白蚁提取液急性毒性及致突变性研究

本文采用大,小鼠急性经口毒性试验、Ａｍｅｓ试验、小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验及小鼠精子畸变试验对白蚁提取液的毒理学安全性进行了研究,结果表明,白蚁提取液大,小鼠急性经口ＬＤ５０均大于１０ｇ／ｋｇ体重,属“实际无毒”：体内（包括体细胞和生殖细胞）、体外致突变性试验系统均未检出其致突性。     

Multi-Objective Modified Particle Swarm Optimization for Test Suite Reduction (MOMPSO)

Software testing plays a pivotal role in entire software development lifecycle. It provides researchers with extensive opportunities to develop novel methods for the optimized and cost-effective test suite Although implementation of such a cost-effective test suite with regression testing is being under exploration still it contains lot of challenges and flaws while incorporating with any of the new regression testing algorithm due to irrelevant test cases in the test suite which are not required. These kinds of irrelevant test cases might create certain challenges such as code-coverage in the test suite, fault-tolerance, defects due to uncovered-statements and overall-performance at the time of execution. With this objective, the proposed a new Modified Particle Swarm optimization used for multi-objective test suite optimization. The experiment results involving six subject programs show that MOMPSO method can outer perform with respect to both reduction rate (90.78% to 100%) and failure detection rate (44.56% to 55.01%). Results proved MOMPSO outperformed the other stated algorithms.     

快速检验技术在自制炸药爆炸事故现场勘查中的应用

针对自制炸药爆炸事故造成人员伤亡、财产损失巨大,社会影响恶劣的情况,采用红外光谱法(IR)和拉曼光谱法(Raman)等快速检验技术对爆炸现场的遗留物、残留物和抛散物等进行检验、初步定性和来源推断。通过一起自制炸药爆炸事故的现场勘查和物证临场快速检验,实现了对自制炸药主要组分的快速推断和爆炸现场重建,并对爆炸事故原因进行了分析判定,可为同类爆炸事故现场快速勘验和原因分析提供借鉴,对提升爆炸事故现场勘查效率,实现爆炸事故原因快速认定具有重要的应用价值,并对查清犯罪事实,打击犯罪和维护社会稳定有着重要的作用。     

新测试方式下非计算机专业程序设计课程教学探讨

原有教学法在学生实际编程能力上机考试方面存在局限,为适应新的测试方式所带来的教学方法与教学理念的变化,本文结合本校实际,对如何激发与保持学生的学习积极性、实现抽象与模型化的跨越、培养学生的计算思维能力、合理组织实验教学进行探讨,并对实验过程进行监督与综合评价。     

A level set method based on the Bayesian risk for medical image segmentation

This paper proposes an alternative criterion derived from the Bayesian risk classification error for image segmentation. The proposed model introduces a region-based force determined through the difference of the posterior image densities for the different classes, a term based on the prior probability derived from Kullback-Leibler information number, and a regularity term adopted to avoid the generation of excessively irregular and small segmented regions. Compared with other level set methods, the proposed approach relies on the optimum decision of pixel classification and the estimates of prior probabilities; thus the approach has more reliability in theory and practice. Experiments show that the proposed approach is able to extract the complicated shapes of targets and robust for various types of medical images. Moreover, the algorithm can be easily extendable for multiphase segmentation.     

Confidence intervals for dependent data: Equating non-overlap with statistical significance

We revisit the problem of determining confidence interval widths for the comparison of means. For the independent two-sample (two-sided) case, Goldstein and Healy (1995) draw attention to the fact that comparisons based on 95% error bars are not very effective in assessing the statistical significance of the difference in means and derive the correct confidence interval for such a comparison. We provide an extension to Goldstein and Healy (1995) to account for the correlation structure and unequal variances. We use the results to develop rules of thumb for evaluating differences, in an exploratory manner, like Moses (1987) and Cumming (2009), from the independent case. We illustrate the method for the simple comparison of two means in a real data set, provide R code that may be easily implemented in practice, and discuss the extension of the method to other applied problems.     

微机原理与应用课程改革与实践

为适应新技术对信息化人才培养要求,在分析微机原理与应用课程特点及教学状况的基础上,从教学目标、教学内容入手,阐述微机原理与应用课程改革思路和方法,从适应科技发展的角度,提出调整课程教学内容,构建微机原理与应用多媒体及网络教学平台系统,改革课程考试方式。     

一种可行的可用性测试过程

文章综述用户模型法、用户调查法、专家评审法和观察法4类可用性测试方法,根据可用性测试的经验,总结出一套合理实用的可用性测试过程,使得可用性测试的效率高、代价低,尽可能发现更多的可用性问题;提出在程序设计类课程的教学中,应适当向学生介绍可用性测试的方法和过程,以培养学生对自己开发的软件系统进行可用性测试的能力。     

Models to predict the deformation modulus and the coefficient of subgrade reaction for earth filling structures

Determination of deformation modulus and coefficient of subgrade reaction of soils have major importance, whether the projects are in design, and construction or compaction assessment stage of earth filling structures. Plate load test is one of the frequently used method to directly determine the parameters but the method is both costly and time consuming. For this reason, this paper is concerned with the applications of artificial neural networks (ANN) and simple-multiple regression analysis to predict deformation modulus and coefficient of subgrade reaction of compacted soils from compaction parameters (such as maximum dry density (MDD) and optimum moisture content (OMC), field dry density (FDD), and field moisture content (FMC)). Regression analysis and artificial neural network estimation indicated that there are acceptable correlations between deformation modulus and coefficient of subgrade reaction and these parameters. Artificial neural networks model exhibits higher performance than traditional statistical model for predicting deformation modulus and coefficient of subgrade reaction.     

基于Python的实时嵌入式软件测试脚本

基于Python语言设计一种实时测试脚本,开发扩展模块,实现测试脚本与嵌入式软件仿真测试环境（ESSTE）的接口。该测试脚本使用简便,实时性高、描述能力强、具有良好的可复用性,目前已成功应用到ESSTE中。对多个实时嵌入式软件进行测试,结果验证了该测试脚本的正确性和实时性。
