Simulation and optimization of tool-life in manufacturing centers

This paper presents the development of an optimization and a computer-simulation model to evaluate the process plans of a manufacturing center by analyzing the effect of tool failure on system performance. The GPSS/PC simulation program that is used in this study has been built with variables, functions and matrices so that many experiments could be conducted with the model. Sensitivity analysis is presented and the developed model has proven to be useful in determining optimum sequencing of parts for various operating policies.     

聚丙烯催化剂的研发进展

综述了用于丙烯聚合的Ziegler-Natta催化剂在给电子体技术及催化剂制备工艺等方面,茂金属催化剂在制备丙烯均聚物、丙烯共聚物及特殊聚丙烯等方面,非茂单活性中心催化剂在丙烯活性聚合、丙烯与极性单体共聚及水介质聚合等方面的研发进展;讨论了聚丙烯催化剂的前景。     

负载化非茂单活性中心催化剂乙烯聚合的研究

在硅胶上负载了双(N-环己基-3-叔丁基水杨醛亚胺基)二氯化锆配合物,得到负载化非茂单活性中心催化剂。该催化剂用于乙烯聚合,考察了配合物用量、共聚单体1-己烯用量、聚合温度、聚合压力、聚合时间、三乙基铝用量对乙烯聚合性能的影响及对聚合物的相对分子质量、相对分子质量分布、熔体流动指数和密度的影响。实验结果表明,负载化非茂单活性中心催化剂保持了原均相催化剂的乙烯聚合性能;该催化剂在淤浆聚合工艺中聚合平稳,所得聚合物的颗粒形态良好。     

陈垃圾土的压缩性试验研究

首先介绍了重庆市主城区填埋场的现状，论述了深入研究陈垃圾土压缩特性的重要性。作者在简要总结了采样场内陈垃圾土的基本物理性质后。通过室内侧限压缩试验(亦称固结试验)，得出了描述陈垃圾土压缩性质的基本参数，如αv、Es、mv和Cc等，试验表明陈垃圾土是一种不同于常见土类的高压缩性欠固结土，试验结果可为填埋场再利用和已封闭填埋场的沉降计算提供依据。

对于套管挤毁问题较为严重的油气水井，采用非API标准的特厚壁套管来提高其抗挤强度，是今后预防套管挤毁的重要发展方向。目前，特厚壁套管的抗挤强度计算和尺寸系列尚未形成工业标准，文章提出特厚壁套管的抗挤强度计算方法和尺寸系列，供设计者和厂家参考。API/ISO套管挤毁工作组曾对本文公式进行了测评，结果曼示具有较高的计算精度。大量计算表明，特厚壁套管的抗挤强度大大提高，约为加厚前原套管抗挤强度的1．5～4倍，甚至6倍。最后还介绍了特厚壁套管在中原油田的现场应用情况。     

基于CORBA和多Agent的模具敏捷制造的工作流管理

介绍了CORBA的工作原理，分析了模具敏捷制造的特点，提出了基于CORBA的模具敏捷制造工作流管理模型，并且将多Agent技术应用到该模型之中，使其具有清晰的结构，良好的开放性、集成性和自适应性。     

Cost estimates to guide pre-selection of processes

A process is a method of shaping, joining or surface-treating a material. Process selection has three steps. The first is to identify from the ‘menu’ of all available processes, the subset, which can give a chosen material the desired shape with the desired detail, precision and finish. The second is to choose, from among these, the ones that will do so at the lowest cost. The final step is to investigate the most promising processes in depth, exploring considerations such as availability, in-house experience, safety and environmental issues. The first two steps can be thought of as process pre-selection. Components have to be assembled and finished to create products. Here too, the ability to rank by cost, however crudely, helps guide pre-selection. Cost models are reviewed from the perspective of material and process selection. An approximate model is useful provided it has generality—that is, it must allow comparison of very different processes. Many approaches fail in this. One that works, based on resource consumption, is developed here and its use for selection is illustrated. It has been implemented as part of a tool that allows rapid pre-selection from a database of 112 processes.     

灞河生态治理工程模型试验研究

通过模型试验 ,对位于西安市东郊因采沙使河道破坏严重的灞河河段进行了复现试验和研究 ,并以此为依据 ,通过优化比较为设计部门提供了合理的橡胶坝坝址和坝座高程。在此基础上 ,又对建坝后橡胶坝对上下游冲淤变化的影响进行了试验研究和分析 ,解决了工程设计中的一些关键技术问题     

山坡建厂与高台段的划分——荻港海螺水泥有限公司工程总体局与竖向设计

通过荻港海螺水泥有限公司(2×2500t/d)工程设计、建成投产的实践,阐述了水泥厂建在山坡上的厂址选择,总体规划布局,厂内道路最大坡度确定,高台段划分及边坡爆破,场地整平压实,护坡挡墙与厂房土建基础埋深等技术问题的处理方法,总结其设计成功的经验和不足之处,为同类型工厂总图布置提供借鉴.     

Implementing Information Systems: Some Practical Advice and a Richer Model

Recent research suggests that implementing information systems presents considerable difficulties and that many implementations are total or partial failures. This paper argues that what both practitioners and students require are richer and more acceptable models of information systems implementation. Accordingly, case study data concerning the introduction of manufacturing resource planning (MRP II) are used to illustrate five patterns of behaviour (rites) which capture important social actions; and four components of changing psychological orientation. It is argued that appreciation of the rites and psychological developments identified here will support effective change programmes. Guidelines based on our model are provided for practitioners.
