大比表面积氮化钴钼催化剂的制备和加氢性能 总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6
以N2-H2为氮化与与钴钼氧化物进行程序升温反应制备了大比表面积的钴钼氮的化物。研究结果表明,随着钴含量的增加,产物的比表面积有所减少,但比以NH3为氮化气制备的产物的比表面积大很多。本方法所用制备条件也较缓和。以二苯并噻吩为模化合物评价了钴钼氮化物的加氢脱硫性能。 相似文献

Co-X(X=Cr, Mo, W) magnetic thin films were prepared by using DC magnetron sputtering, and their structures were examined by using X-ray diffraction (XRD). The amorphous forming ability (AFA) of the three alloy systems was discussed based on thermodynamic calculation and experiments. The results show that the Co-Mo thin films exhibit the largest AFA among them, and the Co-W thin films are condition-dependent amorphous while the Co-Cr thin films are hard to be amorphous, which is consistent with the thermodynamic calculation. The difference in AFA for the alloys of these three systems is finally ascribed to three main factors: differences in electronegativity, electron density and atomic size between Co and X elements. 相似文献

A parametric study investigating the impact of temperature, gas velocity, and composition of the gaseous phase on the catalytic growth of multi-walled carbon nanotubes (CNT) has been performed. CNTs have been produced by catalytic chemical vapor deposition from methane decomposition over Co-Mo/MgO with average diameter of 188 μm with spherical shape in a fluidized bed reactor. The computational fluid dynamics (CFD) method was used for simulating the hydrodynamics of the reactor and investigating the operational and best velocity for producing high quality CNTs by this system. The operational and best velocities obtained by simulation were 0.015 to 0.05 m/s and near 0.015 m/s. Then the results used in the experiments with different temperature and gas compositions. CNTs products were characterized by Raman spectroscopy, Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM). The results showed that temperature of 900 °C, methane to hydrogen volume ratio 1:4 and 0.02 m/s are the best quantities of the parameters for CNTs growth. 相似文献

以制备的具有高比表面积Mg Al2O4为载体,采用等体积浸渍法,工业生产新型高效FBK型Co-Mo/Mg Al2O4高压CO耐硫变换催化剂。在福建三钢(集团)三明化工有限责任公司变换工段100 L侧线装置上开展近四个月的催化剂工业试验研究。结果表明,催化剂运行过程易调节和控制,催化剂活性和热稳定性优异,低汽气比条件下不发生副反应,出口CO浓度完全满足生产要求。使用过程中催化剂无粉化,无结块,机械强度高,抗水合性能优越,适应宽汽气体积比(约0.4~2.0)条件,节能效果显著,具有很好的工业应用前景。 相似文献
