介绍了作为高效清洁能源及清洁油品生产的原料-氢气的主要制备方法,分析了目前氢气制备技术存在的主要问题.重点介绍了以天然气为原料制备氢气的最新技术研究.     

Experimental and theoretical analysis of the operation of a natural gas cogeneration system using a polymer exchange membrane fuel cell

This paper reports experimental and numerical results of an investigation of five identical cogeneration systems using PEM (Polymer Exchange Membrane) fuel cells and running on natural gas. The natural gas is reformed locally to produce hydrogen. The accuracy of numerical results is validated by comparison with experimental data and the system performances are analysed in terms of electrical, thermal and total efficiencies. It appears that the energetic performances are low, particularly at low current. Simple solutions for enhancing the system electrical performances by modifying control laws are proposed.     

EFFECT OF MAGNETIZATION OF WATER ON INDUCTION TIME AND GROWTH PERIOD OF NATURAL GAS HYDRATE

The effect of diluted solution's magnetization on induction time and growth period of natural gas hydrate (NGH) has been investigated in quiescent reaction system at pressure of 4.5 MPa and temperature of 274 K with SDS as surfactant, by using volume fixed and pressure falling method. Experimental results show that magnetization will have effect on the induction time of NGH. After magnetization with magnetic field intensity of 0.33 T, the induction time of NGH has been reduced to 47 min (average) from 99 min (average) in which there is no magnetization. On the other hand, the induction time has been prolonged after magnetization of the diluted solution with magnetic field intensity of 0.05 T, 0.11 T, 0.22 T, 0.44 T. Especially with magnetic field intensity of 0.11 T, the induction time had even been prolonged to 431 min (average). The effect of magnetization on the growth period of NGH has not been found at the experimental condition.     

采用数值模拟方法研究同时氧化烟气中NO和SO2的可行性添加剂

Mechanism analysis on simultaneous oxidation of NO and SO2 with additives was presented and numerical simulation was developed to investigate the performances of three additives on oxidation of NO and SO2. The simulation result showed that reaction temperature, residence time, additive dose and NO concentration influence the oxidation process significantly. There exists an optimum reaction condition for each additive. n-C4H10 has the strongest ability to oxidize NO and SO2.     

聚乙烯吡咯烷酮在天然气水合物生成中的作用

研究了聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)在天然气水合物生成中的促进和抑制作用,结果表明PVP作为促进剂时,在确定的反应温度和压力下有一个最佳的浓度,在确定的使用浓度和温度时则有一个最佳反应压力,否则PVP的加入将抑制水合物的生成。认为PVP在低浓度时作为高分子表面活性剂,降低了溶液的表面张力,加速了水合物生成。在高浓度时,其长链上的五元环吸附水合物表面未完成的孔穴,阻止了水合物晶核的增长。

毛细管气相色谱法测定甲基丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯的含量

采用50mOV 1毛细管柱,FID检测器,正二十二烷做内标,测定甲基丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯的含量,其变异系数为0.92%,结果准确、可靠。     

烟气中二氧化硫制备亚硫酸氢钠的可行性分析

分析了目前我国烟气脱硫的现状，论述了用烟气中二氧化硫制备亚硫酸氢钠的意义。从探讨采用烟气中二氧化硫制备亚硫酸氢钠的优点出发，在理论和实践两个方面分析了该方法的可行性。     

Partial oxidation of methane to synthesis gas over α-Al2O3-supported bimetallic Pt–Co catalysts

The partial oxidation of methane to synthesis gas was studied at atmospheric pressure and in the temperature range of 550–800°C over -Al₂O₃-supported bimetallic Pt–Co, and monometallic Pt and Co catalysts, respectively. Both methane conversion and CO selectivity over a bimetallic Pt_0.5Co₁ catalyst were higher than those over monometallic Pt_0.5 and Co₁ catalysts. Furthermore, the addition of platinum in Pt–Co bimetallic catalysts effectively improved their resistance to carbon deposition with no coking occurring on Pt_0.5Co₁ during 80 h reaction. The FTIR study of CO adsorption observed only linearly bonded CO on bimetallic Pt–Co catalysts. TPR and XPS showed enhanced formation of a cobalt surface phase (CSP) in bimetallic Pt–Co catalysts. The origins of the good coking resistivity of bimetallic Pt–Co catalysts were discussed.     

利用电阻探针对石油设备及管道的腐蚀进行监测

从1998年起，国内石油炼制行业开始大量炼制进口高硫原油，油气管道的腐蚀问题受到了重视。介绍了电阻探针腐蚀监测系统的原理及组成。并针对油气管道，实施了在线监测，安装了6组腐蚀电阻探针，分析了测量结果，为今后防腐工作提供了依据。
