Lessons learned from the U.S. nuclear power Plant on-line monitoring programs

The investigation and application of on-line monitoring programs has been ongoing for over two decades by the U.S. nuclear industry and researchers. To this date, only limited pilot installations have been demonstrated and the original objectives have changed significantly. Much of the early work centered on safety critical sensor calibration monitoring and reduction. The current focus is on both sensor and equipment monitoring. This paper presents the major lessons learned that contributed to the lengthy development process including model development and implementation issues, and the results of a recently completed cost benefit analysis.

混凝土工程冬期施工管理的几个问题

混凝土冬期施工管理中主要存在除冻剂的使用及质量控制、混凝土强度等级、测温工作、受冻临界强度检验等方面问题。文章结合工程质量检验实际情况,进行了具体分析。     

A single chip multi-channel surface plasmon resonance imaging system

A single chip, multi-channel surface plasmon resonance (SPR) imaging system has been developed. The equipment has no moving parts and uses a single sensor chip on which multiple channels can be incorporated. A light emitting diode is used as a photon source while a CCD camera forms the detector. The optical configuration has been designed to achieve a uniform illumination of the sample over a fixed area with a range of incident angles. A calibration test using sucrose solutions shows that the sensitivity of the equipment is 4.3×10⁻⁴ refractive index units per pixel line-pair. The use of the system for simultaneous interrogation of different polyelectrolyte thin films, formed by the electrostatic layer-by-layer deposition method, is demonstrated. A reversible pH-dependent response for these organic layers is also reported.     

基于神经元网络的燃油锅炉烟气氧含量的软

针对目前各种氧含量检测仪表在运行过程中的可靠性差、使用寿命短及价格昂贵等诸多不足，通过探寻锅炉运行中的其他参数与烟气氧含量的映射关系，建立ＢＰ神经元网络，提出了燃油锅炉烟气氧含量的软测量方法。结果表明，其精度完全达到了设计要求。     

采用 AD590 集成温度传感器测温

集成温度传感器是两端式恒流器件具有标准化输出。采用ＡＤ５９０集成温度传感器进行温度测量。测量精度高，测温范围宽而且容易实现。因为ＡＤ５９０是恒流器件，所以适合远距离传送，也容易实现智能数字化显示     

Monitoring of multivariable dynamic processes and sensor auditing

Industrial continuous processes are usually operated under closed-loop control, yielding process measurements that are autocorrelated, cross correlated, and collinear. A statistical process monitoring (SPM) method based on state variables is introduced to monitor such processes. The statistical model that describes the in-control variability is based on a canonical variate (CV) state space model. The CV state variables are linear combinations of the past process measurements which explain the variability of the future measurements the most, and they are regarded as the principal dynamic dimensions. A T² statistic based on the CV state variables is utilized for developing the SPM procedure. The CV state variables are also used for monitoring sensor reliability. An experimental application to a high temperature short time (HTST) pasteurization process illustrates the proposed methodology.     

Polarization control scheme for surface plasmon and optical guided mode control detection

A technique based on what is known as polarizer–compensator–sample–analyzer (PCSA) scheme in ellipsometry, combined with the Kretschmann configuration to excite plasmon and waveguided modes is described. The system allows the control of the polarization state of the reflected light and is shown to have higher sensitivity than the measurement of only the amplitude of the reflected light. We show the response of the system to variations in temperature and small changes in the refractive index of a liquid.     

浅谈优化电站锅炉主蒸汽温度自动调节系统设计

文章着重分析了锅炉主汽温调节对象的特点，并结合灞桥热电厂10^#锅炉主汽温调节系统的实际情况进行深入研究。系统选用T640智能型调节器。并在组态中采用常规的PID调节，还针对主汽温度系统惯性时间长的特点，采用了“超前——滞后”模块，取得了良好的效果。解决了灞桥热电厂10^#炉主汽温自动调节系统长期未能投入运行的问题，提高了自动投入率，达到了安全经济运行的目的。
