本文在纺织纤维基材表面采用二次溅射沉积法制备了Cu/Al_2O_3复合薄膜,利用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线能谱仪(EDX)和矢量网络分析仪对室温环境下存放3600h的复合薄膜的表面形貌、元素含量以及屏蔽效能进行了测试,并与相同工艺条件下制备的纯Cu薄膜进行了对比分析。结果表明:与纯Cu薄膜结构的不稳定性相比,由于复合薄膜表层Al_2O_3薄膜的结构稳定性和致密性,Cu/Al_2O_3复合薄膜在保证高屏蔽性能的前提下,具有整体结构的稳定性,表现出了良好的抗氧化性能。  相似文献

通过矿山目前采用的单一材料堵塞的冲孔分析,利用控制变量法和对比分析法,定性地研究炮孔中应力和时间的变化规律,结合现场爆破试验,将炮孔堵塞分6种情况进行试验研究,最终得出:混合材料的炮孔堵塞相比单一材料的炮孔堵塞,具有抗剪强度高、炸药能量在炮孔中作用时间长和炸药做功能力增大等特点。现场混合材料堵塞能有效地降低冲孔现象的发生,提高炸药利用率和减少炮孔上部大块的产生。  相似文献

为了满足辐射防护的要求以及发展结构功能一体化柔性防护材料的需求,研制了一种新型的橡塑合金复合防护材料。通过力学性能和屏蔽性能测试发现,该复合材料具有较高的拉伸强度与断裂伸长率,且材料的中子与伽马屏蔽性能良好,随着功能填料含量的不断增加,中子和伽马屏蔽性能也不断提升,但材料的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率不断减小。辐照实验显示,电子束硫化后的样品比硫磺硫化后的样品拥有更出色的力学性能。综合考虑该材料良好的中子与伽马屏蔽性能、拉伸性能与柔韧性能等特性,其在形状较为复杂的核动力设施以及辐射防护服等领域具有较大的应用潜力。  相似文献

Porous metal materials are widely used for preventing electromagnetic interference, control of heat conduction and impact absorbing. However, a limitation associated with porous metals is that their irregular and non‐uniformal microstructures make their functions non‐desirably tunable. In this report, the authors propose a microlattice material with precisely controlled microstructures for electromagnetic (EM) shielding. An effective medium model taking into account of the EM stimulated surface current of the metal wires is developed to characterize the EM shielding effect of the microlattice metal. In addition, a compact and integrated measuring device is constructed by using a 3D printing method for experimental verification. The theoretical predictions agree well with the experimental measurement. The influence of the geometrical parameters of the microlattice metals on EM shielding effect is also studied. The theoretical model and the compact measuring system provide robust and efficient tools for the design of EM shielding materials.

Along with the booming development of communication technology and electronic equipment, higher requirements of flame-retardant and EMI shielding performances for electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding materials are put forward. Herein, the ultralight and porous silver nanowires (AgNWs)-melamine formaldehyde (MF) hybrid composite with unique micro-/nanostructure is developed by a facile dip-coating method, which uses the AgNWs as 1D conductive coating and MF foam (MF foam) as 3D skeleton template. Benefiting from the unique porous micro-/nanostructure, the resultant hybrid composite displays low density, excellent EMI shielding performances, and superior flame-retardant property. The EMI shielding effectiveness (SE) and specific EMI SE (SSEt) of the hybrid composite in X-band (8.2–12.4 GHz) can be up to 77 dB and 26971.4 dB cm−2 g−1, respectively. At the same time, the hybrid composite also passes the vertical burning test and shows an increased LOI value of 40.6%. The combination of flame-retardant and EMI shielding performances for EMI shielding materials makes the AgNWs-MF hybrid composite great application potential in civil and military fields. This work provides a new guide for the design of multifunctional high-performance EMI shielding materials.  相似文献

