Effect of high temperature alkali cooking on the constituents,structure and thermal degradation of hemp fiber

Degumming of hemp fiber by high temperature alkali cooking was investigated, and the effect of temperature and dosage of alkali on the constituents, structure, and thermal degradation of hemp fiber was also discussed in this work. The morphology, structure, and thermal degradation of hemp fiber after high temperature cooking were investigated through SEM, FTIR, WAXD, and TG analysis. The results indicated that the high temperature cooking process was effective for removing hemicelluloses and lignin and could also improve the thermal stability of cellulose. Crystallinity index of the treated hemp fiber was increased, which was related to the cooking temperature and NaOH dosage. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J Appl Polym Sci, 2008     

江苏复杂断块高含水单元改善水驱效果的技术对策

在分析高含水开发单元特点的基础上,针对该阶段剩余油的品位、分布和油水关系极为复杂、挖潜难度大的技术难点,提出了适合江苏复杂断块油田高含水开发单元改善水驱开发效果的思路和工作程序、技术对策,并在真武油田高含水开发单元进行了实际应用,取得了良好的效果.     

Development of temperature compensated high elongation resistance strain gauges for use up to 250°C

The paper describes the development and evaluation of temperature compensated high elongation resistance strain gauges for use from room temperature to 250°C. These gauges could be temperature-compensated on steels with coefficient of thermal expansion α = 11 ppm/°C. Thermal output within 250°C was about 1 μm/m/°C and maximum standard deviation of 5 gauges was 34 μm/m. Strain limit was > 4% at room temperature and at 250°C. Gauge factors of different strain ranges at R.T. and at 250°C are tabulated. Some applications are stated.     

Series resonant ZCS‐PFM DC‐DC power converter with high‐frequency high‐voltage transformer link for high‐power magnetron drive

This paper presents a single lossless inductive snubber‐assisted ZCS‐PFM series resonant DC‐DC power converter with a high‐frequency high‐voltage transformer link for industrial‐use high‐power magnetron drive. The current flowing through the active power switches rises gradually at a turned‐on transient state with the aid of a single lossless snubber inductor, and ZCS turn‐on commutation based on overlapping current can be achieved via the wide range pulse frequency modulation control scheme. The high‐frequency high‐voltage transformer primary side resonant current always becomes continuous operation mode, by electromagnetic loose coupling design of the high‐frequency high‐voltage transformer and the magnetizing inductance of the high‐frequency high‐voltage transformer. As a result, this high‐voltage power converter circuit for the magnetron can achieve a complete zero current soft switching under the condition of broad width gate voltage signals. Furthermore, this high‐voltage DC‐DC power converter circuit can regulate the output power from zero to full over audible frequency range via the two resonant frequency circuit design. Its operating performances are evaluated and discussed on the basis of the power loss analysis simulation and the experimental results from a practical point of view. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 强流质子直线加速器中束晕现象研究

从束流包络方程与单粒子运动方程联立模型出发，考虑了纵向能量方程的耦合，研究了强流质子直线加速器中的束晕现象。采用相交间的Ｐｏｉｎｃａｒｅ截面方法和实空间Ｐｏｉｎｃａｒｅ截面方法，研究了周期聚焦系统失配的情况下束晕的形成以及加速对束晕形成的影响。

利用热管纺丝技术一步法生产FCY

利用平板型热管纺丝装置对普通高速纺丝机进行技术改造，并一步法生产出充分结晶的ＰＥＴ纤维（ＦＣＹ）。该纤维可直接用于织造，调节热管温度、热管安装位置可获得满足后道工序不同需要的ＦＣＹ。

High-Pressure (up to 140 MPa) Dynamic Viscosity of the Methane and Toluene System: Measurements and Comparative Study of Some Representative Models

The dynamic viscosity of toluene and methane mixtures containing 25.03, 37.19, 49.95, 64.11, and 95.00 mol% methane has been measured using a falling-body viscometer. The measurements (280 data points) have been performed in the temperature range 293.15 to 373.15 K and at pressures up to 140 MPa. The data have been discussed in the framework of recent representative models (hard-sphere scheme, friction theory, and free-volume model) as well as with simple mixing laws and empirical models (particularly the LBC model and the self-referencing model) used in the literature. This comparative study shows that the average absolute deviation of the models is between 4.9 and 26.8%, and the maximum deviation is between 11.6 and 49.5%.     

综合防渗技术在黄岗水库防渗加固工程中的应用

水库大坝综合防渗加固技术具有投资省、防渗墙体连接均匀完整可靠、防渗效果好、施工速度快等特点.通过黄岗水库的实践,为该项技术的推广提供了一个典型实例工程.
