人工环境与自然的融合——以克拉玛依市城南经济适用房为例

近年来,随着社会经济的发展,中低收入居民住房建设及生态保护成为城市建设的重点内容。而人工环境与自然的协调统一、相互融合,也一直被作为世界范围内社区环境营造所遵循的热点及难点。如何在保障中低收入居民住房条件基础上,将自然与人工社区环境相融合是该文研究的重点。该文试从生态环保、尊重自然、与自然环境相融合的角度出发,以克拉玛依市城南经济适用房项目为例,试探讨该理念在经济适用房建设中低成本、经济适用等方面的合理应用。     

创意与城市

文章从创意城市的基本含义入手,着重分析在当前城市发展战略中文化创意越来越处于核心地位的原因,以及文化创意与城市空间存在着的一种互动关系,进而解释创意城市建设中的重要环节。

本文跟随大卫·哈维的政治一经济批判思路对神秘而模糊的“后现代”时期进行了一次深入浅出的全面梳理和剖析,对《后现代的状况》一书的主要内容进行了粗线条的勾勒,重点阐述了“灵活积累”与“时空压缩”对资本主义社会由现代主义时期向后现代主义时期转型的重要影响,以及后现代主义在城市与建筑中的体现。

Codifying the Land: Colonial land regulation in early 20th-century British Borneo

The role of land codes in the allocation of indigenous lands to colonial developers in North Borneo is examined. It is argued that such codes, by defining how indigenous peoples could secure their rights to land, provided an important framework to encourage the expansion of plantation production. The expansion of rubber and tobacco plantations, coupled with prevailing colonial attitudes to shifting cultivation, were important catalysts in the alienation of land from indigenous peoples. The clash between Western conceptions of private property and indigenous notions of communal ownership and control encapsulated the complex economic and cultural conflicts that the expansion of colonial settlement and development in the tropics engendered.

我国西部地区幅员辽阔，地广人稀，矿产资源蕴藏丰富、种类齐全，潜在价值巨大。提出了开发建设西部、发展西部经济，必须充分依靠利用西部矿产资源优势。     

Energy policy implications of waste management in various sectors of the economy—An analysis based on physical systems theory

This paper aims to bring into focus the impact of waste management in different sectors of the economy on some important policy issues related to energy. In a multi-sector economy, the total energy demand consists of the direct energy demand of human population, the intermediate demand of other sectors and the energy wastes which cannot be recycled and have to be rejected to nature. These sectorial interlinkages in the economy, due to their cascading effects, are very important for studying the real impact of waste generation or waste recycling on the energy demand and prices. A generalized multi-sector economy model which combines the concepts of input-output economics with waste management (input-output-waste model) has been developed based on physical systems theory. The results of sensitivity analysis of this model are presented in this paper, which suggest the need to have a serious look into waste management practices in all sectors of the economy from an energy policy point of view.

大型深凹露天矿高效运输系统综合技术研究

运输占大型露天矿生产总成本的50％左右，传统的汽车、铁路及其联合运输方式已不能适应深凹露天矿的运输要求，汽车一胶带半连续运输工艺是深凹露天矿最有发展前途的运输方式之一。本文以水厂铁矿为依托工程，研究了汽车-胶带半连续运输系统的设备选型及最佳配套技术、运输线路布设优化、胶带排土工艺及参数优化、系统可靠性分析、坑内单线陡坡联络道技术及系统高效运行保障技术等。分析了水厂铁矿建立-套汽车-胶带矿石运输系统和两套汽车-胶带排岩运输系统后可获得的经济效益。