In this article, a novel method has been proposed to optimize the electromagnetic shielding rooms. This method is based on using minimum electromagnetic absorbing materials on the inner surface of the rooms. The positions of the absorbing materials are found optimally to produce a “best” performance for the shielding rooms. The ray‐tracing method is used to predict the shielding effectiveness (SE) of the electromagnetic shielding rooms with apertures. 随着定位装置和定位算法的成熟,基于地理位置信息的贪婪地理路由协议受到广泛的关注与研究.但是,在移动无线传感器网络贪婪地理路由协议中,周期性信标交换条件下采用贪婪转发策略会引起通信暂盲现象,造成数据的丢失.基于右手法则的面遍历算法,对路由空洞的形状不能进行感知,数据转发具有很大的盲目性,转发路径有时比最优路径长很多,造成数据传输时延的增加.针对上述问题提出一种实时可靠的QoS贪婪地理路由协议,该协议通过自适应信标交换算法、基于过渡带思想的贪婪转发策略和基于路标迭代提取和剔除的自适应空洞处理算法,使得数据分组能够实时可靠地传输.NS-2仿真结果表明该协议在不增加控制开销的情况下,能够有效减缓通信暂盲现象,高效地处理路由空洞问题,大大提高协议的实时性和可靠性,可应用于对实时性和可靠性有一定要求的大规模移动无线传感网络.  相似文献

The GIAO-SCF method for calculating isotropic nuclear magnetic shielding values has been utilized to explain certain features in the 1H-NMR spectrum of 2-methylene-8,8-dimethyl-1,4,6,10-tetraoxaspiro[4.5] decane. Population distributions of the low-energy conformers based on their ab initio energies were used to produce weighting factors for the individual calculated shielding values to calculate the weighted average of the shielding values for a complete set of conformers. The differences in 1H chemical shifts between the hydrogens of the two methyl groups and between the axial and equatorial hydrogens in 2-methylene-8,8-dimethyl-1,4,6,10-tetraoxaspiro[4.5] decane were shown to be due to energy differences between the chair and boat orientations of the six-membered ring and contribution from a twist-boat conformation. Results suggest a hypothesis that intramolecular differences in chemical shift might be calculated to a greater degree of accuracy than chemical shifts calculated relative to a standard.  相似文献

在裂缝性致密储层中,裂缝既是油流通道又是水驱窜流通道,在注水开发中由于裂缝的存在导致水驱波及效率低,从而形成无效注水开发。此外,裂缝性储层的封堵又存在大裂缝封堵效果差、有效期短等问题。鉴于此研制了水溶性酚醛树脂冻胶和单体地层聚合高强度堵剂体系,测定了堵剂在70℃下的成胶性能、稳定性以及封堵强度等。通过细管模拟裂缝研究了不同因素对堵剂突破压力的影响;通过可视化细管研究了堵剂在管中的突破方式以及影响因素。研究结果表明,水溶性酚醛树脂冻胶的突破压力随着冻胶强度的增加而增加,随着管径的增加而减小,随着注水速度的增加先减小、后增加,最后稳定;单体地层聚合堵剂的突破压力随着堵剂强度的增加而增加,随着管径的增加先增大、后减小。在可视化细管实验中,堵剂突破时并不完全沿细管中心突破,其堵剂的强度与黏附性等因素有关。  相似文献

The effects of river regulation on the hydrological cycle of a river and on the respective fish assemblage may differ according to dam operation purpose and type of river analysed. To assess the spatial and temporal variation of fish assemblages and their response to the hydrological changes caused by two different types of flow regulation, we selected three sampling sites in four rivers with different levels of regulation, two in a permanent river system and another two on a temporary one, which we sampled in four different annual seasons. In the permanent system, hydroelectrical regulation decreased hydrological variability, which affected fluvial specialist species, benefitting the generalist ones, and created a more homogeneous community that presented less intra‐annual variation. In the temporary system, agricultural regulation caused an inversion of the hydrological cycle, maintaining a moderate flow volume throughout the drought period that benefited the introduced, generalist and more tolerant species. Monthly volume was recognized, in a temporal scale, as the most important hydrological feature for assemblages’ structure, predicting the intra‐annual variation of several ecological guilds.
