普光高酸性气田投产测试关键技术综述

在普光高酸性气田产能建设的过程中,气井的投产测试是一个非常关键的阶段。这个阶段的关键技术主要有高含硫气井入井液技术、完井管柱配套技术、长井段射孔工艺技术、长井段大规模酸压技术、合金油管作业技术、作业随钻录井技术、长时间试气测试技术。普光气田的投产实践证明只有这些关键技术的成功应用,才能确保高酸性气田投产测试的顺利实施,才能为高酸性气田的产能建设打下了坚实的技术基础。     

离心机转鼓强度计算规范中开孔系数的讨论

运用有限元分析软件ANSYS,对开孔后的离心机转鼓进行应力模拟计算,并与JB/T 8051-1996《离心机转鼓强度计算规范》得到的结果进行了对比分析。结果表明,规范中开孔系数的选取对转鼓应力的计算会带来一定的偏差,需要进一步的修正。     

Resistance of concrete protected by fabric to projectile impact

This paper reports on impact behavior of concrete panels protected by Polypropylene and Zylon fabric, respectively. Concrete panels were cast with different thickness and subjected to impact by a steel projectile. The initial and residual velocities were measured experimentally and the energy absorbed by the different concrete panels with and without fabric was calculated. All concrete panels were able to absorb almost all the kinetic energy of the projectiles. For concrete panels protected by fabric scabbing of concrete from the back face was considerably reduced and the debris contained by the fabric. Upper and lower bounds are proposed for energy absorbed per unit thickness and penetration results are compared with the available empirical formulas. It is shown that current penetration equations do not accurately predict impact parameters for concrete protected by fabric.     

露天矿穿孔参数的确定

通过实例,对中小型露天矿穿孔参数确定进行论述。     

HLS800MeV直线加速器相位控制系统的研制

介绍了合肥光源(HLS)800 MeV直线加速器相位控制系统的研制进展,该系统包括相位稳定系统和相位翻转系统两部分。其中前者主要由I/Q解调器、电控移相器和虚拟示波器等组成;后者由脉冲信号发生器和I/Q调制器组成。目前样机制作已完成,测试表明前者的相位分辨率为±0.1°,在线测量精度为±0.3°,闭环相位稳定度可达±0.5°;后者的精度为(180±2)°,样机各项参数均达到设计指标。     

Thermodynamically consistent coupled viscoplastic damage model for perforation and penetration in metal matrix composite materials

Accurate modeling and efficient analysis of the metal matrix composite materials failure mechanism during high velocity impact conditions is still the ultimate goal for many researchers. The objective is to develop a micromechanical constitutive model that can effectively simulate the high impact damage problem of the metal matrix composite materials. Therefore in this paper, a multiscale micromechanical constitutive model that couples the anisotropic damage mechanism with the viscoplastic deformation is presented here as a solution to this situation. This coupled viscoplastic damage model is formulated based on thermodynamic laws. Nonlinear continuum mechanics is used for this heterogeneous media that assesses a strong coupling between viscoplasticity and anisotropic damage. It includes the strong directional effect of the fiber on the evolution of the back stress and the development of the viscoplastic strain in the material behavior for high velocity impact damage related problems.     

人字齿行星齿轮传动系统振动特性研究

通过对人字齿行星齿轮传动系统多重啮合间相位关系的分析,给出了考虑啮合相位的时变啮合刚度计算公式。考虑误差激励和时变啮合刚度激励,在行星架随动坐标系中建立了人字齿行星齿轮传动系统的平移-扭转耦合动力学模型。针对两组不同啮合相位的行星齿轮传动系统,采用傅里叶级数法求解其动力学模型,得到频域解和时域解,且分析啮合相位对人字齿行星齿轮系统振动特性的影响。

赛汉油田开发中的完井与射孔技术

开展完井与射孔技术研究工作，提高完井与射孔质量。方法：针对汉油田的地质特征和开发方案要求，对完井方式，井身结构，套管柱强度进行优化设计，采用”射孔井优化设计软件“优选射孔参数，射孔及射孔液等。结果：通过几年来的开发实践证明，该项技术的应用能满足油田开发生产需要，较好地完成了开发方案规定的各项指标。
