Measurement of the thermal diffusivity of thin films on substrate by the photoacoustic method

Measurements of the thermal diffusivity of thin films on substrate have been performed by the photoacoustic method. In order to examine the method we have built a new apparatus and proposed (1) a system calibration procedure using optically and thermally thick reference samples and (2) a data analysis procedure based on the RG (Rosencwaig and Gersho) theory. As a result of using a transparent photoacoustic cell, the systematic errors which are caused by stray light have been reduced. With this apparatus, measurements have been performed on platinum, titanium, and stainless steel (SUS304) thin foils (thickness form 50 to 100 µm) with three different liquid backing materials (water, glycerol, and ethyl alcohol). The reproducibility was within ±7% regardless of film thickness and substrate materials.

４０年来，我国液体火箭发动机的研制工作取得了很大成绩。文中对发动机的一些研制情况作了回顾，对ＹＦ－７３和ＹＦ－７５氢氧发动机的设计特点、飞行结果作了简单叙述。对今后工作也提出了看法。

基于双秘钥的高强度公钥密码体制的研究

该文研究双秘钥公开钥密码体制,它不同于一般的只有一个秘密密钥的公开钥密钥体制,而是使用两个秘密密钥。要攻破它必须同时解决两个数学难题(素因子分解和求离散对数),从而大大增加了破译难度。     

提高K-9曲拐质量的热处理工艺

K-9曲拐质量不合格主要是由于热处理后，珠光体数量太少所引起。因此应用正交试验，合理地选择了热处理工艺参数，提高了出炉温度，增加了珠光体数量，解决了K-9曲拐的质量问题。     

修井机多桥间转向传动机构的设计

对于大型修井机采用的重型底盘,多桥转向系统是底盘开发中的关键技术之一。在分析目前修井机采用的转向传动结构(方案1)存在问题的基础上,参照军用车底盘的应用案例又提出了2种方案,经对比分析,确定了最佳的传动机构新方案,并根据多桥转向理论和四连杆机构的几何关系对该机构进行了参数确定。通过实际应用,证明该转向传动布置方案具有传动误差小、不产生附加转向、现场调节安装方便、易于组织生产等特点。     

Complexity of the color appearance of objects with nonuniform illumination

An inversion relationship is clarified between lightness and brightness, and also between chroma and colorfulness under nonuniform illumination with different illuminance levels (high and low) within the same visual field. Brightness (or colorfulness) of object color with low lightness (or chroma) under high illuminance level is perceived higher than that of another object color with high lightness (or chroma) under low illuminance level. Two color images are given for showing the inversion phenomena on brightness–lightness and colorfulness–chroma between object colors under different illuminance levels. These color images are useful for making researchers on color understand the differences in concept between brightness and lightness, and also between colorfulness and chroma. 特大型地下厂房岩壁梁锚杆和混凝土施工技术及质量控制

岩壁梁是一种新型结构，为通过一定深度的锚杆将钢筋混凝土梁固定在地下厂房两侧的岩壁上，而吊车荷载则通过锚杆和钢筋混凝土与岩石接触面的摩擦力传到岩体上，形成岩壁梁和岩体共同受力的结构。岩壁梁是地下厂房施工和运行的核心建筑物，岩壁梁锚杆和混凝土的施工质量是直接关系到岩壁梁成败的关键，所以施工技术和施工质量均要求极高，是地下厂房系统施工的重点和难点。本文介绍了瀑布沟水电站地下厂房岩壁梁锚杆和混凝土施工的关键技术及质量控制经验，可供同类工程借鉴参考。     

Thermal analysis of a ceramic coating diesel engine piston using 3-D finite element method

In this study, firstly, thermal analyses are investigated on a conventional (uncoated) diesel piston, made of aluminum silicon alloy and steel. Secondly, thermal analyses are performed on pistons, coated with MgO-ZrO₂ material by means of using a commercial code, namely ANSYS. Finally, the results of four different pistons are compared with each other. The effects of coatings on the thermal behaviors of the pistons are investigated. It has been shown that the maximum surface temperature of the coated piston with material which has low thermal conductivity is improved approximately 48% for the AlSi alloy and 35% for the steel.
