换热器小浮头螺栓断裂失效分析

针对换热器小浮头螺栓发生断裂的情况进行失效分析，找出原因，提出处理措施及材质选择时应注意的问题。     

零析水水泥浆配合双凝双压固井工艺在泽74-1X井固井作业中的应用

泽74－1X井是为评价泽74断块奥陶系潜山油气情况，在泽74－1井开窗侧钻的一口评价井，该井井斜变化大，井眼轨迹呈螺旋型，地层特性复杂。该井通过采用ZJ－2低失水、零析水水泥浆体系配合双凝双压固井工艺，固井施工顺利，全井主要封固段固井质量良好。现场应用表明，ZJ－2降失水水泥浆体系具有流动性好、水泥浆初始稠度低、析水为零等特点，稠化时间易于控制，十分适合大斜度井和井眼轨迹不佳的井的固井要求，能够很好地保护油气层；双凝双密度水泥浆体系应用于压力变化大的超长裸眼封固段固井，施工安全，固井质量好，只要水泥浆密度设计合理，工程上采取小排量替浆，可防止固井漏失，提高作业成功率。     

Energy use in controlled temperature marine aquaculture

Temperature control offers benefits in land‐based marine aquaculture: stock growth rates may be enhanced by heating in winter; mortality rates in summer may be reduced by cooling. However, if the plant is not well designed, temperature control may create very large energy demands. This paper describes the application of temperature control in abalone aquaculture in New Zealand, with a focus on energy considerations in plant design. An abalone farm using a semi‐closed water conditioning system is used as a case study for which an energy model, based on a heat pump system, is developed. 经多年实践，中原油田建立了钻井过程中的钻井液完井液质量监控体系。讨论了钻井过程中钻井液完井液质量监控体系的控制指标及对有关指标的要求，对油气层保护工作措施和效果进行了分析。钻井过程中应进一步加强钻井液完井液质量监控措施，形成更加规范的监督、监测一体化队伍。     

Augmentation of boiling heat transfer from horizontal cylinder to liquid by movable particles

This paper presents a series of experimental results on a passive augmentation technique of boiling heat transfer by supplying solid particles in liquid. A cylindrical heater 0.88 mm in diameter is placed in saturated water, in which a lot of mobile particles exist, and the nucleate and film boiling heat transfer characteristics are measured. Particle materials used were alumina, glass, and porous alumina, and the diameter ranged from 0.3 mm to 2.5 mm. Particles are fluidized by the occurrence of boiling without any additive power, and the heat transfer is augmented. The maximum augmentation ratio obtained in this experiment reaches about ten times the heat transfer coefficient obtained in liquid alone. The augmentation ratio is mainly affected by the particle material, diameter, and the height of the particle bed set at no boiling condition. 利用CFD获取超声流量计截面速度分布

 通过CFD技术在超声波流量计设计过程中的引入,为流量系数的获取提供了新的途径.通过对特定管道的理论计算表明,采用CFD技术获取的管道内部流型完全可以与试验数据吻合,有助于超声波流量计应用场合流量系数曲线的获取及其精度的保证.

介绍了大颗粒尿素造粒工艺，着重介绍了荷兰NSM公司的流化床造粒技术和法国K－T公司的流化床转鼓造粒（FDG）技术。

作为一项钻井新技术，小眼井钻井可大幅度降低钻井成本,正愈来愈受到国内外各油气田的重视。小眼井钻井技术在中原油田主要用于φ139.7mm套管开窗侧钻井裸眼段的钻进，根据中原油田20余口φ139.7mm套管开窗侧钻井的钻井实践，探讨了中原油田φ118mm井眼钻 井的若干技术问题，其中包括钻头选择、钻井参数的优选、钻具组合和轨迹控制、固井技术及井下复杂情况和事故处理技术等。     

中小型渔船制冷技术的研究进展

远洋渔船带有制冷装置，而100吨以下的中小型渔船因其柴油机的限制，无法安装压缩机式制冷机。出海作业时，均需携带冰块做渔产保鲜。本文介绍压缩式渔船制冷的现状，回收渔船尾气余热的吸收式制冷系统，吸附制冷的冷冻水系统，吸附式制冰系统等实验装置。其中吸附式制冷系统具有良好的开发价值。
