Organic–inorganic hybrid materials and mem branes were prepared through coating on Teflon plate or dip‐coating on microporous alumina substrates with the solution of glycidylmethacrylate (GMA) and γ‐methacryloxypropyl trimethoxy silane (γ‐MPS) copolymer, followed by ring‐opening of the GMA moiety with trimethylamine hydrochloric and sol–gel reaction of the γ‐MPS moiety. Composition of the GMA and γ‐MPS copolymer was varied by changing the feed ratio of GMA to γ‐MPS during the copolymerization. So the thermal stability, hydrophilicity, electrical properties, etc. of the hybrid materials and membranes were varied. Results showed that as the γ‐MPS amount increased in the copolymer, Td (the temperature on thermogram at 5% weight loss) value of the hybrid materials and water contact angle of the hybrid membrane generally increased, while the anion exchange capacity, water uptake (WR) and pure water flux decreased. The charge transition point of the hybrid membranes deduced from their streaming potential behavior decreased from pH > 12 to pH = 7–8 as the γ‐MPS amount increased. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. It is shown that even pure quartz, other silicas or aluminas can enhance the aromatization activity of a ZSM-5 zeolite. Incorporation of gallium oxide onto these supports increases further the production of aromatics. We study the problem of designing state‐feedback controllers to track time‐varying state trajectories that may exhibit jumps. Both plants and controllers considered are modeled as hybrid dynamical systems, which are systems with both continuous and discrete dynamics, given in terms of a flow set, a flow map, a jump set, and a jump map. Using recently developed tools for the study of stability in hybrid systems, we recast the tracking problem as the task of asymptotically stabilizing a set, the tracking set, and derive conditions for the design of state‐feedback tracking controllers with the property that the jump times of the plant coincide with those of the given reference trajectories. The resulting tracking controllers guarantee that solutions of the plant starting close to the reference trajectory stay close to it and that the difference between each solution of the controlled plant and the reference trajectory converges to zero asymptotically. Constructive conditions for tracking control design in terms of LMIs are proposed for a class of hybrid systems with linear maps and input‐triggered jumps. The influence of the Marangoni effect on phase inversion behaviour is examined by integrating a microscopic study of the drop coalescence process, in which thin film drainage in the presence of insoluble surfactant occurs, into a macroscopic phase inversion model which has been developed previously using a Monte Carlo technique. This is achieved via an immobility factor, obtained from a comparison of the film drainage times for surfactant-laden systems and surfactant-free systems as a function of the drop approach velocity, surface Péclet number, initial surfactant concentration and the Hamaker constant, which is then used to modify the coalescence probability in the phase inversion model. On the one hand, the results indicate that the Marangoni effect removes any influence that the viscosity ratio has on phase inversion due to immobilisation of the interface, thus shielding the flow in the film from the effects of the flow in the dispersed phase; the point at which phase inversion occurs therefore tends towards equivolume holdups with the addition of surfactant. On the other hand, when comparisons are made with pure systems in which surfactant is absent, the system is seen to be either stabilised or de-stabilised from inversion depending on the viscosity ratio of the system. This is attributed to the influence of surfactant on the dispersion morphologies on either side of the inversion (i.e. water-in-oil dispersions and oil-in-water dispersions) and depends on the dispersed phase holdup; the Marangoni effect is felt stronger when the dispersed phase holdup is low. 相似文献

Polyester polyurethane cationomers are prepared using polyester polyol of molecular weight 2000 as soft segments, N-methyl diethanolamine as chain extender, glycolic acid as quaternization agent, methyl ethyl ketone as solvent, and 4,4'-diphenylenemethylene diisocyanate (MDI) as diisocyanate. Properties of the films cast from solutions and emulsions are studied by infrared spectroscopy, dynamic mechanical analysis, thermogravimetric analysis, differential scanning calorimetry, and tensile-elongation testing. Ionization can cause phase separation and produces increased cohesion in the hard domains. The dispersion process can be divided into three stages involving a separation of hard segment aggregates due to adsorption of water on their surface, water entering into hard segment microionic lattics, and finally a rearrangement of agglomerates to form microspheres. In order to obtain an efficient hybrid inorganic–organic nonlinear optical (NLO) materials, an azo-dye containing three electronic donor groups 2,5-dimethyl-4-(4′-nitrophenylazo)phenol (DMNPAP) was synthesized and reacted with 3-isocyanatopropyl triethoxysilane (ICTES) to give an alkoxysilane dye (ICTES–DMNPAP). Molecular structural characterizations for DMNPAP and ICTES–DMNPAP were investigated by elemental analysis, 1H NMR, FTIR, UV–visible spectra and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The alkoxysilane dye could be hydrolyzed and polymerized in the presence of water, and then transparent hybrid films could be fabricated by spin coating on the indium–tin-oxide (ITO) glass substrates. Compared with the dye 4-nitro-4′-hydroxy-azobenzene (NHA) containing only one hydroxyl as donor group, DMNPAP exhibited larger βCTμg value measured by solvatochromic method, and second harmonic generation (SHG) measurement of the hybrid films was in agreement with the result. 相似文献

对某岩坡Ⅲ区现场勘察后认为,该区为断层破碎带,属碎裂结构,岩体分级为Ⅳ级.由于地质情况复杂、岩体破碎以及边坡开挖引起的应力释放等原因,致使边坡岩体加固的力学参数用常规方法较难确定.运用正交试验设计的方法借助有限差分程序FLAC进行分析,以安全系数作为评价指标,模拟各参数不同水平的各种组合,对影响边坡稳定性的各因素进行了敏感性分析,并对边坡力学参数进行了反演,得出较为合理的力学参数,为边坡治理提供依据. 相似文献
