柴油抗蜡分散剂的工业应用

柴油抗蜡分散剂PDN -3 0 2 3应用试验表明 ,抗蜡分散剂能有效改变蜡结晶的形状及尺寸 ,抑制蜡结晶的生长 ,有助于蜡晶体在柴油中分布得更均匀。     

含Zr低合金高强度钢中夹杂物的特性

用电子探针研究了含Zr低合金高强度钢中夹杂物的形貌、大小及分布等特性。结果表明 ,钢样中的夹杂物为圆形 ,呈分散分布 ,其组成系含ZrO2 的复合夹杂物 ,而且MnS依附此复合夹杂物成核和长大。钢中添加少量Zr可明显改善夹杂物形态和分布 ,从而改善钢的强度和韧性     

Effect of Rare Earth Elements on Thermal Fatigue Property of Low Chromium Semi-Steel

The effect of rare earth elements on eutectic carbide‘s morphology of low chromium semi-steel in as-cast state and after heat treatment was investigated, and accordingly, the thermal fatigue property of this material was studied. The results show that RE can improve the eutectic carbide‘s morphology, inhibit the formation and propagation of thermal fatigue cracks, therefore, promote the thermal fatigue property, which is more noticeable in case of the RE modification in combination with heat treatment. The optimal thermal fatigue property can be obtained when treated with 0.2% RE modification as well as normalization at 950℃ for 3h.     

Measurement accuracy enhancements for wideband modulated signals

Time‐domain waveform measurements of wideband modulated signals, although attractive for communication systems modeling applications, have until now lacked the required accuracy for quantitative analysis. New developments described here enhance the accuracy of these measurements, enabling their application to communication system characterization and modeling. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 地层测试对油层改造选井选层的重要性及改造措施有效性评价

经对胜利油田近三年来典型井例测试资料分析评价及其增产措施效果分析认为，有三类地层压裂增油效果很好：地层物性相对较好的常压系统且存在严重堵塞的储层；物性较好的常压地层；高压低渗透储层。有两类地层酸化效果很好：灰岩、白云岩裂缝、低产低渗透储层；物性较好且存在严重污染堵塞的储层。其它地层压裂、酸化一般是无效的。     

郑411块超稠油试油试采工艺技术应用

郑411块沙三段地层疏松出砂、原油粘度高，属中深层超稠油，常规试油试采方法难以突破出油关，采用APR全通径氮气垫测试、地层与井筒复合防砂、水平井配合直井蒸汽吞吐、氮气泡沫封堵调剖和井筒加热举升稠油等配套工艺技术，取得了较好的效果，为中深层超稠油油藏的开发提供了技术思路。     

Magnetic properties of high-temperature superconductors: Analysis within the framework of the impurity mechanism

The impurity mechanism proposed earlier is used to interpret the magnetic properties of hightemperature superconductors. The appearance of superconductive granules and the existence of weak bonds in grains of ceramics and in single crystals is explained. The irreversibility line is obtained and its new interpretation as the line of thresholds of appearance of infinite nonsuperconductive cluster is given. The relaxation time of the magnetic susceptibility in alternating magnetic fields is calculated. The decrease of the Meissner fraction with increase in magnetic field and decrease in doping, and other magnetic properties are explained.     

LB技术制备大面积超薄PMMA抗蚀层的研究

采用自行研制的ＬＢ自动提膜装置，制备出大面积（１０×８ｃｍ２）、高质量的ＰＭＭＡ超薄抗蚀剂膜，并将其用于高分辨率铬掩模版的研制。通过电子束曝光，湿法蚀刻，制作了分辨率优于０．５μｍ，特征线宽０．３８μｍ的４（１００ｍｍ）铬掩模版。     

PbO－Bi_2O_3－B_2O_3－SiO_2系重金属氧化物玻璃的结构与光学性

通过密度、可见光光谱、红外吸收光谱、Ｃｏ－６０辐照损伤试验及荧光光谱的测试，研究了ＰｂＯ－Ｂｉ２Ｏ３－Ｂ２Ｏ３－ＳｉＯ２玻璃系的光学性能与结构．密度最高可达８．４６４ｇ／ｃｍ３其紫外吸收达截止波长随Ｐｂ２＋及Ｂｉ３＋含量升高而红移．玻璃熔化温度低达８５０℃．在ＰｂＯ－Ｂｉ２Ｏ３－Ｂ２Ｏ３系玻璃中加人ＳｉＯ２可使玻璃结构更致密．室温下该系统玻璃在３６０ｎｍ有一个宽的激发峰，能产生４１８ｕｍ及４３８ｕｍ两个弱的发射峰．该系统玻璃的结构是由［ＳｉＯ４］４－、［ＢＯ３］３－、［ＢＯ４］５－、［ＰｂＯ４］６－及［ＢｉＯ６］９－构成．其中部分Ｐｂ２＋及Ｂｉ３＋以网络外体进入玻璃．     

冷库地坪防冻臌机械通风的传热计算

设计手册中关于使用机械通风防止冷库地坪冻臌的参数（风道直径、间距及长度）仅是推荐值，它忽略了地坪结构、土壤温度和外界空气温度对通风系统节能的影响，因而造成地基土壤的热损失和冷库负荷的增大。从冷库节能和冷库建筑安全使用出发，对采用机械通风防止地坪冻臌进行了传热分析，提出了在传热计算中参数的合理选择和通风系统的设计方法。
