random Coefficient Autoregressive Models

Abstract. We propose the quasi‐maximum likelihood method to estimate the parameters of an RCA(1) process, i.e. a random coefficient autoregressive time series of order 1. The strong consistency and the asymptotic normality of the estimators are derived under optimal conditions.

Consistent estimation of the memory parameter for nonlinear time series

Abstract. For linear processes, semiparametric estimation of the memory parameter, based on the log‐periodogram and local Whittle estimators, has been exhaustively examined and their properties well established. However, except for some specific cases, little is known about the estimation of the memory parameter for nonlinear processes. The purpose of this paper is to provide the general conditions under which the local Whittle estimator of the memory parameter of a stationary process is consistent and to examine its rate of convergence. We show that these conditions are satisfied for linear processes and a wide class of nonlinear models, among others, signal plus noise processes, nonlinear transforms of a Gaussian process ξ_t and exponential generalized autoregressive, conditionally heteroscedastic (EGARCH) models. Special cases where the estimator satisfies the central limit theorem are discussed. The finite‐sample performance of the estimator is investigated in a small Monte Carlo study.     

重组人白细胞介素-10在大肠杆菌中的表达及生物学活性分析

目的在大肠杆菌中表达重组人白细胞介素-10(Interleukin-10,IL-10),并检测其生物学活性。方法将IL-10基因重组到质粒pET11c中,转化BL21(DE),提取质粒,经酶切鉴定和测序分析;在25℃用低浓度的IPTG诱导表达,对包涵体IL-10稀释复性;经ELISA检测其含量,MC/9细胞增殖法检测其生物学活性。结果工程菌IL-10/pET11c/BL21诱导表达的目的蛋白以可溶性和包涵体两种形式存在,Westernblot鉴定证实为IL-10蛋白,两种形式的IL-10均具有一定的生物学活性。结论已成功地在大肠杆菌中表达了IL-10,为进一步纯化和制备IL-10的基因工程药物打下了基础。     

1,10-邻二氮菲-苦味酸三元配合物分光光度法测定痕量铁

利用在醋酸 -醋酸钠缓冲溶液 (pH4.6)中Fe2 +与 1,10 -邻二氮菲 -苦味酸盐形成橙红色配合物的显色反应 ,建立了一种新的测定人发中痕量铁的分光光度法 ,用于正常人及患者头发中的痕量铁分析。
