复合材料层合曲梁分层问题的解析解法

根据叠加原理将含有分层的复合材料层合曲梁在横向载荷作用下的受力状态分解为在面受力状态与出面受力状态,再将出面受力状态分解为无分层曲梁受横向载荷状态与含分层曲梁承受附加剪切载荷状态。将分层问题归结为在附加剪切载荷状态中,层合梁附加位移与附加应力的分析,并据此建立了一个简单的力学模型。最后得到了由分层引起的附加位移与应力的解析解答,并用能量释放率方法确定了应力强度因子。

一种新的主动网络安全体系的设计

尽管主动网络原型系统中设计了一些安全措施，但是它们都不具通用性且主要集中在security方面，这在主动网络必须和传统网络相兼容的情况下，阻碍了主动网络的发展。本文在定义消极型错误和积极型错误的基础上，设计了主动网络资源控制核。然后提出了集security和safety保障为一体的基于资源控制核的一种通用的主动网络安全体系，探讨了该体系应具有的特点、设计目标和可行性，并设计了主动节点的安全机制。     

泌阳凹陷复杂断块群油气分布控制因素

泌阳凹陷北部斜坡复杂断块群油田以断鼻、断块及断层+岩性油气藏为主,垂向含油层系多,平面上叠合连片,油气主要富集在鼻状构造主体部位的断鼻断块内。通过对研究区油气控制因素的分析,指出继承性的鼻状构造控制了油气聚集方向和富集程度,油气藏含油范围和油气藏高度则主要受断层封闭性和封闭程度的控制,油气分布规律受伸展构造所伴生的各种断块群构造型式的控制。     

CMOS光接收机主放大器设计

利用CMOS工艺设计一种用于SDH STM 4速率级(622 Mb/s)光纤用户网的光接收机放大电路。此电路由输入/输出缓冲、主放大单元、偏置补偿电路4部分组成。通过直接耦合技术提高增益,降低功耗;利用有源电感负载提高系统带宽。采用商用SmartSpice电路仿真软件和CSMC HJ 0.6μm工艺参数对该电路进行仿真。结果表明,该电路在5 V工作电压下中频增益为81 dB,3 dB带宽为470 MHz。

Occupational Factors and 5-Year Weight Change Among Men in a Danish National Cohort.

This study explored whether factors related to the work environment could predict changes in body mass index (BMI) and whether the effect of psychosocial factors was dependent on baseline BMI. The sample consisted of 1,980 male employees from the Danish National Work Environment Cohort Study. Changes in BMI between 1995 and 2000 were analyzed, by multiple regression, as a function of background variables and a series of occupational variables obtained in 1995. Age, baseline BMI, job insecurity, and psychological demands predicted changes in BMI. Job insecurity and high or low psychological demands increased the likelihood of weight gain among obese employees, whereas they increased the likelihood of weight loss among employees with a low BMI. Assessment of Anger and Aggression in Male Offenders With Developmental Disabilities.

Systematic assessment of anger among people with developmental disabilities has been lacking, especially for hospital inpatients. Reliability and validity of anger self-report psychometric scales were investigated with 129 male patients, mostly forensic. Anger prevalence and its relationship to demographic, cognitive, and personality variables and to hospital assaultive behavior were examined. High internal and intermeasure consistency, and some concurrent validity with staff ratings, were found. Retrospective validity regarding physically assaultive behavior in the hospital was obtained. Hierarchical regressions revealed that patient-reported anger was a significant predictor of assaults postadmission, controlling for age, length of stay, IQ, violence offense history, and personality variables. An Exploratory Study of E-Business Success Factors

E-business success factors are Important for traditional enterprises to implement e-business. This topic is attracting more and more researchers to study. This paper makes an exploratory study on the factors influencing e-business success. Firstly, based on the literature review, 52 factors are suggested. Secondly, two rounds of survey with Delphi method are conducted. Qualitative and quantitative analysis are used to identify 57 factors. This is the foundation of empirical study.
