高吸水聚合物材料在防沙治沙中的应用

介绍了高吸水聚合物的发展状况、吸水机理和性能特征，总结了合成高吸水聚合物及半合成高吸水聚合物的技术条件及若干种制备方法，并提出利用低成本植物纤维素（取自植物落叶、农作物茎杆等）、淀粉等天然原材料来制备高吸水性聚合物；探讨了以高技术、低成本、大面积可实施及效果显著为技术优势，利用高吸水聚合物进行荒漠和沙漠治理的方法和发展方向。     

Synthesis of Sn-Incorporated Folded Sheets Mesoporous Materials (Sn-FSM-16)

Sn-incorporated folded sheets mesoporous materials (Sn-FSM-16) with various contents of Sn were synthesized by using a mixture of water glass, SnCl₄ and NaOH as starting materials. Hexadecyltrimethyl-ammonium chloride (surfactant) was used to intercalate into the layered silicate. The reaction process was followed by measurements of XRD patterns of intermediates. The Sn-FSM-16 was formed via the following mechanism: (1) layered silicates such as - - and -Na₂Si₂O₅ were formed as intermediates by the calcination of the mixture of the starting materials; (2) the surfactant was intercalated into the layered silicates; (3) the surfactant-silicate complex with hexagonal structure was obtained as a precursor of Sn-FSM-16; (4) the precursor was calcined to decompose the surfactant in the interlayer and was changed to Sn-FSM-16. The structural aspect of Sn in Sn-FSM-16 was studied by XPS profiles of Sn 3d _5/2 and Si_2p, ²⁹ Si MAS NMR and FTIR. The content of Sn in Sn-FSM increased with increasing concentrations of both Sn and NaOH in the starting materials. The surface area of Sn-FSM-16 decreased with an increase of Sn content in Sn-FSM (1160–620 m²/g).     

甲氨蝶呤囊泡的制备和体外释放性能研究

用非离子表面活性剂和胆固醇为原料,采用薄膜分散法制备甲氨蝶呤囊泡,通过透析法分离未包封的药物,紫外分光光度法测定包封率和体外释药性。结果显示,Span 60与胆固醇形成的囊泡(VSpan 60∶VCHOL=5∶3),在50℃超声40 m in的条件下,对0.60 g/L的甲氨蝶呤包封率可达65%以上,在模拟胃流体和模拟肠流体中均有良好的缓释作用。     

Ca-P仿生人工骨材料的设计与制备

本文设计了用磷酸钙生物陶瓷制备仿生人工骨的工艺路线 ,从原料合成、材料成型和烧结等讨论了仿骨材料的制备方法     

铝盐沉淀法制备低堆比假一水软铝石的研究

研究了铝盐沉淀法制备假-水软铝石过程中各因素对水合产物物性的影响规律。提出了制备低堆比的高纯假-水软铝石的方法。用NH4HCO3或(NH4)2CO3溶液做洗涤介质有效降低了假-水软铝石中的杂质含量。采用加入晶种的方法制备了低堆比、含有大孔的假-水软铝石。     

生物活性无机颗粒增强聚乳酸材料的制备方法

无机颗粒增强聚乳酸复合材料能有效的改善聚乳酸的力学性能，并赋予其生物活性。本文系统介绍了各种无机颗粒增强聚乳酸复合材料的制备方法，并对其优劣性进行了初步探讨。     

Benzoylation of benzene to benzophenone over zeolite catalysts

The liquid phase benzoylation of benzene with benzoyl chloride (BOC) to benzophenone is catalyzed by various zeolites at 353 K. Zeolite H-beta is found to be more active than the other zeolites. The conversion of benzoyl chloride to benzophenone over H-beta increases significantly with increase in the reaction time, temperature, catalyst/BOC (wt/wt) and benzene/BOC (mole) ratios. The yield of benzophenone decreases with increase in SiO₂/Al₂O₃ ratio and isomorphous substitution of Al-by Ga- and Fe-in zeolite H-Al-beta in the following order: Al-> Ga-> Fe-H-beta suggesting that high density of acidic centers along with strong acid sites are required for the reaction.     

高分子金属配合物发光材料的制备技术进展

高分子金属配合物发光材料是一类很有价值的功能材料,评述了有关它的各种合成方法。以金属离子与含配位基团的聚合物进行反应,容易在高聚物之间形成交联,难以获得发光强度高的高分子配合物;使金属离子与高分子配体和小分子配体同时作用,可以得到荧光强度比较理想的产物,但反应难以定量控制;以小分子金属配合物单体与某些单体之间进行共聚合反应,也可获得荧光强度较高的高分子配合物,但聚合反应的空间位阻较大;通过两端都含有配位基团的刚性链的有机小分子配体直接与金属离子配合形成高分子金属配合物;以小分子金属配合物单体进行均聚或者将小分子金属配合物接枝到高聚物上也可以形成高分子金属配合物。     

皂化膜萃取法制备环烷酸钕的研究

提出了一种在室温条件下 ,皂化膜萃取法合成稀土橡胶主催化剂环烷酸钕的新工艺 ,并对其影响因素和反应机理进行了研究。采用皂化萃取工艺 ,可提高Nd3 +的利用率 ,并可根据皂化率任意控制游离酸浓度。采用膜萃取工艺可减少环烷酸钕中的含水量 ,制得的环烷酸钕具有良好的二烯烃定向聚合活性。     

氯酸钠-硫磺法制二氧化氯的研究

对硫磺还原氯酸钠制备二氧化氯的工艺条件进行了研究 ,反应的最佳条件是 :温度为 60～70℃ ,氯酸钠浓度为 4～ 5 mol/L,反应液中维持硫酸浓度为 1 mol/L以上。该法具有反应温和易于控制、硫酸消耗少、成本低廉和产品纯度高的优点
