软件即服务(softuare as a service,SaaS)是一种让用户通过支付订阅费来获得软件访问权的云服务模式。由于其业务的多样性,用户对不同软件的在线访问率存在很大差异,所以不同软件所消耗的云计算资源也存在差异。为避免违反服务等级协议(service level agreement,SLA)而产生违约赔付的风险,SaaS运营商不仅要优化各种软件的计算资源配置,还要对各类软件的订阅量加以限额限制。在考虑SLA限制的基础上,构建了一个以收益最大化为目标的有资源约束的非线性整数规划模型。由于模型计算的复杂性,其无法在多项式时间内求解,所以设计了基于Q学习-粒子群(particle swarm optimizoction,PSO)的融合算法来求解该NP难题。该算法将Q-学习嵌入到PSO中,动态调整PSO参数,从而避免直接使用PSO时会面临的局部最优陷阱和计算效率低下的问题。仿真实验验证了在不同场景下模型及算法的有效性,结果表明该算法可在云计算资源有限的条件下,以较高的求解效率获得收益更高的订阅限额及资源配置方案。其中,当处于需求波动大的情境下时,运营商应尽可能降低软件的资源争用比,通过配置足量的虚拟机资源并设定严格的订阅限额来保障软件的服务质量,减少违约赔付成本;相反,当处于需求波动小的情境下时,运营商可以提高软件的资源争用比,通过放宽订阅限额来抢占更大的市场,实现收益最大化。 相似文献

为探究轴流涡轮耦合排气壳扩压段的一维设计变量选取规律,提高排气壳扩压段的性能,参考现有NRCC叶栅导叶模型,采用自编程序,结合理论分析构建轴流涡轮与排气扩压段耦合的一维设计模型。详细分析耦合设计中影响扩压段的静压恢复系数以及总体性能的因素。研究结果表明:扩压段面积比、平均倾角、扩张角以及壁面摩擦系数等设计参数不仅影响扩压段的静压恢复系数,也影响涡轮的气动效率;本研究模型在面积比为3.5、平均倾角为30°、扩张角δ为5°时整体性能最优;涡轮出口气流的马赫数、叶顶泄漏流以及出口旋流对扩压段的性能有很大影响,出口半径比的增大会使得静压恢复系数降低,因此在耦合设计时应充分考虑涡轮以上参数的选择。 相似文献

New equations for the thermal conductivity and the viscosity of R134a that are valid in a wide range of pressures and temperatures are presented. They were obtained through a theoretically based, critical evaluation of the available experimental data, which showed considerable inconsistencies between data sets, in particular in the vapor phase. In the critical region the observed enhancement in the thermal conductivity is well represented by a crossover model for the transport properties of fluids. Lung cancer is the leading cause of cancer death worldwide. miR-199a, which has two mature molecules: miR-199a-3p and miR-199a-5p, plays an important biological role in the genesis and development of tumors. We collected recent research results on lung cancer and miR-199a from Google Scholar and PubMed databases. The biological functions of miR-199a in lung cancer are reviewed in detail, and its potential roles in lung cancer diagnosis and treatment are discussed. With miR-199a as the core point and a divergence outward, the interplay between miR-199a and other ncRNAs is reviewed, and a regulatory network covering various cancers is depicted, which can help us to better understand the mechanism of cancer occurrence and provide a means for developing novel therapeutic strategies. In addition, the current methods of diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer are reviewed. Finally, a conclusion was drawn: miR-199a inhibits the development of lung cancer, especially by inhibiting the proliferation, infiltration, and migration of lung cancer cells, inhibiting tumor angiogenesis, increasing the apoptosis of lung cancer cells, and affecting the drug resistance of lung cancer cells. Nicotine exposure either from maternal cigarette smoking or e-cigarette vaping is one of the most common risk factors for neurodevelopmental disease in offspring. Previous studies revealed that perinatal nicotine exposure programs a sensitive phenotype to neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) in postnatal life, yet the underlying mechanisms remain undetermined. The goal of the present study was to determine the regulatory role of H19/miR-181a/ATG5 signaling in perinatal nicotine exposure-induced development of neonatal brain hypoxic-ischemic sensitive phenotype. Nicotine was administered to pregnant rats via subcutaneous osmotic minipumps. All experiments were conducted in offspring pups at postnatal day 9 (P9). Perinatal nicotine exposure significantly enhanced expression of miR-181a but attenuated autophagy-related protein 5 (ATG5) mRNA and protein levels in neonatal brains. Of interest, miR-181a mimicking administration in the absence of nicotine exposure also produced dose-dependent increased hypoxia/ischemia (H/I)-induced brain injury associated with a decreased ATG5 expression, closely resembling perinatal nicotine exposure-mediated effects. Locked nucleic acid (LNA)-miR-181a antisense reversed perinatal nicotine-mediated increase in H/I-induced brain injury and normalized aberrant ATG5 expression. In addition, nicotine exposure attenuated a long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) H19 expression level. Knockdown of H19 via siRNA increased the miR-181a level and enhanced H/I-induced neonatal brain injury. In conclusion, the present findings provide a novel mechanism that aberrant alteration of the H19/miR-181a/AGT5 axis plays a vital role in perinatal nicotine exposure-mediated ischemia-sensitive phenotype in offspring and suggests promising molecular targets for intervention and rescuing nicotine-induced adverse programming effects in offspring. 相似文献
