合成吡啶类化合物用催化剂的再生行为研究

对合成吡啶类化合物用的失活催化剂上的结焦物进行了元素分析 ,并着重对失活催化剂的再生行为进行了研究。得到了不同失活程度催化剂的再生曲线及相同失活程度、不同再生条件下的再生曲线。经回归求得了一简单的再生反应动力学经验方程式 ,其中反应级数为碳含量的 1.16 5级 ,活化能为 4 2 .5 72kJ/mol,计算值与实验值的平均相对误差为 6 .5 %。     

日产NHR-90W型催化剂失活原因分析

对日产NHR -90W催化剂在抚顺石化分公司石油二厂 6万t/a石蜡加氢装置运行情况进行了研究 ,证明该催化剂活性较高 ,对原料的适应性也较强。同时 ,对造成催化剂短期内失活的原因进行了分析 ,认为原料中铁离子含量过高是造成催化剂失活的主要原因。对相关装置生产控制提出了建议     

A STUDY ON ACIDITY AND CATALYTIC PROPERTY OF [B] ZSM-5 CATALYST MODIFIED WITH SILICON COMPOUND BY CHEMICAL SURFACE DEPOSITION OF LIQUID-PHASE TECHNIQUE

The boron heteroatom zeolite catalyst has been modified with silicon compound by Chemical Surface Deposition of Liquid-phase (CLD) technique and the catalytic property of the modified catalyst is studied. Meanwhile, the acidity of the modified zeolite catalysts is characterized through TPD and IR technique, and the fluid adsorption method is used to determine its pore structure. The relationship between the catalytic property of the zeolite catalyst and its pore structure, its acidity has been found. The results of toluene-ethylene alkylation reaction indicate that the selectivity of p-ethyltoluene on the modified zeolite catalyst is higher than that on the zeolite catalyst before silanizated, reaching 94.14%.     

探讨缩聚催化剂对聚酯切片质量的影响

通过试验，分析比较了江西Sb2O3、南宁Sb2O3和大连Sb(Ac)3三种缩聚催化剂对聚酯切片质量的影响。试验结果表明，Sb(Ac)3是优良的缩聚催化剂。

催化裂化汽油选择性加氢脱硫催化剂RSDS-1的开发

介绍了用于催化裂化汽油选择性加氢脱硫催化剂RSDS-1的研究开发，考察了载体、活性组元、金属原子比以及助剂对催化剂选择性的影响。研究结果表明，催化裂化汽油中烯烃的加氢饱和受扩散限制；Co—Mo组合对烯烃饱和的能力相对较弱；较高的Co／Mo原子比有利于提高催化剂选择性；助剂的加入对催化剂选择性有明显的影响；RSDS—1催化剂用于催化裂化汽油选择性脱硫，对不同原料油适应性好，脱硫率可达80％，RON损失小于2个单位，且可长周期稳定运转。     

Immobilization and activation of vanadium(III) and titanium(III) single‐site catalysts for ethylene polymerization using MgCl2‐based supports

Significant increases in the activity of vanadium(III) amidinate catalysts for ethylene polymerization have been obtained by immobilization on a MgCl₂‐based support prepared by reaction of AlEt₃ with a MgCl₂/ethanol adduct. Catalyst immobilization and activation on this type of support prevents the rapid decay in activity observed under homogeneous polymerization conditions with unsupported catalysts. Stable polymerization activity is also observed with analogous titanium(III) complexes. Polyethylene with narrow molecular weight distribution and spherical particle morphology is obtained without reactor fouling. Copyright © 2005 Society of Chemical Industry     

不饱和烃硅氢加成催化剂固载化研究进展

综述了各类负载过渡金属的催化剂体系及其在不饱和烃硅氢加成反应中的应用。负载过渡金属的催化剂具有良好的可回收性和选择性，研究主要集中在开发价廉、使用安全、环境友好和高催化性能的活性炭、氧化物或有机聚合物等负载过渡金属催化剂，并取得很好的结果。     

Ni catalyst promotion of a Cis-selective Pd catalyst for canola oil hydrogenation

A Ni catalyst was added to a cis-selective Pd catalyst in an attempt to further improve the Pd catalyst's cis-selectivity and activity for canola oil hydrogenation. The system was tested under reaction conditions known to be suitable for cis-selective hydrogenation with the Pd catalyst (50 ppm Pd, 70 °C, and 5.2 MPa). Although inactive on its own under these conditions, the addition of 100 ppm Ni increased the hydrogenation activity (from 2.12 to 2.49 10⁻² min⁻¹). Further addition of Ni up to 1000 ppm resulted in no further improvements in activity. The trans isomer contents of the oils hydrogenated with Pd and the Pd/Ni systems were similar. The level of conjugated dienes decreased rapidly during hydrogenation with both Pd alone and with the Pd/Ni combination and no changes in conjugation were detected in the presence of the Ni catalyst alone. The increased activity of the Pd/Ni system over Pd alone was attributed to adsorption of catalyst poisons from the oil by Ni.     

粘土矿物用于乙烯聚合催化剂的研究 Ⅰ.以凹凸棒石粘土为载体的乙烯聚合催化剂

研究了以凹凸棒石粘土为载体,负载TiCl4制备的乙烯聚合催化剂的结构、性能及制备规律。结果表明,催化剂中Ti的负载量随焙烧温度的提高而逐渐降低,聚合活性随焙烧温度的提高呈上升趋势,但过高的焙烧温度也会导致粘土晶体结构的彻底破坏而不利于活化粘土活性的提高;通过采用烷基铝等有机金属化合物处理粘土同样可以极大地改善粘土性质,提高催化活性。不同助催化剂对以凹凸棒石粘土为载体的催化剂的聚合性能有较大影响。
