国外模拟IC的发展现状分析

本文主要根据电子整机的发展要求,从集成化、高性能和高可靠等三方面分析国外模似IC的发展,进而说明模拟IC总的发展趋势及其表现。最后指出,模拟IC正面临一个新的变革时期。     

Formal methods: The next generation of system design tools

Because of the growing demand for increasingly complex computer-based systems there is now an urgent need to provide tools to assist during the design of such systems. Formal specifications and formal methods provide such assistance but their widespread adoption has been hindered by the so-called ‘math fear’ and the perception that the tools are too difficult, too time consuming and too costly to use in a commercial environment. The aim of this article is to dispel the mystery surrounding the topic and to explain what formal methods are, how and why they are used, the benefits that accrue and why the technology should be accepted on a broader front. The application of formal methods to the design of computer-based systems will be discussed without resorting to jargon or mathematics. The discussion will concentrate more on the software content of systems but the arguments apply equally well to hardware. Some of the available tools will also be introduced.     

中国先进研究堆堵流事故分析

堵流事故是板状燃料研究堆发生概率相对较高的一种事故。本文进行CARR堵流事故分析时,假定额定功率运行下,1盒燃料组件的入口全部堵塞。用Relap5\Scdapsim\Mod3．2程序分析堵流事故时反应性、堆功率、压力、流量和温度等的变化,并分析发生堵流的标准燃料组件对周边燃料组件的影响。结果表明,发生堵流的燃料组件将烧毁,但不向相邻的组件扩展。CARR设计采取的安全措施可以把堵流事故后果控制在可接受范围之内。     

科研人员业绩考核设计

对科研人员业绩的考核，应具有一定程度可量化的考核指标和一套完整的考核体系。文章对科研人员业绩评价的内容及其指标体系、考核与管理办法进行了设计，认为科研人员业绩考核指标可以分为劳动数量、劳动质量和劳动成果3类，具体内容包括其科研工作量、科研责任、科研成果的表现形式及其数量、成果的学术价值与利用率，以及科研人员科研技能水平等。     

A knowledge-based system for sensor selection

This paper presents a Knowledge-based system (KBS) developed to allow users, who may not be knowledgeable about sensors, to select sensors suitable for their specific needs. The KBS runs on a micro-computer. The selection criteria are user specified and are based on the desired measurement parameters. The system output includes all of the operational and dimensional parameters of the recommended sensor, price, and vendor information.     

校园网网络教育应用平台的设计与建设

本文首先分析了国内网络教育平台的现状,接着介绍了南通大学网络教育平台的建设情况,并阐述了网络教育平台建设的主要环节——网络课程建设的内容。

本文着重介绍了 IAEA 所制定的核电厂运行安全指标,同时也介绍了美国所制定的类似指标。这些指标为定量地评估和比较各国核电厂运行安全提供了可靠的依据。

本文首先概述了编辑出版自动化技术的概念及最新进展,然后就其在医药专业期刊编辑部的初步应用进行了探讨,论述了计算机、网络、数据库技术在稿件的选题、组稿、编辑、审校、排版、印刷、出版中的具体应用,强调了构建基于网络的编辑出版自动化系统对期刊现代化建设的重要作用。     

基于软件总线的星载系统软件结构的研究与设计

针对目前国内外星载系统软件可重构性较差的问题，提出了一种基于软件总线的星载系统软件结构。首先，介绍了软件总线和软构件的结构。其次，阐述了星载实时多任务操作系统中混合任务调度算法的设计。最后，对这个混合任务调度算法的正确性给出了证明。     

多用途放射性废物焚烧系统工程验证试验

对建立的多用途放射性废物焚烧系统，进行了工程验证试验。试验主要包括固体废物（包括树脂）和废油焚烧及烟气净化时系统的性能测定、非放示踪试验、72h连续运行考验等。经过共计500多小时的试验，验证了工艺流程、主要设备结构、仪表测控及系统安全等设计的可行性和可靠性；系统运行平稳，设备及仪表工作正常。本系统可一炉多用，其处理能力、减容系数、焚烧灰中残炭率以及系统总去污系数等指标，均达到了设计要求。
