The equilibrium solubility of CO2 into aqueous solution of sterically hindered N‐methyl‐2‐ethanolamine or methyl amino ethanol (MAE) was investigated in the temperature range of 303.1–323.1 K and total CO2 pressure in the range of 1–350 kPa. A variety of novel thiazolo/oxazolo pyridine derivatives were synthesized via an efficient, one-pot, multi-component reaction of enamines derived from the addition of cysteamine hydrochloride/ethanolamine to 1,1-bis(methylthio)-2-nitroethene with aromatic aldehydes and cyanoacetohydrazide in the presence of catalytic amount of Et3N. Rapeseed lecithin ethanol insoluble fraction (LEIF), was acetylated and optimum conditions for improving LEIF emulsifying property were determined. The effects of reaction time, pyridine amount and temperature on phosphatidyl ethanolamine conversion degree (PECD) and emulsion stability index (ESI) have been described in the form of regression equations. A full factorial design method was used. Regression equations for the maximum value of response functions and computation results were calculated and compared with those obtained in control experiments. Acetylation of rapeseed LEIF with the use of calculated optimal parameters led to 35% and 60% increments in PECD and ESI, respectively. 相似文献

Various compounds, representative of the major functional groups in phospholipids, phosphatidylethanolamine and phosphatidylcholine,
were tested for antioxidant activity (AA) in a sardine oil system to determine the relationship between molecular structure
and the AA of these compounds. AA was found to be attributable not only to the side-chain amino groups but also to the cooperative
effect of the hydroxy group in the side chain. Choline and ethanolamine, side-chain moieties of phospholipids, strongly inhibited
increases in peroxide values in a sardine oil mixture during storage; however, phosphatidic acid derivatives and glycerol,
also major functional groups of phospholipids, did not show AA. Choline and ethanolamine have hydroxy amines as functional
groups; therefore, several model reagents that contained amines and alcohols were assayed to compare the activity of the amino
group with that of the hydroxy group. All basic alkylamines examined had AA as decomposers of hydroperoxides. The intramolecular
hydroxy group in these amines complemented AA of the amino group. Only intramolecular alcohol, which can donate a proton,
showed strong synergistic activity with AAof the basic amines, while protected groups, such as methyl ether and phosphate

Using tribenuron‐methyl as a template and N,O‐bismethacryloyl ethanolamine as a functional crosslinking monomer, a molecularly imprinted nanowire membrane was prepared over an anodic alumina oxide membrane. The nanowire fabric of the imprinted membrane was established with a scanning electron microscope and a transmission electron microscope. However, the nonimprinted particulate membrane is formed in the absence of a template. Scatchard analysis showed that an equal class of binding sites were formed in the imprinted nanowire membrane and the dissociation constant and the maximum number of these binding sites were estimated to be 1.44 × 10−5 M and 22.7 µmol/g, respectively. The permeation experiments throughout the imprinted membrane and the nonimprinted one were carried out in a solution containing the template and its competitive analogs. These results demonstrated that the molecularly imprinted nanowire membrane exhibited higher transport selectivity for the template tribenuron‐methyl than its analogs, chlorimuron‐ethyl, thifensulfuron‐methyl and N‐(4‐bromophenylcarbamoyl)‐5‐chloro‐1H‐benzo[d]imidazole‐2‐carboxamide.
