Both Ni doping and carbon coating are adopted to synthesize a nano-sized LiFePO4 cathode material through a simple solid-state reaction. It is found that the Ni2+ has been successfully doped into LiFePO4 without affecting the phospho-olivine structure from the XRD result. The images of SEM and TEM show that the size of particles is distributed in the range of 20-60 nm, and all the particles are coated with carbon completely. The results of XPS show the valence state of Fe and Ni in the LiFePO4. The electronic conductivity of the material is as high as 2.1 × 10−1 S cm−1, which should be ascribed to the coefficient of the conductive carbon network and Ni doping. As a cathode material for lithium-ion batteries, the Ni doped LiFePO4/C nanocomposite delivers a discharge capacity of 170 mAh g−1 at 0.2 C, approaching the theoretical value. Moreover, the material shows excellent high-rate charge and discharge capability and long-term cyclability. At the high rates of 10 and 15 C, this material exhibits high capacities of 150 and 130 mAh g−1, retaining 95% after 5500 cycles and 93% after 7200 cycles, respectively. Therefore, the as-prepared material is capable of such large-scale applications as electric vehicles and plug-in hybrid electric vehicles.  相似文献

For large‐scale SOFC power generation systems, a shorter start‐up time of SOFC cell stacks with relatively large heat capacity is one of the most important technological issues to determine the flexibility in SOFC system operation. In this study, start‐up procedures have been examined to shorten the start‐up time period. The conventional heating procedure using pre‐heated hot air and self‐heating by SOFC operation at low temperatures had a difficulty to shorten the start‐up time period because of the limitation in power generation at lower temperatures. In this study, as an alternative start‐up procedure, catalytic combustion at the SOFC cathodes is, for the first time, demonstrated to be useful on the system level. The applicability of the catalytic combustion to shorten the start‐up time period has been verified numerically as well as experimentally by using a large‐scale cell stack cartridge. This unique start‐up procedure enables to operate SOFC‐based large‐scale power generation systems.  相似文献

有机朗肯循环(Organic Rankine Cycle,ORC)可实现中低温热能的有效利用,但其热利用效率仍可进一步提高,而内置换热器的使用可有效提高循环的热利用效率。因此,文章构建了内置换热器ORC系统的热力学模型。研究了当蒸发温度变化时,R600,R601a,R236ea,R245fa,R245ca,R123,R600a,R114和R142b对内置换热器ORC系统性能的影响,并比较了内置换热器ORC系统与传统ORC系统的净输出功率和热效率。结果表明:在最优蒸发温度下,采用R236ea的内置换热器ORC系统净输出功率大于其余工质,为32.40 kW,其比第二最大净输出功率R600a系统相对增大1.16%;采用R601a的内置换热器ORC系统的热效率最大。内置换热器ORC系统的最大净输出功率及热效率均较传统ORC系统显著增大。  相似文献

Nickel-based oxide cathode material taking out from lithium-ion cell after storage for 2 years at 45 °C is analyzed by electron energy-loss spectroscopy in a scanning transmission electron microscope (STEM-EELS) and the result of STEM-EELS is compared with cobalt-based oxide cathode material which is treated as same manor as nickel-based oxide cathode material. The Ni-L2,3 energy-loss near-edge structure (ELNES) spectra of nickel-based oxide cathode material show peak positions similar to original material before storage. This result indicates that nickel-based oxide material has no significant change in the surface structure. On the other hand, a remarkable shift to low energy is observed in the Co-L2,3 ELNES spectra of the cobalt-based oxide cathode material after storage. The cycle test at 60 °C under the conditions of aggressive driving cycle (US06) mode for the nickel-based oxide cathode/graphite cell is also carried out. It is clear that cycle performance of the nickel-based oxide cathode/graphite cell is dependent on the depth of discharge (DOD).  相似文献

The kinetic characterization of hemicellulose hydrolysis of corn stover was investigated using a new reactor of dilute acid cycle spray flow-through (DCF) pretreatment. The primary purpose was to obtain kinetic data for hemicellulose hydrolysis with sulfuric acid concentrations (10-30 kg m−3) at relatively low temperatures (90-100 °C). A simplified kinetic model was used to describe its performance at moderate conditions. The results indicate that the rates of xylose formation and degradation are sensitive to flow rate, temperature and acid concentration. Moreover, the kinetic data of hemicellulose hydrolysis fit a first-order reaction model and the experimental data with actual acid concentration after accounting for the neutralization effect of the substrates at different temperatures. Over 90% of the xylose monomer yield and below 5.5% of degradation product (furfural) yield were observed in this reactor. Kinetic constants for hemicellulose hydrolysis models were analyzed by an Arrhenius-type equation, and the activation energy of xylose formation were 111.6 kJ mol−1, and 95.7 kJ mol−1 for xylose degradation, respectively.  相似文献

The Net Zero Energy House (NZEH) presented in this paper is an energy efficient house that uses available solar technologies to generate at least as much primary energy as the house uses over the course of the year. The computer simulation results show that it is technically feasible to reach the goal of NZEH in the cold climate of Montreal. In terms of the life cycle energy use, which considers the operating and embodied energy of the house, the energy payback time is 8.4–8.7 years, when the NZEH is compared with an average house that complies with the provincial code. The energy payback ratio of the combisystem is 3.5–3.8 compared with the heating system of conventional house. By converting solar energy, the combisystem supplies at least 3.5 times more energy than the energy invested for manufacturing and shipping the system. The life cycle cost analysis of the NZEH shows, however, that due to the high cost of the solar technologies and the low cost of electricity in Montreal, financial payback is never achieved.  相似文献
