This study presents a back-analysis of geotechnical parameters on prefabricated vertical drain improved ground at a site in the Mekong Delta. Various time?settlement behaviors that reflected different clay thicknesses and loading patterns were observed. The total surface settlement behavior at several monitoring locations was simulated using an updated exponential method that considered staged construction. The analyzed results were validated by substituting the values into a theoretical solution for radial consolidation. The estimated theoretical behaviors were comparable with the monitored behaviors. The geotechnical parameters were back-analyzed by applying the previously analyzed results to various theoretical and empirical formulas. However, the use of extensometer data that were installed at large intervals produced different values of the geotechnical properties. Furthermore, finite element analysis supported the back-analyzed total settlement behaviors and nearly disregarded the application of the geotechnical properties that were obtained using either surface or subsurface settlement data. However, settlements and excess pore pressures in the sublayers were not successfully predicted even when the geotechnical properties were adjusted. Thus, subsurface instruments that can be installed closely in thick clay deposits are required to reliably reevaluate the variations in geotechnical properties along a certain depth. 相似文献

We present a data-driven method for monitoring machine status in manufacturing processes. Audio and vibration data from precision machining are used for inference in two operating scenarios: (a) variable machine health states (anomaly detection); and (b) settings of machine operation (state estimation). Audio and vibration signals are first processed through Fast Fourier Transform and Principal Component Analysis to extract transformed and informative features. These features are then used in the training of classification and regression models for machine state monitoring. Specifically, three classifiers (K-nearest neighbors, convolutional neural networks and support vector machines) and two regressors (support vector regression and neural network regression) were explored, in terms of their accuracy in machine state prediction. It is shown that the audio and vibration signals are sufficiently rich in information about the machine that 100% state classification accuracy could be accomplished. 针对流体输送埋地管道泄漏问题,设计了一种利用管道机器人携带封堵气囊进行快速应急封堵修复的埋地管道泄漏内封堵装置。采用矩阵变换方法建立了牵引系统驱动轮过弯方程,利用MATLAB软件对过弯方程进行了验证,同时利用ADAMS软件仿真分析过弯路径与驱动轮转角对牵引系统行走速度的影响。研究结果表明:由两个串联封堵器组成的应急封堵系统可满足复杂工况下的管道泄漏封堵要求;牵引系统驱动轮在弯管内部行走时,单轮速度呈周期性变化,但三个驱动轮整体周期运动特性一致;驱动轮转角在25°~40°时,牵引系统行走速度与驱动轮转角成正比,且转角为30°时驱动效果最好。该内封堵装置的结构设计可为管道泄漏应急封堵领域装备的研发提供重要参考。 相似文献

大坝运行监测易受自然环境和监测条件影响,存在时间和空间上的变异性,监测数据具有不确定性。以云理论的随机性和不确定性分析方法为基础,并与空间数据辐射思想相结合,建立了云滴概率密度分布估计模型,然后导出云概率密度分布函数,依据样本监测数据推求母体空间数据的分布特征,并设计了基于逆向云算法云变换的计算程序。分析陆浑水库1979~1999年测压管监测数据和位移变形数据的云概率密度分布特征和云数字特征,得出了20 a来大坝的数据分布特征和运行状态。监测数据分析结果表明,云概率密度分布估计不仅能有效合理地分析大坝的运行状态,而且能够依据云数字特征来判断监测状态和监测环境的异常变化。

以方竹笋中提取的膳食纤维为研究对象,采用动态高压微射流(dynamic high-pressure micro-fluidization, DHPM)在不同压力条件(0,50,100,150,200 MPa)下进行处理,探究其对竹笋膳食纤维(bamboo shoots dietary fiber, BSDF)理化和结构特性的影响。结果表明,随着处理压力的增大,BSDF粒径先增大后减小,当处理压力为150 MPa时,粒径最小,为(370±11) nm,此条件下BSDF的持水力、持油力和膨胀力达到最大,较对照组分别提高了47.74%,50.54%,61.27%,且差异显著(P<0.05)。红外光谱分析表明DHPM处理不会改变BSDF的官能团,但会使BSDF内部的部分氢键断裂和半纤维素、木质素等发生降解;X射线衍射和热重分析表明DHPM处理不会引起BSDF的晶体结构改变,但晶体有序度会下降,进而导致其热稳定性降低;微观结构分析显示DHPM处理会使BSDF颗粒尺寸减小、表面粗糙、组织松散,且当处理压力为200 MPa时,颗粒发生团聚。综上,DHPM可以有效改善BSDF的理化性质,在膳食纤维改性方面具有一定的应用价值。 相似文献

Although researchers are exploring animals' capacity for monitoring their states of uncertainty, the use of some paradigms allows the criticism that animals map avoidance responses to error-causing stimuli not because of uncertainty monitored but because of feedback signals and stimulus aversion. The authors addressed this criticism with an uncertainty-monitoring task in which participants completed blocks of trials with feedback deferred so that they could not associate reinforcement signals to particular stimuli or stimulus-response pairs. Humans and 1 of 2 monkeys were able to make cognitive, decisional uncertainty responses that were independent of feedback or reinforcement history within a task. This finding unifies the comparative literature on uncertainty monitoring. The dissociation of performance from reinforcement has theoretical implications, and the deferred-feedback technique has many applications. This study addresses the problem of choosing the most suitable probabilistic model selection criterion for unsupervised learning
of visual context of a dynamic scene using mixture models. A rectified Bayesian Information Criterion (BICr) and a Completed
Likelihood Akaike’s Information Criterion (CL-AIC) are formulated to estimate the optimal model order (complexity) for a given
visual scene. Both criteria are designed to overcome poor model selection by existing popular criteria when the data sample
size varies from small to large and the true mixture distribution kernel functions differ from the assumed ones. Extensive
experiments on learning visual context for dynamic scene modelling are carried out to demonstrate the effectiveness of BICr
and CL-AIC, compared to that of existing popular model selection criteria including BIC, AIC and Integrated Completed Likelihood
(ICL). Our study suggests that for learning visual context using a mixture model, BICr is the most appropriate criterion given
sparse data, while CL-AIC should be chosen given moderate or large data sample sizes. 相似文献
