超强吸水树脂与源土混合作为地源热泵供热系统回填材料的实验研究

在热泵制热工况下,超强吸水树脂与源土混合作为回填材料,分别对螺旋盘管、U型管以及整个系统进行了实验研究,得出系统性能变化曲线。实验结果表明,超强吸水树脂与源土混合作为回填材料,特别是螺旋盘管换热器,可明显增大地下换热器换热量,提高地源热泵系统的效率和稳定性,适用于干旱、土壤非饱和以及地下水位比较低的地区。     

Flexibilized Copolyimide Adhesives

Two copolyimides, LARC-STPI and STPI-LARC-2, with flexible backbones were prepared and characterized as adhesives. The processability and adhesive properties were compared to those of a commercially available form of LARC-TPI.

Lap shear specimens were fabricated using adhesive tape prepared from each of the three polymers. Lap shear tests were performed at room temperature, 177°C, and 204°C before and after exposure to water-boil and to thermal aging at 204°C for up to 1000 hours.

The three adhesive systems possess exceptional lap shear strengths at room temperature and elevated temperatures both before and after thermal exposure. LARC-STPI, because of its high glass transition temperature provided high lap shear strengths up to 260°C. After water-boil, LARC-TPI exhibited the highest lap shear strengths at room temperature and 177°C, whereas the LARC-STPI retained a higher percentage of its original strength when tested at 204°C [68% versus 50% (STPI-LARC-2) and 40% (LARC-TPI)].

These flexible thermoplastic copolyimides show considerable potential as adhesives based on this study and because of the ease of preparation with low cost, commercially available materials.

聚合物系的脱挥发分设备

评述了近２０年来国内外在聚合物制造过程中脱挥发分（简称脱挥）设备的应用和研究概况。重点讨论了塔式薄膜蒸发脱挥器，该类脱挥器具有结构简单，成本低，处理量大等优点。为了使塔式列管式脱挥器中的蒸发器内有较理想的流体分布，介绍了加设在蒸发器内的液体分布器的结构。     

降低SBS扯断永久变形的加帽技术

在小试和模试验中，依据加帽技术的构想，采用高分子设计，将少量丁二烯插入到聚苯乙烯链段中，以此来制备改性丁苯嵌段共聚物。结果表明，当Ｂｄｒ插入量为（０．０５％－１．５０％（质量，占Ｂｄ总用量）时，改性ＳＢＳ的扯断永久变形可降低到２０－３０％，与国外同类产品的相当；改性前后ＳＢＳ的分子结构相同，物理机械性能相似，该项技术已获得中国专利。     

薄板弯曲时树脂基碳纤维智能层的力阻响应

将智能层附于足够大的矩形薄板表面,通过不同的弯曲试验构造出多种表面应变状态,基于三种工况下的试验结果,建立智能层电阻变化与平面二维应变状态之间的映射关系,该关系表明纵向应变对智能层的电阻变化的影响占主导地位。在此基础上对其它工况下智能层的电阻变化率进行了预测,其结果与实验结果具有较好的一致性。     

Silicone Rubber Compatibilized Syndiotactic Polystyrene and Thermotropic Liquid Crystalline Polymer (Vectra A950) Blend

Blends of syndiotactic polystyrene (s-PS), thermotropic liquid crystalline polymer (Vectra A-950), and silicone rubber with two different loading levels, have been prepared through melt processing in internal mixer at 285°C. Silicone rubber was used as a compatibilizer for this blend system. The effect of silicon rubber on crystalline, dynamic mechanical, rhelogical, thermal properties, and phase morphology of the (s-PS/TLCP) blend has been investigated in details. With the addition of compatibilizer the viscosity of the blend system increased to an order of magnitude. Dynamic mechanical analysis (DMTA) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) results showed that the glass transition temperature (T_g) of the blend, in presence of silicone rubber, shifted towards lower temperature region. From FTIR analysis it is evident that the ‘C=O’ stretching frequency has shifted towards lower side. SEM analysis suggested that, the TLCP domain size is reduced in ternary blend in comparison to binary blend system.     

化工厂循环水系统用LHE水稳剂代替磷系水处理剂的应用研究

对新余市某大型化工企业循环水系统采用LHE聚合物水处理剂的前后使用效果进行了对比研究,结果发现使用LHE聚合物不但可从根本上解决废液磷含量超标的问题,而且LHE聚合物会在设备表面形成电中性和绝缘性的聚合物保护膜,其不但防垢、除垢、防菌藻和缓蚀的效果优异.而且费用相比磷系水稳剂低廉.自从改用LHE聚合物水稳剂以来,系统运行稳定,高压机各段压力、温度都正常,尿素系统稳定.是值得广泛推广的一种水稳剂.     

层层沉积热处理法制备超薄Cu3(BTC)2膜

基于层层沉积法,引入简单易控的热处理方式在玻璃基底表面制备出高结晶度且致密无裂缝的Cu₃(BTC)₂膜,并详细探讨热处理温度、组装时间和组装溶剂对Cu₃(BTC)₂成膜的影响。FESEM分析结果显示:膜层的厚度仅为200 nm;热处理有利于获得完整的晶体结构,且高温下膜层不会产生裂纹;组装时间为5 min或10 min,Cu₃(BTC)₂ 颗粒尺寸小且均一。然而,当组装时间延长至20 min,尺寸变得不均一,膜层表面变粗糙;通过改变组装溶剂环境,可以制备出不同维数的晶体膜。     

可降解聚己内酯泡沫制备研究进展

综述了可降解聚己内酯(PCL)泡沫常见制备方法的研究进展,重点介绍了超临界气体发泡法、热致相分离法、溶剂浇铸/粒子沥滤法及快速成型造型法等4类方法,并对现阶段可降解PCL泡沫的存在问题及前景作出概述及展望。
