CNC机床结构动态设计方法研究

提出机床结构动态设计基本原则。以某数控弧齿铣齿机为研究对象,应用相关的动态设计原则,通过变量化设计与有限元分析,对该机床进行结构动态设计。结果表明,应用该方法设计的机床结构具有良好的动静态特性。     

智能仪表在钻机控制方面的应用

以ADμC812型8位单片机为核心,开发了适用于钻机控制中反馈信号测量的智能仪表。针对现场钻机控制系统在测量反馈信号时受到的干扰,提出了有效的解决方案。实现了对钻机绞车快绳线速度、拉力反馈信号的精确测量、显示,及把测量数据通过串口向计算机传输、存储的功能。     

Networks for sorting multitonic sequences

Lee and Batcher have designed networks that efficiently merge k separately provided sorted sequences of known lengths totalling n. We show that the design is still possible, and in fact easier to describe, if we do not make use of the lengths, or even the directions of monotonicity, of the individual sequences—the sequences can be provided in a single undelimited concatenation of length n. The depth of the simplest resulting network to sort sequences that are “k-tonic” and of length n is , generalizing Batcher's 1968 results for the extreme values of k (k=2 corresponding to merging, and k=n/2 corresponding to general sorting).The exposition is self-contained and can serve even as an introduction to sorting networks and Batcher's results.     

Backlog Control Design for a Closed Loop PPC System

In this paper a discrete dynamic model of a single workstation is used to design and analyse control algorithms for closed-loop PPC that improve performance, especially response to disturbances such as rush orders and periodic fluctuations in capacity, while ensuring that dynamic behavior remains favorable and robust. The presence of delays in adjusting capacity presents challenges in both dynamic analysis and control algorithm design that are addressed in the paper. Methods of control engineering, such as transfer function and frequency response analysis, are used to make analysis of fundamental system properties tractable and to improve control of dynamic behavior.     

玻纤增强石油发酵尼龙的热稳定性研究

利用热重动力学方法研究了玻纤增强ＰＦ尼龙（即石油发酵尼龙）的热稳定性能。玻纤和偶联剂均对ＰＦ尼龙具有热稳定化作用，且硅烷Ａ１１００对ＰＦ尼龙的热稳定化作用最为显著。     

Robust pole clustering in a good ride quality region of aircraft for matrices with structured uncertainties

This paper presents a general analysis of robust pole clustering in a good ride quality region (GRQR) of aircraft for matrices with structured uncertainties. This region is an intersection of a ring and a horizontal strip, located in the left half-plane, which is a specific non-Ω-transformable region providing good ride quality of aircraft. The paper applies the Rayleigh principle along the norm theory to analyze robust pole clustering within this region since the generalized Lyapunov theory is not valid for non-Ω-transformable regions. Concerned uncertainties are structured/parametric uncertainties, including interval matrices. The results are useful for robust control analysis and design, especially, of robust good ride quality of aircraft, shuttles, vehicles and space station, as well as some industrial systems. An example of the F-16 dynamics for which GRQR is suitable is included to illustrate the results.     

电子式互感器在数字化变电站的应用

电子式互感器和合并单元作为数字化变电站的重要组成部分，与传统互感器相比具有绝缘简单、动态范围宽、抗饱和性能强、占地面积小、实现数据输出等优点。文中介绍了有源和无源电子式互感器的构成，对这2种方式进行了比较，介绍了合并单元的功能及其应用，对工程应用提出了互感器配置和功能应用的实施建议。     

关于移动平均过程两系数的推导

对经济预测方法中两公式给出了证明，两公式的系数被显式推导出来，这两个公式是时间序列模型公式，广泛用于经济预测之中，但文献上很难找到推导过程，本文的证明是基本的，无需高深数学知识即可理解．     

用MONTECARLO方法研究分光光度法在比色分析中的精度

对使用分光光度法进行比色分析时的误差特性及工作曲线的计算做了讨论，给出了在测试数据不等时的拟合工作曲线的最小二乘算法，并使用ＭｏｎｔｅＣａｒｌｏ方法定量地分析了测试精度与试验条件间的具体关系。     

对DECnet路由选择参数COST.HOP的分析与应用

本文通过实例，对ＤＥＣｎｅｔ路由选择参数ＣＯＳＴ和ＨＯＰ的数值进行了计算，分析了两个参数在选择网络接口中的作用。提出了保证网络畅通的方法。
